Cloud touch is a cute breakfast sandwich shop that I stopped by last month in my trip to NYC. They have tasty made to order breakfast sandwiches and mochi donuts to choose from. We were there on a rainy day, but the outside seating area looked cute and a nice place to sit on a nice day. We sat on the small bench inside and ate instead. The drinks were great too. Staff was friendly and food/drink was reasonable priced.
Another cafe for the win! I have to say the first time i visited this business I was unsure I was going to like it. It turned out I did and ever since I have been enjoying their food/beverages. One of my favorite foods are (some) of the mochi donuts and the chicken sandwuches. If you are a food junkie and love donuts, Cloud Touch makes it twice a day and possibly more if it's busy. Brooklyn Roasting company coffee is a bonus for me since I love the taste of this brand. If you do not like your coffee strong, suggest just one shot of expresso or two (expresso shots varies by the cup size). The service in this establishment is friendly and attentive to the order you place. You get a discount when you pay with cash. Paying with card has an additional fee. There is a seating area inside the cafe as well as outside. The indoor seating has a bench and two round coffee table. The outdoor seating is wonderful for when the weather is warm. But, the plus is that there is outdoor seating year round. With so many cafes in New York City, this one is small yet stands out in its unique way.
We came here bright and early on a Monday morning bright and early around 9am. There was not much of a crowd, as I was second in line to order. There is a small outdoor seating area for customers with two picnic benches and inside there is only a ledge in the wall to sit and wait. We ordered two egg sandwiches, one with the original sauce and one all star with the hot and sweet sauce. We also got a French toast and one hot ube cloud latte. The food came out within 10 mins and the staff was nice in helping us decide what to order for breakfast. Overall, I thought the egg sandwiches were delightful even if a bit on the pricier end. I would highly recommend getting the hot and sweet sauce over the original. The French toast was somewhat disappointing, it was a bit flat and compressed and we were unsure why, would not be ordering again. They have a display of mochi donuts in the front and also are most popular for their corn dogs which we will be getting next time. The cloud latte was nice, but the ube flavoring sunk to the bottom. I think we also made the mistake of ordering it hot. I think the more aesthetically pleasing drink requires you to order it cold. Overall, delightful egg sandwiches and an ube latte, and the French toast fell a bit short. Will likely be coming back to try more things on their menu.
The egg sandwich here is the perfect breakfast - especially paired one of their creative matchas (strawberry cloud is so good). no notes!
I was craving some Korean corndog and decided to try this spot. The food looked nice but let me tell u this. Bacon egg cheese sandwiches came cold not warm it was cold, the grilled cheese was good, Sausage corndog has half Sausage inside, tasted not bad. Mocha coffee was watery no taste, no sweet. Cold brew coffee almond milk looked odd likes sediment inside the drink (Almond milk shouldn't have it) end up throw it aways. Overall 2.5 stars but yet some items tastes good.
Came on a Sunday for a quick pick-me-up! Gorgeous drinks and super tasty. Definitely on the sweet side but not overpowering. I tried the Seoul Cold Brew and the Strawberry Matcha Cloud Latte. I would get both again. The Seoul Cold Brew is more of a typical latte with vanilla-caramel undertones. I really enjoyed the chunks of strawberry which were small enough to fit through the straw in the Strawberry Matcha. The matcha cloud cream was delicious though a tad hard to mix with the rest of the drink. Not really any seating inside, but some cute outdoor benches and tables with umbrellas- perfect for a warm sunny day. I will definitely be returning! Their sandwiches look yummy.
Afternoon: A Breakfast Spot Worth the Hype I kept seeing Afternoon pop up on my UberEats app every morning, so I finally gave in and decided to see what the buzz was about. One lazy morning when I wasn't in the mood to cook, I placed an order for their egg and cheese sandwich and a matcha latte. Let me tell you, that egg and cheese sandwich was to die for! The bread they use is massive, soft, and incredibly filling--it's the kind of sandwich that keeps you full well past lunch. The eggs were fluffy and perfectly cooked, and there's this subtle seasoning with a slight kick to it--not too spicy, but just enough to make it special. It's the kind of sandwich that makes you wonder how they managed to pack so much flavor into such a simple dish. The matcha latte, however, didn't win me over. I like my coffee drinks on the sweeter side, and this one was a bit too bitter for my taste. It's probably great if you're not into sweetened drinks, but it wasn't for me. Overall, I'd definitely order from Afternoon again and explore more of their menu. It's easy to see why the reviews are so positive--they're well-deserved! If you're looking for a satisfying breakfast that will keep you full for hours, give Afternoon a try. You won't be disappointed!
the strawberry matcha is really good! very sweet. (but i prefer sweeter matcha drinks over the more traditional ones !) for the people from the Bay area- reminds me of Komeya no Bento's strawberry matcha which I think is just superb and can't be beat. (it's made with a matcha foam topping instead of the usual whisking-matcha-and-milk together) I will saythis is pretty close though... i also tried the chicken katsu sandwich. pretty good. but not the most filling for $14. they forgot to put my order in for a few minutes and ended up giving me a mochi donut on the house! i wasn't in a rush but appreciated the gesture :)

More recently, I've been noticing a rise in prices and decrease in quality. I ordered a cloud matcha latte which I have had before but this time it was $8 (before tip), didn't look like the photos, and was mostly full of ice. I used to love this place but I don't know that I'll be returning as much anymore.
This place was once the spot for a reliable kdog around the area. The past two months, the dogs are less and less up to par. Waited about 15 minutes off peak hours to end up with this sad 4 inch potato mozzarella dog with a few pieces of potato.
What a fun little shop. A perfect light morning breakfast. Loved the plump toast and the perfectly fluffy egg nestled in the pocket. Will be back for more!
This is a nice spot! Clean, bright and asian inspired options. Got a coffee and egg sandwich here. Only complaint -- these egg sandwiches are impossible to eat on the go, or without sitting down with a fork.

But honey first off when you walk in the place smells like heaven. There was nothing I didn't try. First I had an egg,ham sandwich which I added avocado (chefs kiss) its was so good,. The egg was so light and fluffy which I love and the bread so toasted I was amazed.Everyone here is very nice and explain all the treats to us. I also had donuts amazing and a Korean hot dog my first so good. I will be back I wanna try everything.

Cute egg sandwich place. Loved the interior and design choices; it's very aesthetically pleasing. It's tiny inside and no bathroom (basically just a bench to sit on while you wait for your food), although there's an outdoor seating area, so it's best to grab and go. No phone orders either. It's about $9 for a sandwich, so not cheap, but there's lots of seasonal/combo promos and sales, and 10% off for paying in cash. They also sell Korean corndogs, katsu sandos, mochi donuts, and coffee/drinks. We got a pork sausage/cheese egg sandwich, and while I loved it (it's thick, fluffy, savory and very filling), it tasted basically like an elevated Egg McMuffin - no disrespect either since I consider it a compliment lol. Not the most spectacular food nor the best value, but it'll do in a pinch for a quick and tasty breakfast or lunch! I'd return whenever I'm hungry and in the area. read more
This is such a cute little cafe to grab a savory bite, sweet treat or refreshing bevy! I was in the mood for matcha and saw that I was nearby. I was also hungry after traveling all day, but found myself in that awkward time period where I just needed something to hold me over until dinner. Korean-style corn dogs are sometimes a little to heavy for me to fully enjoy, but they're still just so tempting that I had to buy one since it had been awhile. The iced matcha latte I ordered came out quickly but the corn dog probably took about 10-15 minutes. I ordered a half cheese and half sausage, totally forgetting that most of these corndogs that would mean that the top is cheese and the bottom is sausage. (I enjoyed the cheese half the most!) My matcha latte was good but nothing outside of what I expected - overall I enjoyed it. Would I come out of my way to drop by hear again? Not so sure, but if I'm in the neighborhood I would definitely (and next time I'm coming for one of their egg sandwiches!) read more

Yummy, yummy donuts! The best mochi donuts I've had and I've never been a fan of them. Customer service was a plus, my cashier told me I could save more money if I used cash! I went across the street to get some just to come back and found that they made more flavors. The churro and the s'mores were the best! So soft and chewy and just so flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place and do plan to return myself to try those sandwiches they have. Not that much space to sit down on the inside but enough tables to enjoy outdoors as NYC weather starts to heat up. I will save a star hopefully for some yummy sandwiches on my next visit, but for now it's get a four and a thumbs up. Happy Yelping! read more

Passing through New York and (literally) feeling faint from hunger. Consulted my Yelp local community and decided to try this cute and very clean establishment out. In a word: WOW. Amazing breakfast sandwiches, great coffee, and a sweet outdoor sidewalk patio on which to enjoy it all! read more
One of the cutest stops for a delicious egg sandwich! The price point is fantastic (~$10) for the amount of food you get. The service is fast and there are lots of parks and benches nearby to picnic on a nice day. The buttered bread is super fluffy and the amount of egg is generous. The bacon is crispy with a yummy layer of cheese to top things off. For a nice sweet and savory combo, also recommend the ube mochi donuts as a dessert! Would definitely get again any time read more

I tried Afternoon this morning (that's fun to say!). The ambiance of the place is basically a grab and go. There is seating outside but none inside. The staff taking my order was super kind and helped me pick something to eat because they were out of their sandwiches. I didn't care for the sandwich (although that is what they're famous for) so I was happy with anything. I love eggs so I was super excited for an eggscelent (sorry, had to do it) breakfast. Now, the food. It was okay. That's all. Maybe the sandwich would have been better. I will try the sandwich sometime and let you all know. As for the eggs I ordered (pictured below), it was just fine. Nothing special. Maybe could have used more seasoning. The waffle was good too. I did get their matcha cloud drink which I really enjoyed. I will eventually try the sandwich, because I think that's what they're best at, and update you soon. read more

Hands down one of the cutest and yummiest new spots on the UWS. Though part of me wants to keep it a secret, I think this underrated gem is well deserving of attention. It serves what I'm starting to accept is MY egg sandwich (or at least the only one I truly crave). It's also the perfect spot to take a little time out, sip a delicious latte, and treat myself to a mochi donut in the pleasant outdoor seating area. The vibes here are friendly and they often have free samples, which is a sweet bonus. But with all that said, the star of the show for me is that egg sandwich. This scrumptious creation is thick and succulent, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and oh-so-satisfying. I'm delighted I randomly stumbled upon this spot while running errands earlier this year, and even happier that the food turned out to be spot-on and not overrated like some places can be--plus, it's reasonably priced for the portions (and location!) read more

Quick delivery via Grubhub (they used Relay which I like). Corn dogs are the star of the show, as are the mochi. Cheese balls are a surprising delight. I wouldn't get the churro or cruffle again. A bit overwhelmed by the sandwich but I will enjoy. Glad Afternoon is available to us I. The low 100s on the UWS! read more
A great spot for grabbing breakfast! The sandwich was loaded with egg, ham, bacon, cheese... really fills you up easily. Mochi donuts were so adorable, got a box for party desserts! Also recommend their drinks, ube latte was incredibly smooth. read more

Update: went back to get the egg toast-- 10/10, best egg toast I've had. Underrated short lunch spot. Definitely try the egg toast with one of their drinks if you're in the area. (-:!!! (Also want to note, the staff here has been consistently nice and pleasant to talk to and very helpful) read more

Got super excited about this place when I saw it pop up on my food delivery app. Decided to check it out in person as there's not many dessert places in the neighborhood. Ended up ordering two mochi donuts to go, and both were delicious. There was only one worker here when I came in, and she was super nice! read more

This is my favorite breakfast spot. The eggs are so fluffy and tender, the bread is thick, buttery, and crispy on the outside. The drinks are fabulous and inspired, and you can even get mochi donuts! They recently added fries to their menu, and they rock too. The people are kind. The outside seating is beautiful on a Sunday afternoon. There is nothing bad to say about this place! You can find me here any week at least once! read more
