The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with genuine kindness. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and clearly committed to providing great service. Whatever issues may have been reflected in older reviews simply didn't match my experience at all. This will be a year long program and it was important to me to find a lab close by. Clinical Pathology uses the Sonic Scheduling app to verify and confirm your appointments. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

The issue is that even if the doctor sends the lab order electronically, the patients are encouraged to bring a paper copy because the system is not even showing the correct lab request, which slows down the appointment by having the lab technician manually enter the request from the paper and then scan it into the system. Attentive staff and good quality work, but the delays make it difficult to give it 5 stars.

I recently had an MRI at NorthStar Diagnostic Imaging , Allen, and I have to say... I was not expecting to leave smiling after voluntarily entering what is essentially a very polite, high-tech tube. But here we are. From the moment I walked in, the staff operated like a well-rehearsed pit crew--efficient, friendly, and reassuring without overdoing it. There's a calm professionalism in the air that makes you feel like you're in very capable hands (and not about to be launched into orbit... probably). And then there's Zahra--the MRI professional who deserves her own spotlight. If there were an Employee of the Month (EOM) hall of fame, she'd already have a reserved parking space. Clear instructions, great energy, and just the right amount of humor to make the whole process smooth and surprisingly pleasant. She turned what could have been a tense experience into something that felt easy and even--dare I say--enjoyable. I only found out after a recent visit and not until after when insurance settled and they wanted the remainder due, I found then the credit was applied. Good customer service would have returned my money long ago. I wonder how many others are due money and have no clue. I'll choose others for service going forward.

At the Allen location they made me wait 10min before somebody comes out to let me know that my appointment has been cancelled. I came here in hope it would be a little better and more professional as I didn't have the time to ask our pediatrician to change the provider for the blood tests that needed to be done. With low expectations and just hoping that my child can get through the blood tests. I was so thankful that we had a very compassionate and caring technician who kept my child busy by asking and talking with him. Even trying to make him laugh while drawing blood. It took awhile to find a good vein and the entire process took awhile as our pediatrician needed to get several tests done. Because of this wonderful lady my child was able to sit still. She even held his hands. Best place ever! And yes I'll be always coming here for any testing!!!

Here's the story, I went in to prime diagnostics. The form my doctor filled out does not have an…read morearea to select elbow, it's Prime's form. So they wrote forearm and bicep. I spoke with the technician prior to the MRI and made sure she was aware that I needed to have it for my lower forearm all the way up to my upper bicep. Because that's where the injury was. She said she would do her best. When I went in to have my MRI read by the orthopedic surgeon, he said the MRI wasn't good and even the report given by Prime states that it does not capture the rupture area "unfortunately, the scan does not cover the distal most insertion". Which is where the rupture occurred. I've been calling and leaving messages at both doctors offices and prime for 2 days trying to get them to re-do the MRi they messed up at no cost to me. i paid cash. Both doctors offices said that they had reached out to prime and not heard back. I spoke with the Prime scheduling department supervisor and the billing supervisor. They kept referring me back to the other departments. I have a short window to complete this surgery but Prime is not providing a good service. I may have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket again. So frustraing!

They scheduled me and confirmed the visit only to call days before the visit to cancel saying "that provider is not taking new patients." The office couldn't understand how the appointment was able to be booked by one of their own schedulers. No doctor you want to see is taking new patients, despite their own website listing every physician under the "accepting new patients filter" Just an all around mess of a practice.

I have my blood drawn on a regular basis from other 3rd party companies like QUEST whom I HIGHLY recommend. I'm always praised by phlebotomists for the accessibility of my veins and the ease of drawing my blood. My first & LAST experience with Any Lab Test Now was quite the contrary. Upon entering the facility, the environment had a cold vibe and very unwelcoming. After checking in, I was directed to a back room and upon entering, the same cold vibe continued and the accommodations i.e. chair, was subpar and my arm was not properly supported. I informed the AMATEUR Phlebotomist which arm and vein other phlebotomist typically migrate to for blood so she proceeded to prep the area. After poking and prodding the needle inside the vein for ~ 10 minutes, the blood flowed very slowly into the tube as I grit my teeth in pain. After pulling out the needle, the phlebotomist realized she didn't draw enough blood and subsequently went to get another person to assist. When I asked the other person if she knew what she was doing, she answered "I Think So" which nevertheless, did not put me at ease. She then proceeded to tell me she was the District Manager. When I said that her Title still didn't provide me additional comfort, given her initial reply, she abruptly removed her gloves and told me to leave the facility.. She was extremely condescending and when I informed her I was going to leave a negative review, she gave me a thumbs up as I departed the facility. I immediately notified my Doctor of my experience and they are following up with LiverFast to alert them of my experience with Any Lab Test Now. Evidently, LiverFast has an exclusive contract with Any Lab Test Now for blood work. If you have the option to have a service come to the comfort of your home to conduct the blood draw, I HIGHLY recommend doing so and avoid ANY LAB TEST NOW at all costs. Lastly, I left a message with the corporate office regarding my experience and still have not heard back from them. P.S. Below is a pic (tap to enlarge) of the needle injection site.
