    Newly installed bed rack!

    My friend recommended to check out shelves plus for bed rack. I came in today and install two racks on two of my trucks. Jay and his team are great - will be back again next week for bed liners! Great prices, great customer services, great people! I'll definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

    I stopped by the other week to look around, and they had a camper shell in stock that was just what I was looking for. Great deal. Jay made the process super easy and convenient for me, I came back on my day off and the installation was fast and professional. Highly recommend Shells plus, I couldn't be happier with my experience and purchase.

    Let me start by saying julio's customer service skills are second to none. I called him and texted about this shell multiple times and he assured me the shell would be in tip top shape when I arrived for install. The first time I looked at the shell it was actually burgundy in color, Julio removed all the windows and took the shell to his partnered paint shop on his OWN TIME. What a guy right? Here is why I only gave the company 4 stars instead of 5 upon arrival to the shop (10 am appointment) the shell was still on the ground with no windows in it. And the hardware that had been out in the elements had not been changed per my request. He installed a new tail light for me at no charge and once the windows were installed on the shell setting it on the truck when smooth. I would recommend if buying from shells Plus be very specific on what you want. I would deal with Julio again!

    Cover that goes on the end is missing. Tailgate trim is scratched so badly. It's going inwards more when it should sit flat and straight

    Not a place to get retrax bed cover installed. Didn't install it right so it wasn't sliding smoothly. Was told it will loosen up over time but I know it should open/close smoothly if installed correctly. They didn't read the instructions/manual where it shows how to tighten everything correctly thats why it was installed improperly. Also thought the bolt and clamps provided by retrax were incorrect or not compatible. Ended up they were wrong and just didnt install right. Watched so many videos and compared with other owners who own the same truck and cover, they all came with the same parts. Had to download the manual from the website and re-do it myself. It was installed incorrectly that it damaged the trim on my tailgate. He did offer to replace it but it was hard to get an appointment back to get the trim replacement installed. Also since it was installed incorrectly the piece that goes on the end came off since it was hitting the tailgate every time it was opened and closed. I just gave up on getting the tailgate trim replaced. It's probably better that I dont take my truck back there to prevent any more damage

    My cab was vandalized and back window broke. No one including manufacturers make the replace part as this a 32 year Mazda B2200 extended cab which is extremely hard to find Shells. Jay company was recommended and within 48 hours he re-fabricated the back and looks better then before. Jay was professional, courteous and his prices are competitive but fair. Quality of work better the 5 star considering I was told it couldn't be fixed. Thanks mi Amigo..

    I bought a pickup in 2017 and although I enjoyed it, not having a camper shell did present some problems (can't leave anything in the back & rain). After calling around to different businesses I spoke with Jay at Shells Plus and I was very happy at the amount of information he provided on the phone and the fact that he did not come across as dismissive because a woman was calling. After checking out the internet information he provided I decided to go with Shells Plus. Ordering and installation was quick and I didn't realize how much I really did need a camper shell! It lets me use my truck SO MUCH MORE! If you have been on the fence call Shells Plus and GET A CAMPER SHELL! Thank you Jay!!!

So I approached the counter and told them what I needed, but needed recommendations for something that wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but a replacement of inexpensive wiper blades. Omar looked everything up in his computer and found options. Shout out to Omar who originally delegated the assistance to his colleagues since he was busy at the front cashier, but ultimately was the one who helped me changed my wiper blades and was extremely friendly about it. Said I was gonna learn how to change my wiper blades last year, but I'm obviously back tonight since I never remember instructions. But Omar assured me not to worry "as that's what they were there for". That's the ultimate customer service you can always be guaranteed at this store. Only the best customer service at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Milpitas, off Abbott. Staff is always professional and efficient.

The employee helping me was easily able to look up the right battery type based on the make and model and even offered to help me carry it to my car, as it was a bit heavy. While I didn't take him up on it, I appreciate the thought and that he held the door for me on my way out. When returning the old battery, the employees in the store at that time were a little less attentive (maybe there's more stuff for them to do in the daytime, so they were probably busy), but still polite. Hopefully I won't be needing a new battery anytime soon, especially since it's kind of a pain to replace on a Prius, but this is a convenient and satisfactory place for my future car related needs.

They were exactly how I bought them. I had not layed one finger on them. This guy was full of it. I said I would try it out myself but he then helped me check it out and through his exhaustive testing we found out my right turn signal was also burned out! So he helped me buy that and install it, and test it again. All within the 15 minutes they were about to close. Most salespeople would be trying like hell to avoid you and go home. So big props to the store for well priced items, and stellar job for my salesperson.

The staff member who answered my call said they had chains available and when I came to the store, he had everything pulled up for me on the computer and went over my options. They pushed me toward the most expensive option, and when I mentioned seeing a cheaper battery online, they told me they had no cheaper options in store and were rude when I asked how long an online order would take. When I finally agreed to purchase the more expensive battery, I was told--very dismissively--that they would not help me install it because I'm a woman. That was insulting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I also asked about the price difference compared to when I bought a battery here in 2021, and the cashier snapped back with a rude comment about "times changing and the economy going up." He broke down pricing and parts in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions patiently, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Before I even came into the shop, Brian was already helping me over text when my car had trouble starting. Instead of pushing a sale, he suggested trying a battery tender first. That said a lot.
