I just got my car back and im juiced to tell you guys about my experience!! JOSE is a MASTER at what he do. I needed the headliner replaced for my Range Rover Sport and he got it done in 1 day. Honestly guys I called, drove, and sent off pictures of the damage literally to all the shops in San Jose. Nobody beat or was even willing to compete with the Quote I got from Valencias Custom. Jose was fast. Reasonable, and Professional the whole time I felt like I was dealing with my Uncle. Jose is definitely a man of the people I highly recommend... Now it's time to get some RIMS read more

These guys took good care of me and Gilbert was honest and reasonable about the pricing. He ensured I understood exactly what was going to be done, showed me all the parts to ensure accountability and helped me navigate issues I had with the parts dealer I went through. This will be my go to spot moving forward for anything related to my trucks/cars. read more

I found this shop while driving by and decided to give them a call about installing my Ranch Hand Legend Series grille guard on my GMC sierra pick up . The owner was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the installation process and how long it would take. The installation was completed in about two hours, just as promised. The grille guard looks great, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for accessory installations on their truck. read more

I had purchased some Morimoto Headlights and fog lights for a 16 F150 through AmericanTrucks. I opted to have them professionally installed, Valencia Custom was one of my options. I've never been to this shop before, but I couldn't be happier with their customer service and how detailed the install was. Communication was on point, even received a phone call several days later to make sure everything was ok. Thanks a lot I'll be coming back in the near future. read more

Amazing shop! Brought in my Mustang GT to get an exhaust system installed. Smooth and fast process. 10/10 recommend!

Worst customer service and shop you could waste your time and money on, Gilbert promised me my center caps for rims I purchased and it's been over a month that he's been payed and still hasn't gotten me my center caps, the only problem I have is he charged me for center caps and new lug nuts when he never gave me any new parts! Whenever I called or when in person his workers were just as clueless as him as to where the f*ck are my parts , he just says "they are still on the way and he'll check when he gets them " DO NOT GO HERE read more

I bought a new truck & was interested in a bed cover. I scheduled an appointment to view the options. They showed me the different models they offered, pros & cons. I noticed they also made custom seat covers. I showed them a pattern I had in mind. They gave me a time window when the parts would arrive. The truck was ready on time, and it came out great. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Valencia Custom read more

I had my tesla done last year with beautiful custom fit 2 tone seat covers. The installation was great, the car looked great and all was very good. Last moth I took my car to Tesla for service these A holes ripped/damaged the front seat cover and took of the back seat cover. I did not know how to install it back. I called Valencia's after a year, he took me in reinstalled the seat covers, made it look like new again. This is what I call service above and beyond. I am now a customer for life and of course the car looks great as the day I installed it last year. I can only wish more businesses will show this level of customer service and commitment. I salute you Valencia. read more

Nice job with the install , did good work and would recommend in the future for anyone. Had an exhaust installed and it came out great.

It is very hard to find people that are willing to go extra mile, well... this guys are. Just left this shop as happy as can be. First Gilbert found me a camper shell that I wanted and all other places had at least 3-6 month ETA on and this guy had it delivered the next day. Second I couldn't come there during the day and came after work about an hour before they close explained the urgency and Gilbert with couple of his employees stayed late just so I have my camper shell by the morning. Can't appreciate more! Will definitely recommend to everybody I know. THANK YOU VALENCIA'S CUSTOM!!! read more

I don't know much about upholstery work. I recently bought a gently used car and had a rip in the leather seat. I had no idea I could have the leather seat "repaired" so I bought all leather seat covers. When I received them they were the wrong color. I took my car to Valencia Custom Upholstery. I asked Gilbert if my leather seat could be repaired. He assured me it could be. I was happy to learn that section with the ugly rip could be repaired and I would not have to replace all the seats. I could not be happier with Gilbert's work at Valencia Custom Upholstery. He is a very talented individual. I am beyond pleased. I don't live in San Jose but I am willing to travel to him the next time I need his services. I will be sure to advise and direct all friends, family, co-workers, business contacts that Gilbert at Valencia Custom Upholstery is the place to take their vehicles. He has excellent Customer Service skills, very knowledgeable about his craft and has fair prices. If you need Upholstery work look no further. Bring your vehicle here. You too will be satisfied. You are Welcome. After this experience, I will not go elsewhere. I appreciate the work you did on my car Gilbert. Thank you again AF read more

I took my car in to get a patch upholstery on driver door that I was told would be complete in a couple hours and it took almost a week to get the car back. I had to return the car because the window would not roll down and they claimed that the clip broke on its own so I had to buy a new part and bring it back AGAIN.... Friendly service but the repair tech is unreliable and not detail oriented read more

Valencia doesn't know WTF he is doing, I've been trying to get my HID & fog lamps installed for the past 3 weeks. First it takes 2 weeks for the parts to even arrive, then the parts get there, but he didn't order the HID's. Now i have to wait 4 more days for him to order the right bulbs. HE SHOULD OF DONE THIS 2 WEEKS AGO!!!!! Now my fog lamps don't work properly & I'm waiting another week for them to get in. Also, he used speaker wire instead of electrical wire, left my HID ballasts just hanging under my frame & left wire exposed, Cheap Bastard Go somewhere else for your car parts.... read more

I came for upholstery. Worst experience ever! First of all, the owner procastinated me 4-5 times. He kept saying 2 more hours... and finally 3 days. When i got the product, its just totally different from the one I had. He told me that what they best have. The good thing is i wasnt stupid to let him do the other one at the beginning lol (cause i have 2 pieces need to be repaired). read more
