I came in as a walk-in fully expecting to wait at least 30-60 minutes, but to my surprise I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with genuine kindness. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and clearly committed to providing great service. Whatever issues may have been reflected in older reviews simply didn't match my experience at all. Thank you to the kind, courteous, and speedy team here for making what is usually a dreaded errand so easy and pleasant. Five stars all the way.

Their online system is completely useless - I spoke to a live…read moreagent about needing a new provider for an annual visit as my previous provider with their practice went to "signature care" i.e. charge you $2000+ a year for the privilege of being a patient. They scheduled me and confirmed the visit only to call days before the visit to cancel saying "that provider is not taking new patients." The office couldn't understand how the appointment was able to be booked by one of their own schedulers. No doctor you want to see is taking new patients, despite their own website listing every physician under the "accepting new patients filter" Just an all around mess of a practice.

At the Allen location they made me wait 10min before somebody comes out to let me know that my appointment has been cancelled. I came here in hope it would be a little better and more professional as I didn't have the time to ask our pediatrician to change the provider for the blood tests that needed to be done. With low expectations and just hoping that my child can get through the blood tests. I was so thankful that we had a very compassionate and caring technician who kept my child busy by asking and talking with him. Even trying to make him laugh while drawing blood. It took awhile to find a good vein and the entire process took awhile as our pediatrician needed to get several tests done. Because of this wonderful lady my child was able to sit still. She even held his hands. Best place ever! And yes I'll be always coming here for any testing!!!

Here's the story, I went in to prime diagnostics. The form my doctor filled out does not have an…read morearea to select elbow, it's Prime's form. So they wrote forearm and bicep. I spoke with the technician prior to the MRI and made sure she was aware that I needed to have it for my lower forearm all the way up to my upper bicep. Because that's where the injury was. She said she would do her best. When I went in to have my MRI read by the orthopedic surgeon, he said the MRI wasn't good and even the report given by Prime states that it does not capture the rupture area "unfortunately, the scan does not cover the distal most insertion". Which is where the rupture occurred. I've been calling and leaving messages at both doctors offices and prime for 2 days trying to get them to re-do the MRi they messed up at no cost to me. i paid cash. Both doctors offices said that they had reached out to prime and not heard back. I spoke with the Prime scheduling department supervisor and the billing supervisor. They kept referring me back to the other departments. I have a short window to complete this surgery but Prime is not providing a good service. I may have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket again. So frustraing!

Was I fired because I hurt Sorin's ego, or was it because my sister wrote a bad review of HER experience? I have been a patient of NTINH for over a decade, and in the approximately 50-80 appointments, I was late by 5 minutes one time, and missed 1 appointment due to Apple's "wonderful" update that turns off the alarm sound if you move your phone. I paid the no-show fee without complaint as it was my fault. Second, I received a "certified mail/registered return receipt" that was absolutely not sent by either, I received it by plain, regular first class mail. Lying seems to be second nature to NTINH. I recently started Botox to treat my migraines. It has been, administratively, a nightmare. There was no pamphlet to explain what to expect or how it works. No one ever provided me with the paper aftercare instructions; I had to pick them up myself at the 6-week follow-up. Each time I scheduled an appointment, I was called before my appointment and told that I needed to move my appointment as Paige wasn't available on those days. Both times, the length of time between the call and my new appointment was too short for me to request an update to my time off, and I then had to involve my manager, making everything twice as complicated. Physically, my second Botox appointment was with Sorin (who was very condescending), and it was so much more painful than Ms Wolfe. The front desk staff, particularly in the Plano location, seem not to have evolved beyond high school mean girls. Elaine Timm is one of the meanest doctors I have ever dealt with. That sounds juvenile but holy God was she awful. Every time I went I dreaded going, and ended up with a stress migraine/headache. She withheld useful pain management information for over a year for some unknown reason. The only useful thing she did was suggest Ajovy/Aimovig, otherwise I stayed at status quo for the entire time I was with her. Frankly, the one star is because I have to and because Dr El-Hag was quite kind.
