I was moving across town to be closer to my son and he found Move-Proz and Ricardo for me. He and his guys were so awesome. They took such amazing care of all my furniture, even the curio cabinet I was laughingly hoping would break. Lol!! They went above and beyond for me and grabbed anything and everything. I loved how they protected all of the surfaces in both homes. Fur example, they padded doorways if needed, laid runners on the floors and blankets as needed. They wrapped every single item and rubber-banded them securely. they unloaded every box and put them where I asked they put the furniture in the locations I requested. They were friendly and kind and I can't say enough good things about them. ¡Muchísimas gracias Ricardo para todo! read more

Very satisfied. Ricardo answered promptly, provided a quick price and time and date for my pickup. On the day of my fridge pickup he texted when he was on his way to the pickup/drop off addresses. The fridge was wrapped up nicely and arrived here undamaged. He seemed very nice and was able to squeeze me in at the last minute. Highly recommend them for moving needs. read more

These guys were excellent movers. They helped me and my wife move back in June. I have to say, I was nervous about them moving our piano. I asked when they arrived on moving day if they had experience, and they said yes, but I was still a bit nervous because pianos are challenging to move. They did a fantastic job! They took great care with all of our items, but they were extra careful not to scratch the floors (old house and new) when they moved the piano. Our piano's wheels don't turn, so this was no small thing. We moved into a smaller house, and we had really a lot of stuff (apparently we did not do great at downsizing before the move). They initially told us that they would have 3 guys move us, so I was skeptical when just 2 showed up. They really hustled and then more guys joined us to offload at the new house. It was a really long day--took from about 8:00am to 8:00pm. They also honored our original quote even though it took them more hours to complete our move. This company had by far the best price to move us, and they delivered amazing service. And they were extremely fun and friendly while still being professional. We don't plan to move again for several years, but I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We had a great experience. read more

I cannot speak highly enough of the Move-Proz team! Ricardo was super responsive and eager to earn my trust and business. He started his own moving company after many years in the business, but ventured on his own right before the unexpected COVID-19 pandemic shutdown occurred. I really wanted to help him out because it takes a lot of courage to venture out, let alone keep pressing on when so much has been stacked against our economy. Glad I did! I had to move a two bedroom apartment into a house across town, and Ricardo was able to give me a GREAT price estimate based on a verbal description of the place. I sent him some photos of the rooms just to confirm. The job was split into two days, the first half day was he and his colleague coming in to break down furniture, pack and label parts, wrap it all up in moving blankets ready for the following move day. They came in on day two with a third colleague, swung by my storage unit, and helped me move that too! They were all just very friendly, and I really felt like I had a team helping me out. I was feeling really guilty watching these guys work hard, as it was close to 100 degrees in the Sacramento heat. I cranked my air conditioning in both places, supplied bottled smart waters, and ordered them El Pollo Loco on day one and Pizza on day two. They were super respectful of neighbors, willing to move trucks when people needed to get by, no fuss, no drama... just pros. Thanks guys!! read more

The highest recommendation that we can give is that we would hire Ricardo and his crew if we had to move again. We were scheduled to start our move at 9 a.m., and Ricardo was pulling up to our place at 8:55. We hired a crew of four because we know that we have way more stuff than any reasonable couple should have. Thankfully, these guys were great! They were fast, professional, prepared (so many mover's blankets and giant rubber bands!), strong (one "complained" that the boxes were too light), and funny! Heck, they even helped us with dinner; my husband ordered a pizza from a mom n' pop place in our new neighborhood on the recommendation of one of Ricardo's crew. The pizza was cheap and tasty, and the movers were fast and efficient. So not only did we have an excellent move, hubby got an excellent dinner. Thanks, Move-Proz! I forgot to add- Ricardo is also fully licensed and insured. I was able to independently verify this through the feds and the state. So even though his price was very competitive, his business is legit. read more

Ricardo is the man! A Move-Proz professional, he and his team planned and executed our entire move. Everything was as promised. No excuses. Everything was done professionally, respectfully , in a timely manner and with care. I highly recommend this company. I will use their services again. This company operates in all of California. The Founders and Owners are part of the team so they care that every job is done well. In my experience, there is a big difference hiring companies where the Founder/Owner is still involved on a daily basis. It feels like the good old days when customer service mattered. We used their services in the Bay Area. The actual moving part of moving is never a favorite activity, but with the Move-Pros team, it was painless. Thanks guys!! read more

On 3/2/2023 Ricardo and his crew of 4 came on time at Shingle Springs to move our belongs from a 4 bed room home, 2180 square feet home with two 26 ft trucks fully loaded in five hours. Delivered next day to Hollister califorina, which took them only five hour to unload and set up all the rooms funitures. What a had working crew they were. We had no breakage or scratches what so ever in our move with them They are exceptional movers Ricardo the Boss is very easy person to get along with. I would recommend MOVE-PROZ TO ALL WHO ARE IN NEED OF A MOVE LONG OR SHORT DISTANCE. Give Ricardo a call [@ (916) 835 0564 or Email moveproz@gmail.com The whole crew were friendly and well mannered. I was very happy with my experience with Move-Proz. I felt that they were a very reasonable price. They were on time for the loading of my furniture and then traveled from Sacramento to my new home in San Diego. All my belongings arrived safely. They were all friendly and efficient. I felt very confident with my choice of moving companies. I don't think you will get a better price. Thank you Move-Proz! read more

This is a veteran owned small business, and they did a great job. Very efficient and professional. I would hire again.

Moved refrigerator for us - quick reply, friendly, fair, and they clearly cared about our property!

Was told to purchase 25 blankets for the movers to carefully move furniture...they used a total of 0 blankets and roughly as much care with my items. read more

Our sincere thank you to Ricardo and his team. We bought a sofa sleeper for our upstairs family room. The merchant offered "white glove" delivery and failed miserably. They came to our home twice and ultimately told us that the sofa would have to be returned because it was too difficult to get it up. Ricardo and his guys showed up this morning and the sofa is now up in the family room! They are true professionals, we would recommend them in a heartbeat. read more

Move-Proz has got you covered! I contacted several moving companies and Move-Proz response time was the quickest, great pricing too. Had a brief conversation over the phone with Ricardo, booked our moving date and he called to confirm a few days before the big day. On moving day he was on time. Super professional, made sure I was happy every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable. Hooked up my washer and dryer at the new place just right with no dings on them, moved a HUGE Nordictrack incline trainer and one super heavy dinning table. Give Ricardo a call, you won't regret it. read more

Ricardo and his team were great. They were referred to me by my parents who recently moved. Move-Proz were super easy to work with, they were kind, they took great care with all our things, and we would hire them again for sure! read more

Everything was perfect! I was able to get a quote ahead of time, by texting photos. Ricardo responded rapidly, and was able to schedule my move within two days, then texted me the night before to confirm my appointment. The next morning the crew of three arrived about 15 minutes early, after contacting me by phone! They are very professional and protected all of the belongings and were extremely careful, as well as efficient, and knowledgeable about the best ways to pack into a small storage facility! They went above and beyond in my eyes, and the finished price was less than quoted because they were able to complete the move in less time than the estimate! Thank you, for your help!!! If anyone needs a Mover, I would recommend this company. read more

We recently hired Ricardo and his crew to move. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He in his crew were very responsive to our needs. There was a couple tricky situations with our new washer and dryer (my picky as wife). They took down the doors for the laundry room because they didn't fit, showed us how to put them back in, also took off the front door to the house to get the washer and dryer into the house. Ricardo and his team helped us move last month and we want to give them 5 stars for their professionalism and their quickness. We had needed help moving large appliances and furniture. We literally contacted them in the morning of our move in day and they were able to fit us in their schedule that same afternoon. Not only that, when we had needed help again two days later, Ricardo and his team made time for us and helped us a second time. Overall, their team was there when we needed them and did a great job. They got a safe into a tiny closet with no problem. Had to move some stuff around, but we're willing to do what they needed to to get it done. On short notice, at nearly half the quote of other movers (who wanted to charge me for a full home moving quote despite only needing this one item moved). Thanks yall (: read more

I thought long and hard before writing this review yet the inefficiency and irresponsibility of this company was over the top not in a good way. Not one or two but SEVERAL pieces of important furniture were badly damaged, missing lampshades to the floor lamp, and an initial miscalculation of the size of the load mandated a second truck and a second trip to get the total amount of my belongings to my new home 250 miles away. There was a second charge of $700 which was not discussed but dictated. He had my posessions - I felt I had no choice but to comply. After the second trip it was discovered they had left a marble table top behind and, yes, a third trip was required. It was one month before all my belongings ended up at the new house. I wrote the owner several texts and emails regarding the situation and his concession was only to refund the three lampshades (without tax or shipping cost), as it was his employees that had removed them from the lamp and lost them. I always believe in a second chance and tried to work with them to no avail. I don't know anything about these people personally but I would suggest you think very carefully before spending your money with this business. read more

Ricardo and Ivan were amazing -- I'm giving five stars even though they arrived late, which should tell you how awesome they were. They were friendly, funny, and thoughtful about things. It was raining a bit, and they laid down plastic and ensured our carpet didn't get muddy. Ricardo noticed a propane tank in our camping gear and moved it so there was no danger. This is the first mover I've used where NOTHING was broken. They stuck around to make sure we didn't need anything else moved once things were in the house. I recommend them highly and would use them again no problem! read more

Ricardo and his team at Move Proz were very professional, they took great care of our furniture in the move and made it happen in a smooth and efficient way. You'll be impressed. read more

I say this with no animosity. They had availability and the movers were nice enough. But they are really only "movers" in the literal sense that they can move items from point a to point b. There's no assurance the items will actually make it in one piece, however. They came to the job with no packing supplies and seemed intent on moving as many things as possible as quickly as possible or, the well being of the objects be damned. They also weren't very productive (in terms or rate of moving items) and the cost of the move was more than what a reasonable person should expect. Train your movers ASAP. read more

They were excellent ! Ricardo was real easy to work with. Gave a real competitive quote that was just what we wanted. He calls you back real fast and explains how they work in plain talk. He answered all our questions and they were very professional, clean and cared a lot about our goods. It was a long move - 1100 miles and not one item was damaged. We coordinated the arrival time so we all got there within 15 minutes of each other. Hire them - they are that good. read more
