I took my GX into this shop for a pre-trip inspection, which cost $120. When speaking with the…read moreservice tech, I pointed out several concerns I had with the vehicle. He noted them and told me I'd receive a call after the inspection was completed. Before bringing my vehicle in, I already knew there was a power steering leak--it was clearly visible. However, when the technician called to go over the inspection results, there was no mention of the leak or any of the concerns I had raised. I had to ask three separate times for them to check those issues. At that point, I had no confidence that my vehicle had been properly inspected. I told the technician there should be a leak coming from the power steering lines and asked how they could have missed something so obvious. His response was that they must have missed it. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I went in to pick it up and spoke with them in person. I was hoping for some kind of discount on the service bill, considering I had to point out an obvious issue myself, but the only response I received was, "I'll talk to my technicians about this." The cherry on top, when I opened my car door, I found a dirty rag and a screwdriver left inside. After spending thousands of dollars here, this experience was extremely disappointing. I doubt I'll be coming back.
