We hired Shav and crew to move us from Roseville to Lincoln. They carefully packed our possessions. They protected our furniture. They moved a spa, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Firstly, they were 30 minutes late and didn't notify me. Then they lost some stuff and broke bigger stuff. I was given compensation for the broken tv, but not the lost stuff or inconvenience. I was offered $30 to compensate for all the lost cleaning stuff, but have not gotten it. I thought it was weird that they said a part of my couch was heavy?? Maybe because the guys who delivered each carried one section. Also, maybe it's just me, but if I'm to pay hourly for a service, I don't expect them to be on the phone while working. Oh, and they told me rooms were empty, but still found random stuff when I went back to do the walk through with my landlord. I guess I got what I paid for. read more

I hired this company for a full 2 bedroom apartment move. The gentlemen were very quick with the move. I originally chose this company over others due to their confirmed ability to unmount and remount TVs. After the full move was completed, the team was unable to mount the TVs on the original date so I was rescheduled for a few days later. After a few contact attempts and discussions the original gentleman from the move referred us to another person for mounting the TVs. Another few days had passed and when the new gentleman was finally able to confirm a date for us, the cost of the tv mounting doubled compared to what I was originally quoted. I still don't have my TVs mounted and will be hiring someone else to complete it however for just a standard move, this company was decent. read more

Untrustworthy I paid for a tv mounting with no wires showing & was told they would be able to do so. After I paid they told me they contacted a contractor to finish the job and hide the wires . They never paid anyone to finish the job so I'm left with exactly I didn't want . Was a waist of money and had to pay someone else to finish the job I already paid them for . read more
