At this point I feel like he's part of my family. That's how top notch his bedside manner is. He genuinely cares about his patients. He's very knowledgeable and quick on his feet to outsource/refer you to the specialists or services you need. Dr. Duhaney is a post modern doctor(not stagnant in his practice). When inquiring, He is always up to date on the newest and upcoming studies, recalls, and medications. Most of all, he knows my other doctors (they love him too) and doesn't mind communicating with them to ensure I'm receiving the best care. Dr. Duhaney is a 5 star physician! He's in a class all by himself. P.S. my 5 year old absolutely adores him too!

Any doctor I've gone to I spend two minutes with and the appointment is over. I really appreciate that Dr.Nguyen takes time with me, and it is worth waiting a little longer. ALSO, I've been to the clinic a lot and there's NOT a wait every time. I think people are just used to doctors not spending a lot of time to understand what their issue is, unlike Dr. Nguyen who does. I also really like the receptionists. After doing extensive research, I discovered that North Texas Infectious Disease has a who's who of the worlds top specialist. My doctor graduated from Harvard and interned at the Center for Disease Control. All doctors have similar or higher credentials. The second location next to Northpark Mall was built for patient convenience and many elderly who can't drive and those in Collin County needed something closer than downtown. Billing and insurance is seamless. Interior sparkles with the latest equipment, relaxing waiting areas and jaw dropping glamorous patient rooms. NO PAIN ever! Highly recommended!

Shit! The way these people return calls? My doctor now is a mess because of his new " concierge service" which puts his paycheck before my healthcare- absolutely not! What IF I said I didn't have medical records? Would these doctors still see me? Nope! Moving on to the next doctor to check out before making a decision on who my new doctor will be- Medical care in Dallas SUCKS! The doctors are all in it to make a fast buck off the patient it seems
