It's very annoying that even on new cars I have to inspect everything to make sure I am buying an actual new car. I bought it at night so I wasn't able to see the damage until the next day at home, but the front driver's panel was slightly popped out of the socket. After I took off part of the panel, I noticed the front fender was damaged which caused the panel to pop out. I had to bend back the front fender as much as I can so the panel won't pop out any more but the panel and fender does not sit flush still. Also they stripped out 3 bolts on the fender to fender liner so I need to buy them separately and have to replace them all.

My car needed a new interior rear view mirror, and it's been very difficult to find a new one, even from the dealership. Low and behold, Action Auto Wreckers (and Honda Heaven). I called them to confirm that they had the part. I went down a few days later to pick it up (they pulled it from the car while I waited). I'm not sure what the relationship is, but Action Auto Wreckers is located next to Honda Heaven and the only retail front that was open when I went to pick up my part. Pro tip: Call ahead and have them pull the part so you don't have to wait. Also, the first part they pulled for me was incorrect, so make sure to double check what they give you (and ideally bring the part to them). They were happy to swap it out, but I'm glad I didn't need to drive all the way home and back here to swap it.

This happened to me on the morning of June 5, about two months ago…read more A little after 10:00 a.m., I got into my car to go shopping. The moment I started the engine, there was an unbelievably loud noise. I was so shocked and confused that I didn't know what had happened and couldn't even move for a moment. I turned off the engine and started it again, but the same extremely loud noise continued. I suspected that something might be wrong underneath the car, so I checked under it and discovered that my catalytic converter had been stolen. I immediately drove to the Shell station on The Alameda. Tommy checked my car and quickly contacted a Toyota dealership to see if they had the catalytic converter in stock. Fortunately, they did. Tommy immediately ordered the part and told me that it could be installed the same day. Tommy said that I would receive a call when the work was finished and that I could come back in the evening to pick up my car. Just as promised, my car was ready that evening. Honestly, I believe that if I had taken my car somewhere else, especially directly to a dealership, it could easily have taken two weeks or even longer to replace the catalytic converter. What impressed me the most was how quickly and efficiently Tommy handled everything. The price was also much more reasonable than taking my car directly to the dealership. Tommy was kind, honest, and extremely helpful from beginning to end. I am truly grateful that I chose to bring my car to the Shell station on The Alameda. It was absolutely the right decision.
