It was hard finding a competitive price around the Bay Area but man these guys are an insane deal. All of these chairs were done in real leather from piping to side trims, every chair was consistent and completely redone in only 4 DAYS! I expected a week or maybe 2 at minimum but they really set the standard. If you're hesitant to find someone to do your upholstery, don't be, just go here it's worth it.

After years of going back and forth…read morewith Stoneridge Jeep and Jeep Cares trying to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee dash fixed--and getting absolutely nowhere--I was beyond frustrated and gave up. Jeep Cares knew about the Jeep Delaminating -X81 Warranty but has shown little concern--even after I explained that this is a serious safety issue, as it could prevent the airbags from deploying properly in the event of an accident. Definitely, they don't care and closed my case twice. I even reported it to 7 on Your Side but still nothing. They just referred me to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. On top of that, I couldn't even find a shop willing to take on the job. Six years later... my driver seat torn so I found Craig's Auto Upholstery to repair the job and that came out awesome. Obviously, they saw my dashboard and advised me that they can also fix it. Craig's Auto Upholstery not only took it on, but absolutely exceeded my expectations. Victor was confident and went above and beyond--the original leather had become so hard and damaged that he had to create his own template from scratch. He carefully matched the vinyl and stitching so it looks just like the original, if not better. The process itself was no small job. An electrician had to remove the entire dashboard and then reconnect everything afterward, and it was all done seamlessly. The quality of the work is incredible--my dash looks amazing, like new again. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and truly know what they're doing. And it only took Victor, Jorge and their Electrician a day and a half to complete the job making it seem like this was an easy project to them! After years of stress over this issue, it feels like such a relief to finally have it fixed the right way. It has been the best sofa ever - absolutely perfect size and has fit in two different homes. Well, it started to lose its comfort and was broken, fabric was worn down, when you sat down you could feel the springs/edges of the frame - but it was like my wubby, I could not stand the thought of scrapping it. I started researching all the options. Reality - there is no sofa on the market with same exact dimensions. So next up, reupholstery it was! I had first reached out to Paul maybe 6 months ago wanting to understand pricing! He asked for some pics, my measurements and offered rough estimate. Amazing, he did that within a day or two of me reaching out. Then I went radio silent - we had another home project that took all the time/funds. Fast forward to April - I reached out one more time and Paul picked up right where we left off. Said come on down to the shop where they have thousands of samples! You get to touch/feel/bring samples home, but my son zeroed in on our winning fabric pretty quickly! And its actually a more durable fabric than we had before. Fast forward to the process itself - Paul comes over to do his own measurements and see the space. This is when I was provided the real real quote as he had the exact measurements. Let's be honest, I missed a thing or two. Paul then came on a Thursday to pick it up, 2 Thursdays later it was back, better than ever! The cushions are now full and oh so comfortable. The base of the sofa has been repaired, reinforced and is ready for another 10 years of wear and tear! I am so beyond grateful for this journey with Paul and his team. I might have spent a bit more money, but not much when you think about other costs - getting rid of a couch, shipping, white glove delivery. So it probably works out to about the same, but there really is no price on a sentimental piece that has so many memories and now has new ones as my son got to be a part of the process! Anthony responded fast and was super helpful. He lived really close to me and came to my spot, diagnosed the issue right away, and patched up my tire, saving me a grip on an expense I didn't need during the holidays. After the patch up, he thoroughly inspected my tire to ensure no other air bubbles were coming out, spraying it down and carefully checking. He put it back, told me what to look out for, and then he gave me great advice to wait til the New Year to buy new tires since most ppl would have a sale, which I did. My new tires will be coming in soon, but I really would've had a crappier Christmas if I didn't have his help. All of this happened within an HOUR by the way on a Sunday night at 8pm, right before Christmas. I mean, come on, where else can you find service like that? Fair warning - the neighborhood for a second sounded like an Auto Shop cuz of the loud power drill he had to use, but it was necessary to get it done fast. My neighbors who came out all worried to check where the noise was coming from were fine in the end (just scared cuz of all the local car thefts). Also, he doesn't carry change, so if you plan to pay in cash, just be ready - makes everything easier! Overall, amazing experience. Thanks Anthony for taking care of things the night before you left for your vacation! Definitely will save and come back if I need help again in the future.

He wanted to give it to his "neighbor" mechanics to fix it for cheaper labor but my brand new car deserves the dealership. The shop did admit fault and agreed to pay, but I'm still waiting on the check he gave me to process in my bank, which has been frustratingly slow. What makes it worse is how avoidable this was. This isn't a complex custom job--it's a basic exhaust install that any competent shop should be able to handle without issues. Damaging a fuel tank is a serious mistake, not just a small slip-up. Just putting this out there so others are aware. If you're planning to get work done here, especially on a newer car, I'd be cautious and ask a lot of questions upfront. After doing extensive research on MPP suspension upgrades, I reached out to TDW Auto and sent a summary of my desired scope of work, my budget, and a request for feedback on whether I had the correct approach in addressing my concerns. From Will's first response, we had seamless back-and-forth conversations over E-mail and text to clarify the current setup of my car, highlight my major concerns, address these concerns with the proper MPP upgrades, and align on my budget, must-haves, and nice-to-haves. There was never once an upsell; only cautionary words of unnecessary upgrades for my use case, which is really just the daily work commute in a lowered setup for personal aesthetic purposes. My original request included MPP front upper control arms and rear traction arms with my Unplugged Performance lowering springs, along with swapping out the front lowering control arms and rear camber arms. However, Will explained that the FUCAs and traction arms served no improved performance for commuting, and that the existing springs were more of a budget-friendly fit that compromised on long-term performance due to its reliance on Tesla stock dampers. Instead, he recommended swapping out the springs for MPP coilovers, and replacing the toe arms in conjunction with the camber arms to improve upon long-term lowered car hardware wear-and-tear. I followed up with Will after our virtual exchanges to get his opinions in person. He took me out for a test ride with me in the passenger seat, immediately identifying that my dampers were squeaking noticeably and that hard cornering at highway speeds felt bumpier than it should. Additionally, he patiently answered all my technical questions over the hour I was there, and adjusted the quotation when I made the final decisions on the suspension refresh. Will was completely transparent about pricing: he categorized the costs by the "front" and "rear," clearly highlighting the number of hours required to replace the front control arms, coilovers, and rear camber and toe arms. Alignment was included in the coilover work as well as solid front lower control arm pressing. He was even able to slot me in his 2-3 weeks' booked schedule on short notice because I wanted to complete the suspension refresh before making a drive to Canada. I picked up my car today after leaving my car overnight, and am extremely satisfied with my decision and results. Special shoutout to Mike, who I believe is the other co-founder and technician who stayed late just to work on my car to meet my schedule!

Jeep Cares knew about the Jeep Delaminating -X81 Warranty but has shown little concern--even after I explained that this is a serious safety issue, as it could prevent the airbags from deploying properly in the event of an accident. Definitely, they don't care and closed my case twice. I even reported it to 7 on Your Side but still nothing. They just referred me to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. On top of that, I couldn't even find a shop willing to take on the job. Six years later... my driver seat torn so I found Craig's Auto Upholstery to repair the job and that came out awesome. Obviously, they saw my dashboard and advised me that they can also fix it. Craig's Auto Upholstery not only took it on, but absolutely exceeded my expectations. Victor was confident and went above and beyond--the original leather had become so hard and damaged that he had to create his own template from scratch. He carefully matched the vinyl and stitching so it looks just like the original, if not better. The process itself was no small job. An electrician had to remove the entire dashboard and then reconnect everything afterward, and it was all done seamlessly. The quality of the work is incredible--my dash looks amazing, like new again. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and truly know what they're doing. And it only took Victor, Jorge and their Electrician a day and a half to complete the job making it seem like this was an easy project to them! After years of stress over this issue, it feels like such a relief to finally have it fixed the right way. If you've been struggling to find a shop that will actually take on a difficult job and do it right, this is the place. Highly recommend! Thank you Victor and Jorge!
