If I could give those guys negative 100 stars I will without any hesitation. Don't be fooled with the initial phone call and the nice manners and the fact that it's cheap storage service. You definitely get what you pay for and this company is no exception. In June 2019 I wanted to have my furniture stored until I move to my new house in August and while I was looking for a self storage facility I came across Clutter on Facebook add. I read about them and the good reviews so decided it's a great deal to have them come pick up my stuff and store them in a safe large warehouse for 200 a month. Initially things were amazing. They showed up on time and carefully packed my stuff, took photos and labeled everything. I was assured by the team leader that my stuff will go directly to my spot in the warehouse in the same area and will be returned to me whenever I'm ready. So long story short when I called them to bring my stuff back they indicated that 3 items including my 5000 TV, my super expensive headboard to my bedroom which I paid 7000 for and a designer coffee table worth 1000 are missing. They assured me that they will find them in matter of few days and will be returned. They brought my stuff back without those items. They damaged my dresser and nightstand to the bedroom with a crack and edge damage and they refused to assemble the bedrooms which they had promised to So two weeks later they sent me an email stating that those items are lost and they wanted to only offer me 1000 dollars in compensation. I went nuts on them and after like 20 plus emails back and forth they won't budge and refused to pay a dollar more because they can't pay more that 1 dollar per pound of items missing. I was never told or given the option of this insurance clause. All they say when I started the service that if anything get lost or damage they will replace or pay actual value of items but that was not the case. They will suck you in singing the contract when they pick up your stuff on small phone and won't point out the insurance coverage. I also was told by one of the driver who brought my stuff back that when stuff get picked up they take it to a small location and then it get picked up again to go to main warehouse and that is why hundreds of items get lost and he also said that he saw workers throwing stuff in the truck like they throw a football and they steal things all the time.... Unbelievable... Please please avoid those crooks assholes at any cost. Get a self storage and pay someone to store it for you. By trying to save 100 a month it cost me thousands... This review is long overdue! We are remodeling and I had an emergency situation which required me to find a place to store a filled 20' shipping container along with the the rest of my belongings on my first floor and some upstairs hallway items. I need to find a place that could rent to me quickly and has enough space for my items. Additionally, due to health issues, I needed help packing up the balance. Needless to say, a lot of boxes and furniture! This is one of those shipping containers you see on a boat or train. Enter Clutter.com! All I can say is WOW! These guys were amazing! From my initial phone call and working with Ian J. who worked with me to get the job scheduled within my time frame, to the amazing 6 man crew who came and actually did the packing, unpacking of items from shipping container to reloading into their 2 large trucks. A shout out to that crew! Austin, Keith M, Alex, Devon, Jordan S, and Nick A. These guys moved quickly, but with great care to make sure my items would stay safe. These guys were just amazing. So nice and friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. I can't say enough kind things about all of the team I worked with. The amazing part was that all the packing and materials were free! I'm only paying for monthly storage. I've never seen a company like this. They actually take pictures (sometimes several), of all items, including the inside of the box before sealing. Also each item/box has its own bar code. Then they put this all into a catalog so you can see everything on line. When you are ready for your items to come back, you just go into your catalog and check what items you want to be returned. Again, no charge! I wouldn't hesitate to call Clutter.com in the future. i've been seeing clutter ads for some time now, and i came across a groupon that was fifty dollars for two hundred dollars worth of services. i'm in the process of moving to a larger apartment and acquired a lot of furniture that my mother wasn't keen about me storing in the garage, so being able to store with clutter was a lifesaver for me (i'm already not her favorite). since i'm pathetically weak at the moment and my sister swore to never help me move again after the last move, i figured getting some help would be good. clutter actually had to reschedule my first appointment since they were double booked by mistake. harris called me to apologize and reschedule, and offered me a hundred dollar gift card for the inconvenience! A+ customer service. i've had three appointments with clutter so far (all pick ups) and all the teams were fantastic. not to mention they help you pack and give you free boxes. every team has been super nice and helpful! marlon is awesome, and douglas is super nice too. everyone who works for them has been great so far :) i DO wish is that clutter would offer more concise appointment slots. for example, some windows are 7am to 10am, or even 9am to 1pm-- and they can arrive anytime within that timeframe and you won't get a good idea when until the morning of. i'm not too upset at this because i know it's still a startup, so for the time being, they're doing pretty good. i've had a few appointments rescheduled due to mixups on their end though, hopefully this type of stuff will be sorted out in the future. p.s. bonus: some of the guys are super cute read more

Today we had 5 people come to our home today. I've been very skeptical about using a moving/storage company due to the fact that we have antique furniture that needed to be handled with extreme care. We were however very pleased with everyone's care and attention to each piece of furniture and other items regardless of the size or if it looked antique new or old. I love the fact that you can go onto your account and order all or just a few items from your own stuff just like shopping anywhere online, they set a date for delivery and at no extra cost to you they bring it to your new residence. I have not been able to use this feature yet since they just picked our stuff up today but, I will update this review once I have used it. There is one thing that I could say that I wish the company itself would do. I wish that they could bring items directly to your new home as well as putting items in the warehouses storage. The only criticism I will give about the crew today is they could have all used a cup of coffee, breakfast or an energy drink maybe lol something to make them just a tad bit more awake. Other than that they were very friendly, they played with my dog, politely asked if they could use the restroom, or for water/ice out of the fridge. As of today I would recommend them to anyone moving especially if they have a lot of items that can't all fit into their new place or you just can't find the right spot for that one item just yet. Hi I called yesterday and booked for today! There was some misinformation during the booking process, I spoke with a manager and they definitely accommodated me with a 10x45! Today the crew arrived and worked extremely hard to get this job done. They didn't complain at all, very personable, funny and professional! I wish that Elijah,Tim,Jordan, Daniel and Angelina could be the same team delivering my stuff to Dallas! They rocked it out! Clutter is the best way to go! My am team over performed, them after lunch the am team linked up with the pm team and knocked the remaining items out! Again thank you Elijah, Jordan and Daniel for alleviating my stress due to the deadline! Thanks for calling to ensure that the second truck and crew were coming so it could be done by 6. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! ZERO STARS!! The packing / moving team arrived on time and were very respectful and careful with our belongings. We stored for a month with them. THEN - when it came time for our delivery back to us, we were told some of our boxes were misplaced, lost - just gone! We have expensive fine furniture in shambles - literally - hardwood poster bed is shattered and broken. Vanity broken, desk legs broken beyond repair. And about 7 other items that did come back to us are unrepairable!! I feel violated and completely disregarded. We trusted Clutter with our cherished furniture and personal items, and we were violated in that trust. The warehouse / loading staff are horrible!!! No mention of any insurance that may be needed by any clutter employee at the time of our moving with them, and the only monetary value they put on your items is $1 per pound of the item's weight. Regardless of how much you pay for your items. RIDICULOUS!! If you have a piece of expensive jewelry that was stored in something, that doesn't weigh a pound, it's lost or stolen by their people - YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!! After researching and trying to find a company to pack and store our household goods, we decided on CLUTTER. We came close to settling with PODS, however, after seeing that CLUTTER was going to provide us with the same size storage unit plus provide the labor (packers /loaders) it was obvious who we were going to go with. It didnt seem real. I was looking through the fine print for the "catch". No regrets people. They showed up early on the 1st morning (0620 when scheduled for an arrival time of 0700 to 1000). Five respectful men ready to go to work. I had a 2850 sf two-story home to pack. Had two more guys show up around noon. Total of seven guys packing my house the same way I would of packed it. Day 2 came along and they showed up right on time. Had three guys on day 2 to finish the job that was left from day 1. Again, very respectful and eager to get to work. Another day with no issues. We had to schedule a 3rd day for the remaining of our household goods. They left us with the garage and our washer and dryer. Awaiting the arrival of our day 3 crew which will be here in 3 days. Personable, professional, efficient, polite & careful!!! Can not recommend them enough. They called before they came arrived 5 mins earlier then the beginning of the window time!! They are carefully wrapping each item taking pictures of everything! They are all so friendly yet professional! I can not recommend them enough!!! We have a 3 bedroom apartment with 6 college girls all on summer break all over the US that couldn't be here to help move all these items DOWNSTAIRS and they are doing it all included in the cost of just storing their items for a month until their next house is ready!!! Wish I could give them more stars!!! Wanted to update the review. We received our items from clutter and they were on time. We did have a small issue with a lost and broken item. That being said things happen and clutter stepped up and was more then fair. I would definitely recommend clutter and their staff. Bringing our items back were Angel, Doug and Nick. From start to finish AWESOME! I found clutter doing a online search. From starting with their their easy to use website to book my move to My first call to customer service where my questions and concerns were met by a knowledgeable and very friendly customer rep. Clutter really took some of the stress out of my move. This morning I was greeted by my clutter team Marlon & Angelena. Marlon explained the process to me and they got straight to work. All of my furniture was nicely wrapped in blanket and corner protectors to prevent damage and carefully loaded on to the truck. These two worked hard and effectively to make this move seemless. They gave me confidance that property wod be safe and taken care of. I really like that there are no extra hidden prices. The team brought, boxes,tape and bubble wrap at no additional cost to me. Great experience with the two Clutter crews that packed up the majority of our house! From the wonderful customer service on the phone and all the follow-up to see if we had any questions leading up to our packing day! It was very helpful that they have a tracker so you know just when the team of Clutter will arrive up to the minute. From the time that they arrived they communicated well with us and kept things moving and took great care with our belongings. It's great that they have a lead who communicates with you throughout the day. Loved the question game that Marlon the team lead played with us to keep us in the know in how many boxes we had so far throughout the day! We had so much stuff that we had two days of them packing up our stuff. Our second day the crew was phenomenal. Had a great experience with Clutter folks during our two day move out of our house. They do take a little bit longer moving things but that's because they photograph, tag, and wrap practically *everything*. Talk about thorough! The teams on both days were friendly and easy to work with and they seemed to work really well with each other too! Pricing was more than fair, especially when you consider that the labor for moving is all included with the storage cost (only slightly more than storage by itself). Keep in mind that they offer packing services in the price but your move will go much faster if you pack your own boxes in advance (as we did). Also: no liquids, food stuffs, or flammables! All in all, Clutter offers a great solution for a combined moving and storage need. THIS IS The best thing since apple pie! These guys showed up for me today And were packing up quite a few things that I cannot store in my current home. They not only showed up on time with a smile on their faces, but had to deal with my ex who was upset I was moving my things. LET ME INTRODUCE DOUG AND FERRER (Sacramento). They packed up all my things, took pictures of everything in every box, inventoried it, wrapped and packed, and will be taking it to their main hub to go in the storage for me. Then anytime I need one of those boxes I notify the company and within three days they will deliver it for me at no charge! I will know exactly which box has what, because they take pictures of everything inside every box and guess what it only cost me $114 an extra 15 if you want insurance. Pick up and delivery are free! They bring the truck, and the moving power. This is the best idea I have seen in years. read more

Too good to be true that's what my wife and I thought for $300 which includes insurance 6 guys 3 trucks 7 hours later packed up my 3 car garage full of stuff and other household items. Hauled it to storage for a minimum of 30 days they individually packed every picture in cardboard shrinked wrapped everything they did a 10 times better job than I could have done in a fraction of the time. And will deliver it back to us when ever I want it. I pay that much on a 10x25 storage unit that I have to pack it in-and-out so far these guys have been amazing. Thay have done everything they said they're going to do. I just can't believe they can do it for such a small amount of money but congratulations to clutter you have a satisfied customer. Both pickup crew and drop off crew were amazing! Super nice and respectful, making sure not to break or bump anything. Douglas and Garin were super nice even though they had to go up and down 3 floors on a very hot Davis summer day multiple times. Rovon and Nafis were also hella nice and fun. They are all great people and don't make moving awkward. They also make sure everything is properly packed and secure, and that nothing get damaged. I used a discount code so the price was very cheap comparing to other moving services. I did make sure to tip them well because of how hard they had to work because of the stairs, so it ended up being the same price as without the discount code, but they 100% deserved it. All work was done impressively quickly and well within the estimated time they give us. All around great people and I ABSOLUTELY recommend hiring them! read more

This whole experience so far has been such a pleasant and wonderful surprise. My husband and I are selling our home and moving into new construction and we needed a place to move most of our belongings so we can stage our current home to sell. The first pick up visit was about a week ago and I cant stop telling people what an amazing experience it was. The customer service was amazing and the care the team took in packaging and cataloging our items, as well as extra packaging they did to keep certain items safe made me feel like I didnt have to worry about anything. They are also coming back in a few weeks to store our large furniture. I was really skeptical about this at first. I needed to be out of my current living situation before my new one was ready so this seemed like a great option. I was moving about a 1 bedroom apartment full of stuff. I had a referral code from a friend which got me $100 off and also got a $100 amazing gift card. So the move ended up only costing me about $200. The team that came was great, they were on time, quick, professional and friendly. Cordell, John and another gentlemen I unfortunately can't find his name in my records. But they were all great! I was really blown away at how careful they were packing everything. I was trying to pack up a 3000 sq foot house by myself. My realtor told me about Clutter. One of his clients had used them and was thrilled with the service! Long story short I called that day to make an appointment. On the morning of the appointment, I was kept updated of arrival time via text messages. So, I knew the minute Bryan and Nafis would arrive. No waiting and wondering when they would arrive! When Bryan walked in, we immediately did a walk through and he tagged everything to be packed. I am putting my house up for sale so some stuff had to stay since I'm living there. The guys were polite, professional and very careful packing everything. This is the best storage service by far!!!! They just left my place right now. Its not a moving company but it is a storage company that has their own movers. They come to your desired location and get the things you want to be moved into their storage and then bring it back to you when you need it or when you move to your new place!! The movers are very friendly and are actually there to help you move without lifting a finger. They are polite and nice. The company never charges for the movers. Its free!! You only pay your storage price and insurance if you want. But its affordable and if you find a cheaper storage company in your area they will price match for you. I had stored my entire dorm's with of items (including my bike) with clutter in Sacramento last year. Now I'm starting my school year in southern California, so I needed to get my things out of storage. Somehow, these fantastic men managed to fit my bike, two suitcases, two plastic storage containers, and a laundry hamper into my girlfriend's tiny Versa. They were excellent help and I give them props especially because of how hot it was outside. My only complaint is that I drove 6 hours to get there by 10am and I had to wait all the way until a little after 2pm for my stuff to arrive. I didn't get to go anywhere to eat for fear of missing my appointment. I wish they were better at updating you about the progress of when they will come. Thank you! read more
