Delivery driver struggled to locate my apt although grubhub, amazon restaurants, and every other delivery had no problems (turn right at the gate, 3rd building....theres a massive map at the entrance.) Driver spent 30 mins calling me back several times to locate me. I called the store and they offered to remake and resend them. Why if I haven't even received the first ones? After I received the pizza from the driver and I took it inside, I opened the boxes to see the most mishandled pizzas I have ever seen. This is my second time ordering with Clockwork Pizza and I've been very pleased with the place. The person answering the phone is always courteous and friendly and they have your address on file if you have ordered with them in the past - they know it right away by your phone number when you call. They actually took my order 20 minutes before they close which is awesome for a pizza place; most places deny you if you do not order within 45 minutes of closing time. At least that has been my experiences with other pizza joints in my neighborhood including Gus' Pizza. The pizza itself is great and the dough and toppings are fresh. Their prices are reasonable to and the pizza is better than something you would get from a dominoes or Papa John's. Their delivery time is also pretty fast. I live nearby and have stopped in now 3 or 4 times for pizza from Clockwork. Their pizza is clearly a couple notches above the big chains. All the ingredients are better quality with good flavor. Their white pizza was especially good. I liked the meat lover's a bit less than I expected as it was a bit light on bacon and heavier on the beef sausage. Pickup has always been smooth and their kitchen looks busy yet clean and orderly. Overall I'm a pretty big fan and plan to get pizza from Clockwork many times in the future. read more

Had I written this in February when I moved within the range of this place, I would have given it a lower score. The food was inconsistent at first but after March, I tried it again, off-handedly, and it was spot on and it's been spot on ever since. Zero complaints, even the driver's are 90% on time if not early. (noticed one younger man who usually is late but I tend to just avoid those days he works according to my patterns.) Keep up the good work, if this is the 'only' delivery option that you have in the area, you can do MUCH MUCH worse. Consistent, quality, doesn't skimp on topping and temperature is on spot 9/10. Clockwork pizza is so freaking good! It's more pricey than the pizza you'd get from Papa John's or Venezia's (which is horrible btw), but it's so much better. I usually get either a large pizza with different veggies on it and the garden salad with Italian dressing, or I get the small pizza if I just want pizza for that day. The guy who takes the orders is also very friendly even when I take long time because I'm very indecisive. Glad my gf turned me on to Clockwork for when I have a pizza craving. Went to the Water n Ice next store on my lunch break, decided pizza sounds a lot better than water, hahaha. Only one person inside allowed due to COVID, so waiting outside for my order was a bit uncomfortable but understandable, as this place is small. Ordered a #1, 2 one-topping pizza slices with drink. $7.57 total. Not bad, figured the slices may be a little small, which is fine for a 30 min lunch. I figured waiting outside would help me burn the calories that I was about to repack on. I got my order and drove back to my work parking lot and saw that, the only way I could've burnt off equal calories to the pizza is if I also had a weighted vest, sweater and ran 20 miles because these slices were HUGE. I'm pretty sure it was one slice away from being half a pizza, no joke. It was a deliciously hot pizza that was worth the price and wait. Still have a slice leftover in the fridge that I will inevitably scarf down on my way home, without the lingering eyes of my teenage son and husband, not to mention the 9month old daughter that thinks she can eat anything. I found Clockwork Pizza searching Google for delivery near our home. It was the first time we had ordered from Clockwork. Without ever having tried them, I hoped the family and kids would enjoy it. Clockwork delivered in the time frame they stated in the texts (which also informed us of the stages of preparation).
