Cesar and his team did an amazing job replacing the headliner in my 2001 BMW 740iL. I even changed the color from gray to black, and ABC painted all the gray plastic parts to match. It was excellent work and I could not be happier. There was an issue with some small scratches on the roof, but even that was immediately taken care of with absolutely no hassle. I can't say enough about the pride they take in their work and standing up and being accountable for any mistakes - it's a rarity these days. On top of that, his price was competitive (not the least expensive and not the most) and the workmanship and care was obvious. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Take your time, talk with Cesar, and I promise you will walk away feeling good about his work. Thank you Cesar for taking such good care of my baby - if I have any kind of upholstery work in the future, I won't hesitate to bring you my business!! read more

I recently had my front seat reupholstered and the team at ABC did a fantastic job. I got quotes from several different shops and ABC had the best price. They sent me a quote within 24 hours of requesting it and scheduling was easy (though I did have to wait a few weeks to get in), and the job was done in 1 day. I'm really happy with the results and the quality is great! read more

I contacted Cesar because I was hoping to get a custom made console car seat for my little dog. All the options available in the market were either too big or too small or just inconvenient because of how they attached. Cesar was extremely professional and friendly and came up with the perfect design that fits the car and ensures the comfort and safety of my pup. I have really appreciated the communication and attention to detail in addition to his skills and knowledge. Thank you! read more

I brought my vintage Porsche 911 to ABC Upholstery for a full seat cover install, including custom houndstooth inserts--and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Cesar is on a different level. He knows these cars, understands how OEM fitment should look, and takes the time to get the details right. The workmanship on my seats is outstanding: tight seams, perfect alignment, and a factory-style finish that completely transformed the interior. The rear seat belts and trim areas were handled with care, and the final result looks period-correct and high-end. Communication was easy, the pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. It's rare to find a shop that combines skill, pride of work, and customer service like this--especially for classic Porsche interiors. If you own a 911 or any vintage car and want the job done right, ABC Upholstery is the shop. I'll be coming back for future projects. Highly recommend. read more

Cesar had said that he could help me with my sun visor. Every upholstery shop I called didn't do this type of work. So I drove my car over to him to replace it. For years I have been driving with the sun in my eyes. Toyota Shop wanted $300 dollars to replace it. This price was Outrageous I had a feeling someone could do it cheaper. ABC was that business that I could trust. As I was about to leave ABC my FOB to my Matrix fell apart. The metal part was stuck in the ignition, Cesar came back to help me get the metal part out so I could drive my car. He was an Angel to me and I would trust him with work on my car's upholstery. You will not be disappointed. read more

Cesar was upfront and honest about pricing, ensuring there were no surprises--just fair, competitive rates for premium results. His team was professional, communicative, and clearly passionate about their work. If you're looking for an upholstery shop that combines skill, integrity, and top-tier customer care, I couldn't recommend ABC Auto Upholstery more highly. Excellent customer service, was priced better than most shops around and did an amazing job fixing the seat in my car.

I do not normally review good businesses, because "doing good" seems to be the norm nowadays. In my opinion, only business with excellent customer service truly deserves a shout out. And ABC Auto Upholstery exceeds my expectation. ABC was recommended to me by a car detail-er to fix the head liner of my Porsche Cayman. I brought the car to ABC, talked to Cesar Portillo, the owner, and scheduled a drop off a week later. A week later, a new head liner was installed into my car. I paid and left happily. But in the next morning, to my surprise, I found out that the head liner was in black color, instead of the gray color of the car interior. I brought the car back to ABC, discussed with Cesar, and the first surprise was that he agreed to replace the liner without any hesitation. At that time, I offered to pay for the liner material, and ABC would cover the labor cost for the replacement. We scheduled another drop off 2 weeks later. ABC installed the new liner with the correct grey color this 2nd time. But my biggest surprise, when I picked up the car, was Cesar did not take my payment for the material as agreed, and he insisted that ABC would cover the full replacement just to make me happy. To me, a business, that sincerely accept and happily correct their honest mistake, like ABC is hard to find. Not only appreciating their service, but I also would like to share my experience with ABC, personally with Cesar, and to strongly recommend ABC to any car owner needing an upholstery work. read more

I needed/wanted to update my 1999 SLK 230, the interior was very worn, I'd dealt with ABC under the previous owner, I can say that Cesar is all about customer service. I brought my car in and we discussed options, one of his guys showed me some trim on his car and off we went. My original seats were black and a light gray, we bounced around for quite a while and settled on a Mercedes AMG red with the gray centers and black piping, Cesar's employee's idea, red head rests and red door handles and red center console storage lid.. With a complete repaint of the interior, Mercedes SLK's were painted with literally water based paint, ugh. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I've been getting rave reviews on the updated look. The workmanship was top notch, we had one small detail that needed repair and Cesar took care of it. Most importantly his pricing is very reasonable for the level of quality. read more

My sun visor fell off, and I called to see if they are able to fix it. They told me to drop by so they can check what needs to be repaired. Cesar was incredibly nice and fixed it right away. I was in and out for just around 5-10 minutes! The service is A+ and he did a fantastic job. Customer service is top-notch. Thank you!! read more

There was a disgusting hole in leather upholstery on the driver side of my car. I was OK driving with this hole for years, but when the time has come to sell the car, I was embarrassed to give it to anyone in such a condition. So I needed to repair the hole before selling the car. I have been referred to ABC Upholstery by a friendly body shop. The owner Cesar was quick with response, available the next morning and did the entire work in a couple of hours! He changed out the whole section. It looks like brand new to me now. See before and after photos. If I knew about this place before, I would enjoy this look for years, LOL. Thank you for your work! read more

My 2013 E350 driver's seat bottom had started to tear along a seam some time ago and had gotten to where it tore a bit more each time I sat in it. I called a couple of places to get quotes and after one very impatient and rude conversation with another highly rated shop, I spoke with Mona who was very pleasant, knew exactly what I needed right over the phone and even knew the cost. Three days later I dropped the car off in the morning and that afternoon I had a brand new seat cover - virtually indistinguishable from the original. Matches perfect. They even added a bit of extra foam and it is very comfy. Mona and her shop are a joy to work with and do very high quality work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended! read more

I had a rear vintage bus VW seat that unbeknownst to me had been destroyed by squirrels and possums living inside my bus. The seat fabric and stuffing had been destroyed and the frame and metal support and springs were horribly rusted and I thought beyond repair. Cesar and his staff resurrected my seats and de rusted and painted the frame, installed new burlap and support straps and springs, and professionally installed the fabric. The seats look brand new top to bottom. They give close attention to detail and have a true artistic eye. I'm definitely coming back to this very pleasant shop! Five stars! read more

A genuinely excellent experience!!! Professional, talented, honest, wouldn't hesitate to recommend for jobs big and small. Many thanks!

Reupholstered the headliner for a very reasonable price within a single day! Call around and compare and you'll see that I'm right!

Wow! Just wow! I am in love with this auto upholstery shop! They gave me a new convertible top, including the liner, recovered the front and back seats, put in all new carpets, and even replaced the paneling on the side doors. Yes, it took several days, and it cost quite a bit of money, but it's like I have a new car! Wonderful attention to detail, frequent phone calls to advise on the status, and a smile on everyone's face when they saw the finished product. It's nice to see workmanship that is this impressive. read more

I am proud to be the first to review this business. Mona, at ABC, has treated me like a friend for 10 years. She is smart and knows all the fabrics. The pros at ABC do excellent work. I use them to repair my driver seat, stitch up custom leather shift boot, and add custom carpeting to my pickup. Regarding the driver seat, let me clarify: I had a difficult time finding a shop that would do any more than add a thin layer of cheap foam to the seat. But ABC reshaped the seat cushion so that it was factory new. Thanks ABC! read more

Took my 1985 Toyota 4x4 to get the drivers seat repaired, stuffing gone to the metal. She found material fixed the seat like new even added stuffing to the back so I would be more comfortable. I then brought my 2002 Beetle Sport which had a torn seat for many years. The care she took to match it paid off. While dropping off the car I noticed the seam in my drivers seat had come apart, she replaced that also. I had a estimate on my Beetle seat many years ago, she came up with that exact price! read more

Don't replace the seat in your auto. Take it to ABC Auto Upholstery. I have a 2014 Mercedes C250 that had wear in both the upper and lower driver's side front seat. I had purchased a replacement cover from eBay and took it to ABC. They told me "it wasn't authentic" (it wasn't) and they couldn't do anything with it. They could (and did) repair the seat. The repairs were well done. In fact, it was so well done that I made an appointment to have the upper seat repaired. Excellent, professional work at a reasonable price. read more

Mona did an amazing job re-upholstering the cushion of my seat for my '73 Dodge Coronet. I provided a roll of some new old stock vinyl and she made it look just like new at a fraction of what I was quoted at five other places in the West Valley area. She even let me pay with my card over the phone since I work and commute during her operating hours. She's very knowledgable about the materials needed. I'll definitely be going to ABC again for all my upholstery needs. read more

I wish I could give this place a good review since they seem like nice people, but they put deep scratches in the roof of my car when removing the sunroof and redoing the headliner.
