It used to be a pretty cheap option but some of the prices have increased. We also try to get the family discount but forget half the time at check out. Right after the job there was a leak under the kitchen sink which was behind an angled maple panel. This was an ADA cabinet job. We asked him to replace the panel and moulding since it warped. We waited for a quote, or to just fix it. He took our old maple panel to match and never came back again or would return my calls. He didn't want to deal with a fix. We ran into him at a restaurant and told him in front of his family that he needs to make it right. He said he would call the next day which he never did and has never made it right. Is this the kind of businessman you want to deal with?

We couldn't wait another 8 weeks for another cabinet as deadline for completion was 4 weeks. We found Chris from a recommendation from another cabinet shop. Within 2 weeks, he was able to build us a completely customized cabinet to fit our space and match the finish to a sample we gave him from our shelving unit. This is now the highest quality cabinet in the house. His price was a little more than the box store, but his price included installation. We will definitely check back with Chris on our next project.

Disappointing Refund and Customer Service Experience…read more Our salesperson, Lee, was helpful and knowledgeable when introducing the products, and we were happy with the purchasing and payment process. We purchased several sets of furniture from the store. However, we canceled a sofa and coffee table the day after purchase, one week before delivery. Salesperson Lee wrote a $4,055 refund amount on our new invoice and told us we could contact them to receive the refund after getting our physical credit card, since we originally paid through Apple Pay. After receiving the card, customer service was extremely rude. They refused to issue the refund, offered only store credit, and told us to contact our credit card company and dispute the transaction ourselves. We also received a damaged headboard and had to wait a week for a replacement. Given how the store handled our refund, we have lost confidence in its customer service and find it difficult to trust that future warranty issues would be handled properly. Very disappointing experience. Think carefully before making a purchase.
