I have been going to see Judy and Aaron for about 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. They do great work each and every time. I plan to continue going because they are all so friendly and very professional. Love CNP Nails!! read more

Big fan. I've been going to Midtown Nails in North Hills for a while - every 4-5 weeks but the current tech I was visiting just had a baby (and unfortunately the finished product had been going downhill the last couple of visits) so I decided to check out CNP nails again (I had visited them numerous times previously with no complaints). Well the work was well done and I've been getting a lot of compliments on my nails! My tech was just "okay" but the finished product was really good. You can get a basic pedicure for $35 and my gel manicure was $27 (really cheap). I upgraded my pedicure to the $45 option but was not super impressed so I'll probably just stick with the $35 in the future. Will be back again soon. read more

Loved this place. The staff was great and gave me the best mani and pedi ever!! I would recommend this place to anyone. Prices are also not bad. read more

So when I called they answered right away and was very professional they booked me an appointment right away. Everything was great I walked in and the place had good energy until I spoke to them about my ingrown toenail. That was the main reason I walked in because it was hurting and wanted a quick fix. I know that I need to see a pediatrist for my toe nail and I appreciated that they were so sweet and told me they couldn't do it HOWEVER there was a girl who was so rude!! I kept telling her that I appreciate her for being professional and declining the service but she had no emotion and kept staring at me it made me feel really crappy that on top of the fact they refused me service which. Is fine but she made me feel like I was an inconvenience for being there. I told her that it was ok but at least give me good customer service she was incredibly rude and didn't say I'm sorry this is all we can do or something or to even thank me for coming in and that "I hope you get it taken care of" something!!! She was just staring at me like "I don't know what else to tell you!!" Raising her voice at me. I usually don't write reviews but I felt like I needed to write this one. I went to lush nail bar and they took such good care of me they were so sweet and understanding of my situation and helped me. Sorry but not sorry I had to write this review the girl working here was Awful! read more

We drove out to raleigh to get a mani pedi based on the reviews. Not only did we have a made up total but, my gel manicure didn't last but 5 days. Needless to say, we won't be back. People were nice but, paying $200 for 2 mani pedis is a lot... when we selected basic manicure and basic pedi. My husband didn't get polish.... so where did the extra charge come from? read more

Great service! They were able to get 3 of us in same-day for mani pedis and their attention to care was wonderful. We were all very happy!

Great customer service. Took time to get to know me and what works best fit my nails!! Tee is the best!!

Great location, took me in as a walk in, decent. They definitely need to update their salon. Not many "new" bottles of nail polish, limited supply. A bit pricer than usually. All in all happy with the service, nice staff, not going out of my way to go back. read more

After looking at the reviews about this place, I thought I would give it a chance but to be honest I didn't like the service that I had. The person who did my service was too scared or her confident in her work was not there , I felt that my service was not that great and it felt that a little kid was doing my nails and I didn't like that feeling because I felt the technician didn't know what she was doing. That's why I give this rating a two. I won't come back to this place. read more

I came to CNP with friends for a mani/pedi. I also had gel nails with acrylic tips that I needed removed. One of the ladies working there started the gel nail removal process, but suddenly told me that she couldn't soak my nails to remove them and that she had to continuously buff them. The price for that was $25 plus another $28 for a regular gel polish manicure. I decided to just get them removed because I wasn't keen on spending that much. She then put down the buffer and told me she would finish the removal process after the pedicure. After my pedicure (done by another person), it's like she completely forgot about me. After reminding her, she told the other nail technician to finish the removal. However, I was rather unhappy with the way he took the nails off. Rather than buffing them down, he pried them off with the tip of an unused acrylic nail (I think the lady told him to do it this way to save time). My nails were rough and weak after that. He did buff my real nail so that it wasn't as rough, but the damage had already been done. I think i'll have to cover some of my weakest nails with band aids until they become stronger. I know that nails can be weak after artificial nail removal, but prying them from my real nails without any softener just seems ridiculous. read more

Such a huge selection of gel colors here, literally hundreds. Great service, very polite and sweet. Reasonably priced. They aren't serving cucumber water or anything fancy shmantzy, but the quality and attention to detail is better than your typical salon. Hidden gem! read more

I love doing my nails here! their service is great and the massages are heaven!

Rushed service, poor quality polish (only about 50 gel colors, 80% sparkle or neon) and an absolutely terrible polish job. I keep my nails short for work, about even with my fingertips. I have a normal sized (not small) nail bed. Ample room to polish them correctly. The tech scolded me and was obviously having trouble polishing them as she kept using her fingernail to scrape off excess polish. Twice she scraped her fingernail under mine so roughly that she slipped and gauged the wet polish and my cuticle. The salon was very messy, tables were old, equipment was dirty. Not to mention the ancient fish tank with six inches of green murky water as "decor". Big mistake. Carefully removed gel immediately and have made an appointment at my usual place. read more

I love Aaron at CNP nails. He does the best pedicure in the area. I suffer from in grown toe nails and he is always able to get those out with no pain. They are always very accommodating there and glad to see you. It's not a super fancy/modern nail salon like some but the service/treatment you get there is way better than most others I have found in the area for a great price. read more

This place sucks! I had a pedicure done & the lady cut them way too short to the point where my toe nail was bleeding. She was very rude when I asked for a darker pink since the nail polish I chose was way too light. I will not be going back. read more

There's a great guy that cuts hair there. He is like a magician with the scissors! He takes his time and only charges $15!

I have been going to CNP Nails and everyone especially Judy is great at their job. They make sure that you are satisfied with their work an takes their time and don't do a rush job. This is where I will be going from now on to get my nails done and a pedicure. read more

I have gone here for the past 2 months for my nails, (most recent as this evening) and I will say that I WON'T be returning. Honestly the manager "Judith" there is picky about her customer service and more times than not rushed through my service. I'd sometimes see her ask customers to come back regardless if they had an appointment set. Furthermore, on one occasion she'd do my nails as I'd like, and on another the service/quality was subpar. Tonight I told them what I wanted as far as nail shape/color and they told me that they were not going to give me what I wanted and gave me what THEY felt suited the time frame (mind you it was nearing closing time).I felt rushed and like "a number". Tonight, I was one of the last customers there before closing, and a worker there was sweeping and outright swept my feet with not a "I'm sorry", or anything.. Needless to say, regardless if they are right by my home, I will not be returning. I'd much rather make a further drive for more consistent, respectful service. read more

I have been going to this salon for about 3 years. In the beginning the quality and service was superb. As they become more familiar with you as a "regular" customer, your level of service isn't important anymore. Over the last 2 1/2 years there were several times the service was straight out bad, however, being the person that I am I kept making excuses to myself for them. I am just now reading their reviews and found myself relating to "sweeping my feet", "rushing me", canceling my appointment because they were overbooked", doing my nails as THEY saw fit". The worst part for me is that I had been going there 2 to 3 times a month and the price kept going up, up,up. I just figured inflation....however, I realized depending on who the person was, the costs differed vastly. Especially during prom, people were coming in and she was charging $10 or more than what the prices actually were. Judy has no loyalty to the customer and in my opinion, if she feels like she can screw you.....you're screwed. She assumes we're all ignorant read more
