My favorite place to get garlic knots! So delicious, always hot and fresh. The service is always stellar.

Gluten free pizza is AMAZING (I got the bbq chicken one), my husband and kid loved theirs too (this pizza was MUCH bigger than expected measurement wise). I asked for them to write something funny on the box and they did not disappoint for his birthday! ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS! I would 100% recommend this place! (I am Celiac- if I have a reaction, I will repost.) If I don't repost, all went great! I will say, the garlic sauce is meh but the ranch is on point. ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Fast, efficient service, clean restaurant. Pizza wasn't anything to write home about, but I've always wanted to give them a try. Tried 2 different pies, salad and wings. Wings were tasty but soggy (may have been the fact that they were put in the styrofoam container and steamed). Not their fault, but we prefer well done wings. Pizza crust reminded me of dominos and could have used another 10 minutes in the oven. Salad dressing was good and the greens were fresh / croutons crunchy. Next time we go we will need to order a thin crust speciality pizza, ask for the wings to be well done and try another salad or appetizer. Definitely going back

My good friend and I came here for lunch and I was excited to try this spot. They were doing a fundraiser for Palestine on the day we came which made it the perfect choice: help those in need and support a local business while eating some good food. This is more of a takeout location than a dine-in one, but there were a few tables outside so we occupied one. While we were there, it was steady with people picking up their orders. We ordered from their combo specials, which include pizza and salad, pizza and wings, wings and salad, and a few more options, all come with drinks (canned soda or water bottle). Great prices and large portions. I ordered their #3 which is a salad and wings, and I chose their Greek salad and honey hot for my flavor. They offer traditional (bone-in) and boneless wings, I got the traditional and enjoyed them. The salad was good as well, lots of feta cheese and comes with a light vinaigrette. We also got their garlic knots which came with marinara, yummy. I ordered their super XL (20in) BBQ pizza to go, and it comes with BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese, chicken, and red onions. This was huge! Didn't fit on my car floor so it rode in my passenger seat. It came with four containers of ranch, which is generous and so much tastier than store bought ranch for some reason. I like that it was cut into square slices, similar to another local pizza spot. I tried a slice of room temp pizza at home and it was fine, but then I heated up two slices in the toaster oven and they were much more flavorful and delicious. The folks running this restaurant are friendly (family-owned) and do great work, be sure to stop by and support them!

Another great pizza. I just want to say how awesome you guys are for putting out such a great product and keeping your prices reasonable. Thank you!

I can't believe I have not rated this place. This is the best place for good food at a great price. The new menu is very good. The sandwiches here are my favorite. We are trying the calzone today. The one thing no matter what else we order we get an order of garlic knots. Clockwork Pizza has the best garlic knots in all the land. Always cooked perfectly with butter and garlic. Pairs nice with pizza, sandwiches, or calzones! Get the garlic knots and you are welcome! All the employees are courteous and efficient. We usually call in our order and by the time we get there it is ready. Occasionally we have to wait but never too long. Try this place out.

STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND READ THIS--Portillo's at 7200 W Ray Rd in Chandler Has Just Redefined…read more"Heaven on a Plate" with the BIG BEEF DIPPED and That CHEESE SAUCE... OMG! I've had Italian Beef before. I've loved Italian Beef before. But nothing--NOTHING--prepared me for the transcendent, jaw-dropping, flavor-explosion experience that is ordering the Big Beef DIPPED at this Chandler location. If you haven't done it yet, you haven't lived. And if you've had it elsewhere but haven't had it here with their cheese sauce... well, buckle up, because you're about to discover your new favorite thing on the entire planet. From the second you walk into Portillo's on Ray Road, you can smell the magic--crisp sport peppers, rich au jus, and that unmistakable aroma of slow-roasted beef that makes your stomach growl instantly. But the real moment of truth comes when you look that server in the eye and say: "I'll take the Big Beef, DIPPED, LOADED with cheese sauce. And I mean loaded." Watch their face light up--they know. They understand. This is not just a sandwich; it's a ritual, and this location performs it with reverence. Then it arrives. Oh. My. Goodness. The bread is drenched--and I mean perfectly, gloriously drenched--in that deep, savory au jus, so every inch is saturated with rich, beefy flavor. It's not soggy; it's luscious. It's a sponge for joy. And then... the cheese sauce. Sweet, spicy, velvety, liquid gold--it's like someone took pepper jack, dreams, and a touch of heaven and whipped it into a creamy, molten ribbon that cascades over every millimeter of that dipped bread and tender, shreddy beef. The first bite is not just a meal--it's a religious experience. The crunch of the giardiniera, the pop of a sport pepper, the warm, juicy beef, the cheese sauce pulling in golden strands... it's an OMG moment so intense you might actually forget your own name for a second. You'll hear yourself making sounds you didn't know you could make. You might cry a little (happy tears). You might order a second one before you've even finished the first. And here's the thing--the Chandler location executes this with flawless, almost artistic precision. The line moves fast, the staff is smiling, and they don't skimp. They don't hold back on the beef, they don't drizzle the cheese sauce like it's an afterthought--they PILE IT ON with pride. You can tell this team lives for these moments. They're not just serving food; they're delivering pure, unadulterated happiness. Even the atmosphere feels electric--like everyone in the room knows they're about to have their day made. You'll see strangers nodding at each other in mutual respect over their sandwiches. You'll hear "OMG!" echoed across the dining room (seriously). And when you finish that Big Beef Dipped--cheese sauce glistening on every corner, not a drop of au jus left--you'll sit back with a food coma smile so wide it hurts, already plotting your next visit. Bottom line: If you are within 50 miles of 7200 W Ray Rd, you have no excuse. Go. Right now. Order the Big Beef DIPPED with EXTRA cheese sauce. Thank me later. And maybe bring a napkin--because that cheese sauce is so good, you're going to want to lick every last drop off your fingers. Five stars? Try FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS PLUS A STANDING OVATION! This is the best sandwich I've ever had in my life, and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to be this good.

On the first visit I ordered a chicken caesar salad and it was not bad. The issue was that I attempted to pre-order online on my phone and the order menu would not offer curbside pickup. So I decided to call the order in and a pleasant young man assured me he could bring me my order when I arrived because on was on crutches that day. However, when I arrived and was parked directly in front of the entrance with my car, only 8ft away, I called to announce my arrival. This time a woman answered the phone and I could sense immediately a change of the cheerful demeanor that I had experienced only minutes before. She confirmed that my order was ready and I asked her could she hand it to me while I'm in my car only a few feet from their front door. She gave me much attitude and did not want to bring the card swipe to my car. She protested but conceded. The store was practically empty. I took my food and left, kinda in a not so happy mood. The 2nd visit was today. Again on crutches but this time I hobbled into the restaurant and placed my order and I opted to eat inside the restaurant. I wanted to keep it simple today. I did not want all the extra options offered. I ordered a Ranchero Wrap, "without a side." I explicitly made this a point. Yet! The cashier attempted to pressure my to buy a soup and side that it would cost as much as the original side, some chips and salsa! She said the soup would only be $4 and some change. I had to insist that I did not want the soup. Plus the side soup was so tiny it definitely was not worth the cost. I asked for a cup for water and found my way to a table and then I realized carrying a cup of water to my table was not working out to wall with crutches. None of the staff provided any assistance so I sat down and begin to think out a strategy to retrieve my water when a patron came by and offered assistance. Phew! I received the "wrap" and it basically was a regular sized tortilla cut in half and folded one time because of the size of the tortilla one could only fold one side over the other. I've never seen a "wrap/tortilla" like this before in my life and had I known I think I would have been more pleased with some of the sandwiches that I saw served to the other patrons. The wrap/half burrito/tortilla had decent flavor but nothing that made me say wow. I think that in the future if I'm in the Gilbert area I will stick to that one. I have had a tremendous amount of success and satisfaction at the Gilbert location. At the Chandler location, meh.... I've seen and experienced enough. Oh... and the store was about the 1/4 capacity and there were so many tables that had not been cleared and clean.

The Service was "electric" for us as we were celebrating a birthday at the table during lunch. As for the food, we had the Fish & Chips with a Mahi Mahi Slaw & Fries, the Ahi Poke Tacos which come in Wonton shells. Hot Honey and Sausage Pizza was great. The Barbacoa Nachos had all the right ingredients & the Double Smash Burger had only some "fancy sauce" on the plate. The Tempura Green Bean, can't remember who ordered, but were good with the chipotle ranch sauce. With me, I'm all about the cocktails, so I treated myself to both the Froze Margarita & the Chi Chi.
