Another cafe for the win! I have to say the first time i visited this business I was unsure I was going to like it. It turned out I did and ever since I have been enjoying their food/beverages. One of my favorite foods are (some) of the mochi donuts and the chicken sandwuches. If you are a food junkie and love donuts, Cloud Touch makes it twice a day and possibly more if it's busy. Brooklyn Roasting company coffee is a bonus for me since I love the taste of this brand. If you do not like your coffee strong, suggest just one shot of expresso or two (expresso shots varies by the cup size). The service in this establishment is friendly and attentive to the order you place. You get a discount when you pay with cash. Paying with card has an additional fee. There is a seating area inside the cafe as well as outside. The indoor seating has a bench and two round coffee table. The outdoor seating is wonderful for when the weather is warm. But, the plus is that there is outdoor seating year round. With so many cafes in New York City, this one is small yet stands out in its unique way. read more

This is such a cute little cafe to grab a savory bite, sweet treat or refreshing bevy! I was in the mood for matcha and saw that I was nearby. I was also hungry after traveling all day, but found myself in that awkward time period where I just needed something to hold me over until dinner. Korean-style corn dogs are sometimes a little to heavy for me to fully enjoy, but they're still just so tempting that I had to buy one since it had been awhile. The iced matcha latte I ordered came out quickly but the corn dog probably took about 10-15 minutes. I ordered a half cheese and half sausage, totally forgetting that most of these corndogs that would mean that the top is cheese and the bottom is sausage. (I enjoyed the cheese half the most!) My matcha latte was good but nothing outside of what I expected - overall I enjoyed it. Would I come out of my way to drop by hear again? Not so sure, but if I'm in the neighborhood I would definitely (and next time I'm coming for one of their egg sandwiches!) read more

We came here bright and early on a Monday morning bright and early around 9am. There was not much of a crowd, as I was second in line to order. There is a small outdoor seating area for customers with two picnic benches and inside there is only a ledge in the wall to sit and wait. We ordered two egg sandwiches, one with the original sauce and one all star with the hot and sweet sauce. We also got a French toast and one hot ube cloud latte. The food came out within 10 mins and the staff was nice in helping us decide what to order for breakfast. Overall, I thought the egg sandwiches were delightful even if a bit on the pricier end. I would highly recommend getting the hot and sweet sauce over the original. The French toast was somewhat disappointing, it was a bit flat and compressed and we were unsure why, would not be ordering again. They have a display of mochi donuts in the front and also are most popular for their corn dogs which we will be getting next time. The cloud latte was nice, but the ube flavoring sunk to the bottom. I think we also made the mistake of ordering it hot. I think the more aesthetically pleasing drink requires you to order it cold. Overall, delightful egg sandwiches and an ube latte, and the French toast fell a bit short. Will likely be coming back to try more things on their menu. read more

Yummy, yummy donuts! The best mochi donuts I've had and I've never been a fan of them. Customer service was a plus, my cashier told me I could save more money if I used cash! I went across the street to get some just to come back and found that they made more flavors. The churro and the s'mores were the best! So soft and chewy and just so flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place and do plan to return myself to try those sandwiches they have. Not that much space to sit down on the inside but enough tables to enjoy outdoors as NYC weather starts to heat up. Came on a Sunday for a quick pick-me-up! Gorgeous drinks and super tasty. Definitely on the sweet side but not overpowering. I tried the Seoul Cold Brew and the Strawberry Matcha Cloud Latte. I would get both again. The Seoul Cold Brew is more of a typical latte with vanilla-caramel undertones. I really enjoyed the chunks of strawberry which were small enough to fit through the straw in the Strawberry Matcha. The matcha cloud cream was delicious though a tad hard to mix with the rest of the drink. Not really any seating inside, but some cute outdoor benches and tables with umbrellas- perfect for a warm sunny day. I will definitely be returning! Their sandwiches look yummy. read more

I've had good experiences in the past where the drinks were pretty and food was yummy. Customer service never really has been that great, staff are pretty fast-moving and keep to themselves. More recently, I've been noticing a rise in prices and decrease in quality. I ordered a cloud matcha latte which I have had before but this time it was $8 (before tip), didn't look like the photos, and was mostly full of ice. (but i prefer sweeter matcha drinks over the more traditional ones !) for the people from the Bay area- reminds me of Komeya no Bento's strawberry matcha which I think is just superb and can't be beat. So the day after thanksgiving someone invited be out for breakfast here. And I tell you what a treat.Normally I'm not an egg sandwich kinda girl because I hate scrambled eggs. Nice Korean style egg sandwhiches. I've been here twice to test, mix, and match. Decently sized portions, but the taste is rather bland; even with the sauces they're mild. After a bite or some bites there's nothing I feel that makes we want to come back to eat it again. The egg is done well though and is very light and fluffy. The bread and ingredients also taste high quality but the overall combination is underwhelming for the price, $13-$15 for an egg sandwhich. I also had the fries $5 and they are crispy but do not stand out. The customer service is verry good and friendly, but unless I have a huge craving for an egg sandwhich I would rather just go get an American style breakfast sandwhich at my closest bodega instead. read more

I tried Afternoon this morning (that's fun to say!). The ambiance of the place is basically a grab and go. There is seating outside but none inside. The staff taking my order was super kind and helped me pick something to eat because they were out of their sandwiches. I didn't care for the sandwich (although that is what they're famous for) so I was happy with anything. I love eggs so I was super excited for an eggscelent (sorry, had to do it) breakfast. Now, the food. It was okay. That's all. Maybe the sandwich would have been better. I will try the sandwich sometime and let you all know. As for the eggs I ordered (pictured below), it was just fine. Nothing special. Maybe could have used more seasoning. The waffle was good too. I did get their matcha cloud drink which I really enjoyed. Hands down one of the cutest and yummiest new spots on the UWS. Though part of me wants to keep it a secret, I think this underrated gem is well deserving of attention. It serves what I'm starting to accept is MY egg sandwich (or at least the only one I truly crave). Giving this place some love. Have 2 teens and have eaten here at least 10x since they opened a year or 2 ago. Always consistent and there is something for everyone. I've had just about everything there at this point. The dessert drinks and the teas are delicious as are the donuts and corn dogs. Fries are amazing and we get them with their dips.
