    Bag tag

They are some friendly workers I love it but please when you do a pick up order check your bag first I had bad experience already with 2-3 bags. But I still keep them. Also love that I can customize my bag tag so cute.

The bag! Nice and classy not flashy

I came here with one thing in mind and I found it and paid within minutes so I can't say much about customer service other than while checking out Stephanie kindly asked if I wanted it wrapped which was a very sweet gesture and made the present that much better. As for the store, all of the new products drop here within weeks. Whatever is online you can easily find in the store and take a nice detailed look at. I purchased cologne for my boyfriend (total $92) today and also a wallet a few weeks ago. Very relaxed shopping experience where they're not constantly watching you like a hawk! That always encourages me to spend more and comfortably.

Terrible customer service. Apparently when you purchase something with PayPal, you can't return the item to the store for refund. Instead, the sales associate took my items in a bag, wrote her phone number on an invoice and assured me I'd get a refund on 14 days. I have no way of proving to my bank that I actually returned my items in mint condition with this process - no tracking number, nothing. Associate was short, rude and not helpful.

New location suite 131 first floor

It's at Suite 131 first floor now. I was walking in for two simple items, getting my wife's tags monogrammed or embossed at their store. I was hoping to go to Stanford location, however, the employee I spoke with over the phone gave me a runaround and told me the only way I can receive the complimentary monogram service was to purchase another purse from them. I walked in (Valleyfair location) and was immediately greeted by Edward. He was very friendly and welcoming. He informed me about their monogram service and how it works. He didn't pressure me to buy anything either. He called Jake who is trained to do the monogramming and he was awesome. Gave me more information about the service and types of leather it works on and doesn't work on. I walked around while waiting and ended up purchasing a gift for my wife. Both Edward and Jake took care of me and wrapped the gifts up. I generally don't shop at this store or location and from the amazing customer service I received today, I will be coming back!

I am so sad and disappointed that they sell fur! This pic was take on October 2013.

I am so sad and disappointed that Coach is so out of touch with today current events. They sell fur! I took a pic of some jackets with real fur trimmings on October 2013 at the Coach inside the Valley Fair Mall. I am sorry but I won't be shopping there or buying Coach products again.

Nicest staff. They went out of their way to find the item we wanted. Very attentive, even for a small purchase.

I felt like a million bucks and I didn't even buy the most expensive thing in the store!

But I went in to find a birthday present for a Chinese girlfriend with really good taste in fashion and maybe buy a cute hair clip for myself. A clerk started giggling at me as soon as I walked into the store. Another sales lady walked up to me with a highly disapproving look on her face. "We don't have anything here in your size," she said. I could just tell she was envisioning me ripping the seams out of one of her $180 skirts trying to zip it over my fat ass. I'm well-acquainted giggles and rejection from clothing sales clerks in Thailand, Hong Kong, China, and Japan. But I wasn't expecting it here. Oh well; they lost my business.

Over the years, I've bought hair clips, cell phone charms, skirts, and dresses. The lady was very professional and nice. She is not pushy at all, and lets me have my time browing through the things. When she recommended an item to me, she was not pushy either. Many times I don't buy anything but just tried a few pieces on. She was not angry, like some other Asian store owners do. They have cute Korean style clothes. The price tags are pretty expensive, but they go on sale after a while, like 50% off. I like many styles there, but sometimes just didn't buy them due to the price. Sometimes they have on-sale items hanging outside the store. $29.99 a piece. I've found great bargains there. I bought a summer skirt, a winter skirt, and a full dress! Great deals.

It's a cute boutique offering California-made items such as pottery, clothes, skin care products, jewelry, art, and more. The store is nicely organized and their items are neatly displayed. A table with pottery near the entrance caught my eye right away. I also enjoyed checking out the flavored salts and oils for cooking, room diffusers, wall art, and jewelry. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

I bought a tank top and it was $42 which was pretty steep but I didn't mind. Until today, I had washed the top I purchased ONCE and after only 2 or 3 wears it starts pilling almost everywhere! Sometimes the my washer does this which isn't avoidable, but I had washed it with like colors and fabric types so it shouldn't have done this. There's also weird lines in the fabric now so not sure if I would wear this outside my house anymore.

FabMo is a wonderful community resource that I wish more people knew about. Run by a cadre of…read moremostly women volunteers, this organization rescues discontinued samples from upscale design showrooms in San Francisco. Housed in a small Sunnyvale warehouse, the organization says that each year, they keep about 70 tons (!) of material from going to the landfill. FabMo hosts regular sales open to the public as well as biannual "free giveaway" events. Customers can find tile, carpet, textile fabrics, wallpaper and more. Many materials are provided for free to teachers and there are also donations from the local community. Quilting fabrics, silk fabrics, jewelry making items, sewing notions, leather, decorations and much, much more are offered for sale in person or online through the FabMo eBay store. The only thing I wish that FabMo would do is to develop a partnership with WomenSV - a non-profit group based in the neighboring town of Los Altos. WomenSV helps women get out of abusive relationships. A little known fact about California family law is that, while the legal process is ongoing, individuals are prohibited from selling or using community property to make money. This allows for a continuation of financial abuse by the more powerful partner as they can delay the legal process indefinitely. In my own case, the divorce has been going on for three years as my ex has blocked me from accessing funds that are legally mine. Thanks to the low and no-cost materials I got from FabMo, I have been able to make and sell small craft items in order to buy groceries and obtain veterinary care for my service dog. As FabMo already hosts regular crafting lessons, I wonder if FabMo could somehow do community outreach to provide materials and teach skills to women trying to leave their abusers. Even people who have already managed to escape could benefit from the amazing work that the FabMo volunteers do. They're so successful at saving materials - - wouldn't it be great they could be a part of saving lives. Thanks, FabMo!
