I ended up running late about 15 mins after they closed, I gave them a quick call they the said they would wait for me. When I picked up late i was greeted with a smile and even a discount on payment. Quality of work is absolutely exceptional as well, had 5 pants and 1 shirt totaling about 8k in value so I am very picky and through when walking my garments through with the cleaner, he displayed great understanding of the care that was expected of him for such pants. I also had a loose thread on one of the pairs and they cleaned it up perfectly no charge. All this to say THIS IS MY GO TO CLEANER NOW

As a new customer, having some of that availability for discount would be much appreciated and likely would earn my repeat Business. I realize owning a business in the local Irvine area, likely has higher rent so margins may be more difficult to meet. However, just a mile or two within its radius or other dry cleaners where hemming is much cheaper as well as laundering service. Hemming at this location was $20 for any type of material and length. Laundering for dress shirts and lab coats alone was 5.50 alone, if I recall correctly. I would use this location if I'm in a pinch in the future.

This review is more for the tailor/seamstress and less for the shop…read more I brought in a dress that needed to have the zipper replaced. I was promised a Friday pickup. Which was perfect since I was wearing the dress for an event on Sunday. I came into the shop on Friday and picked up my dry cleaning and was told the dress wasn't ready, and to come back the next day. Which to be frank was annoying. I drove out from Dana Point to Santa Ana since I had read amazing reviews. Later I got a call from the shop that the tailor had to order more zippers and the dress wouldn't be ready till sometime next week. Which sucked, since I had to scramble at the last minute to find a new outfit. While I appreciated the heads up from the store, they need a better prepared tailor. I sadly will not be returning again.

I recently had four sheer curtain panels shortened at Pink Panther Cleaners establishment. While I…read moream pleased with the quality of the alterations and the final length, I was disappointed to find that the weighted beads were not included in the new bottom hems. Weighted beads inserted into the bottom hem are essential for sheer fabrics to ensure they hang and drape properly, prevent flaring, and improve drapery, particularly for light fabrics and sheers. Given the $100 total cost for the service, I expected this standard detail to be included. I did not notice this until I returned home to hang the curtains. While the alterations workmanship is good, the panels feel incomplete without these weights.

This was my first visit to Chase Cleaners, and it will absolutely be my last. I dropped off a rarely worn blazer in pristine condition and picked it up with a distinct tear (see attached image). Mistakes happen, but what followed when I showed the manager / owner was truly unhinged. Instead of taking responsibility, he was rude, dismissive, and condescending. First he denied it, then was dismissive ("I clean thousands of garments every day, the majority are fine"), and then insulting -- when he literally accused me of tearing my own property to try and scam him. It's laughable. Look, this is Irvine. The notion that anyone around here is trying to scam a dry cleaner out of a few bucks is ridiculous. We have better things to do. Learn from me and take your business elsewhere, not to these incompetent cleaners. Awful quality and an even worse attitude.

I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.
