    We had ~40 boxes, a bed, couch, TV, 2 night stands, 1 desk, 2 bookcases, a large mirror, & a few large things. All loaded in about 1 hour!

    We had a great experience with this company. Geronimo was quick to get back to us, even out of normal business hours. He was informative and responsive. He texted us early the day before for confirmation, and his guys showed up promptly to work on the moving day (about 6 minutes early). We worked with CJ and Eon, and they were very helpful. They reviewed everything we had (which wasn't really all that much) and then went to work. They got everything we had into the truck in about 1 hour and unpacked it at the new place in about 45 minutes. They were still very quick, efficient, and easy to work with. I couldn't imagine anyone I know (who has their strength) to work near as fast. They seemed to have a good system and teamwork. Thank you guys for all your efforts and being able to help on short notice! Much appreciated! I recommend this company and would use them again.

    This experience was a rollercoaster. I'm not writing this to speak poorly of the business because I support small businesses all around, but I want others to make their own educated decision and hire a company that they trust to do an important service such as moving your valuable items. Unfortunately due to the character limit, I can't fit all of the details. I reached out to the owner about all of my concerns so I'll mention his responses here. I would normally give 1 star but I appreciated that the owner did at least respond, but it still doesn't negate the experience I had on moving day. My husband was the one who first met the movers at the old house and said they took time putting up blankets on corners and walls before moving furniture out. It sounded promising. First they told my husband that they don't take apart the washer and dryer and will only move it, so he had to take it apart himself. I confirmed this service when I booked the move so it seemed like miscommunication at some point. I texted the owner to clarify; he later called me with a very rude tone and didn't say who he was (the caller ID just said "wireless caller"). When I picked up he just said "Who is there?" I responded confused - I had no idea who this was or what they were talking about, until I realized he was asking me who the movers names were. It was offensive & unprofessional - a friend wouldn't talk to me like that, let alone an owner of a business I'm paying. The owner later apologized, saying it was not fair of him to assume I knew who was calling or who his movers' names were. We ended up having to pay a separate appliance repair guy to come hook up our washer/dryer for us. One of the reasons I chose this moving company was because they said they uninstall/install so I wish I picked a company that truly does offer that service. When the movers arrived at the new home there were several times I had to direct where items were going, despite the boxes already being carefully labeled. You can imagine this is frustrating as I'm simultaneously trying to take care of my baby or unpack boxes coming in. Towards the end, one of the movers was complaining about being off the clock and how he wasn't going to finish putting the bed together. He was walking back and forth inside & outside, speaking profanity in front of us - extremely unprofessional but also a bit scary honestly to have that hostility inside of my home. The owner later told me that this employee was let go. In the end our bed was never reassembled. The movers left pieces of the base at our old home that were needed in order for the mattress to stay level. We had to figure it out late in the evening just so we could have something to sleep on. It was extremely heavy for the two of us. They also forgot the electric plug for our mattress base, so we had to go back to our house a 2nd time for that. However they lost the power supply for the base somewhere, so now we're left with this $3000 bed base that won't work anymore because we can't plug it in. The owner asked for details of the bed base and the store it was purchased so they could handle it. UPDATE: The power supply was found in a random plastic bag left in our garage. There are other pieces in there too but we have no idea where they go because the movers are the ones who disassembled the bed. Several heavy items were left out of place. My husband has back injuries and I recently had a baby so that was the whole point of hiring movers - because we can't easily move these items ourselves. The owner later addressed that we were supposed to have a walkthrough before signing and payment to confirm that everything was in the correct place in each room. After they left, they called us to pay for an extra hour because he miscalculated. That shouldn't have been our fault but since we're honest people, we reached back out to figure out what happened so we could pay. I explained to him I wasn't happy that there were several items left behind and not complete, and he was nice enough to take off $50 from the hour we owed, but it still didn't feel like enough compensation for all this hassle. To end on a positive note we did appreciate Josh's friendly manner and personality, but I wish the job would've been done correctly. He was responsive when I reached out to him in the evening about our bed and not being able to physically move it ourselves. He was ready to drive out to us 45 minutes away but luckily we figured it out ourselves. It is my belief that he just got stuck with a poor team, because he seems to be such a hard worker with excellent customer service. Moving is stressful for anyone let alone a family moving with an infant, so to pay nearly $1000 for a partial job is really unnerving and upsetting. I wish we had gotten a referral from someone we know instead. It just goes to show that even businesses with 4-5 stars have their hiccups and I just got the unlucky straw that day.

    Beware!!!! Hired this company and THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP!!!! The owner is terrible at communicating. Always has an excuse as to why he can't answer (either sick or family events). Text at crazy hours of the night. We booked with him 8 days before our move and he said he would check in to confirm the day before. Didn't answer all day. Finally heard from him at 11pm the night before with conflicting information. Hoped they would still make it because we didn't have a back up plan. They didn't show up!! Called and text multiple times the morning of with no response. Had to scramble to find a new company that was still available so last minute and of course cost us way more!

    My boyfriend and I had a very successful move thanks to Geronimo and his team. He was quick to respond with a quote. Up front, he provided a lot of important details and was very thorough. His prices are great and beat out any competing quotes I got. Come move in day, which obviously is very stressful, Geronimo and his partner were very professional and efficient and made it easier for us. They even texted to let us know they were running behind (which was fine because we were too lol) and we already knew it was due to something out of their control. We didn't mind at all. They did a walk through and let us explain everything we wanted them to pack up. I couldn't believe they remembered everything ha! They were very efficient and worked well together. They wanted to make sure they got everything we wanted packed and asked us to do a walk through before we left the house. They got the entire move done in just under 3 hours, which was awesome because I have a bunch of crap! I would highly recommend these guys as they do a fantastic job and make sure your items stay safe in transit. Totally worth the money and now the only thing I have to focus on is unpacking and organizing :) Thank you A Couple Great Movers - I would recommend to anyone!

What did get moved was handled carefully, packed in their truck so none of it shifted and off loaded into a mobile home up a flight of stairs no complaints. They were fast and moved three generations of property in the gentlest manner, some of the pieces are antique, which is appreciated. They spent about 3 hours and though neither my hubby nor I remember exactly, think it cost $90-100. If we moved again we would use them.

    Scheduled a move for 10/14 at 1pm…read more They pushed the time back because of a delay with the move before me. I had to reach out for updates. They then canceled on me 20 minutes before the rescheduled time, saying they *couldnt* leave the other move to honor my appointment even tho the other person wasn't even packed. (They just wanted that extra hourly cost from that person I'm sure). Rescheduled for the next day. Cost me money because I had already paid for daycare and for a cleaner to come to my old place. I had to pay for another day of day care and pay my cleaning person a cancellation fee plus the cleaning fee. Almost $300. Despite being very clear about moving a 1400sq ft place, they showed up with a truck that was too small to do it in one trip as discussed (Dragging out the time/cost). One mover was polite. The other was rude and the overall experience was beyond unprofessional. They left me with scratched and wobbly/damaged furniture from mishandling. They even asked us to help move things ! When the office person sent the text requesting payment, I asked about the price being adjusted for the huge and expensive inconvenience they caused me the day before and she was reluctant to do anything. After my insistence she gave me a small discount, but in actuality I should not have paid a dime over the originally quoted price due to the unprofessionalism and what they cost me by canceling. I asked if they were an insured company and she refused to answer or address my damaged furniture. She was generally pretty defensive and kept repeating the same excuse instead of wanting to accommodate me. I will obviously never recommend or use this company.
