I have given this Michaels location multiple chances, but I am extremely disappointed and will not…read morebe returning. The store is consistently dirty, unorganized, and in complete disarray. Shelves are messy, many are empty, and boxes with items are frequently left on the floor as if restocking was abandoned midway. Price tags are often missing. I asked a dazed looking employee if they carried fringe and rickrack. She told me they did not. As I made my way to the register, I found an aisle stocked with exactly those items. Employees are never in sight when customers need assistance and when you do find one they are unfriendly and do not even acknowledge you or say hello when passing. This store feels neglected and on the brink of closing its doors for good. The last time I visited, I nearly stepped on a large roach slowly strolling down the aisle (see pic). I did notify a worker about this and they stated it was common and not concerned with doing anything about it. I will not be returning nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

But they carry stuff for almost every craft that you could think of. They also have a wide variety of markers and paints. If you are a sewer they have a big section for everything that you would need. They also have a great seasonal section for your special holidays. In general the prices here are decent and average compared to other craft stores. They don't offer coupons anymore. Which is a little disappointing but they do have good sales going on. The service from the employees was great. Very welcoming and willing to help with whatever you may need. I definitely will be back to this location.

It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales. I've seen people put stuff down and leave without buying, and I almost did that but really needed the item. Please get more cashiers or update your system to something more modern to move the line faster. Bright side, super fun to just walk thru and get your steps in on a hot summer day.

They were one of the first stores to carry Jellycats, along with so many other wonderful things. It's a wonderful place to visit around Christmas because they have so many unique decorations and home items, along with thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts for people. My daughter and I are frequent visitors, and it has become a beloved tradition that we always stop in whenever we're downtown. The ladies who work here are simply wonderful and incredibly helpful. So cool! I got a few items and also found a Monchichi t shirt for $5.55! I like how they sell a mini selection of movie posters and LEGO items. Easy self checkout system. Staff is friendly and welcoming. To my surprise this store is actually well stocked and organized. Overall good experience.

[Products]: Most of the stickers are original artwork with only a few anime IPs (less than 1/8 of all stickers). I thought their LA County stickers (including some cities from San Bernardino County) for each city were pretty neat. The shop also has some decent Japanese-brand notebooks, toolboxes, pens, etc. Customers can also make their own through the website by uploading their own images (minimum order of 50 stickers). [Conclusion]: The store is not everyone's cup of tea, but for the right target customers this is an amazing store.
