When we cleared out our old unit this past weekend we realized that it was rodent infested and we had to take most everything to the dump. This place is disgusting and unsanitary. The office is NEVER open so it's impossible to speak to anyone in person, instead you have to call the corporate number and wait on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and call around, there are multiple different storage companies in Lodi that are more affordable, clean and they will value your business, unlike Secure Care.

I spoke with the local manager and she helped out to get it lowered. I was told that the rate increases only happen once or twice every couple of years... They just sent me notice of a 3rd increase! My rate has tripled and I'm moving out. The local manager seems genuine but the corporate office keeps increasing the price and I'm tired of it. SAVE YOURSELF A FUTURE HEADACHE!
