Don't come here for body work…read more Initial visit: fixed most of the problem (scrape and ding on back passenger door). Noticed some scratches we didn't see before, but they said it wasn't them. Brought the car back to fix a small paint issue. Second visit: car came back with the initial issue fixed, but even more scratches similar to what we noticed after first visit. A razor blade was left in the trunk and a long scratch from the passenger door to the taillight. Oh and the super boost setting was on, which we never use. Third visit to fix the damage they had done: most was addressed, but not all. Now that it's been lighter out (Seattle dark and rainy winter) we noticed that the paint doesn't match the rest of the car. They have a separate location for bodywork, which they didn't tell us upfront until we asked where they were doing it and it's "down the street". It is going to cost us thousands of dollars to fix their workmanship and don't trust taking it there for a fourth time.

I normally only take my Ram to the dealership, but they made me comfortable leaving my truck with with them. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and it cost me exactly what I expected to pay. Jorge can fix anything! A level of real world expertise you don't see very often anymore. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone with any make or model.

Got a complete transmission rebuild with a 1-year warranty. It took a little over 4 weeks to get the truck back. On the test drive with manager Christian, the truck slammed into gear while shifting. He called it a "Bump Shift" and I disagreed with him. He said it was the shift kit he put in it, and he would take it out and put in the factory version. I never asked for a shift kit, so I don't know why they even put one in it. I also had leaking filter, reverse gear slippage and missing Bell Housing dust cover plate. After 3 additional attempts to get it right, my truck is still messed up. Even with a warranty they told me to take it somewhere else, and they would pay for it! What kind of business does that? Terrible attitudes, terrible customer service and a complete lack of respect for their customers. They are more than happy to take your money, but you better watch out if you have a problem. They are also not BBB accredited if that's important to you. I've found 3 other people that have had problems here. How this place has a 4.7 star rating cannot be possible. I did notice a review from a year ago that stated: "It's my dad's shop, he works so hard even on the weekends, he day and night" I guess you can make up your own mind if you think all the reviews are legit. The Manager Christian and Owner Emil should be ashamed of themselves and their complete failure to fix my truck. I feel sorry for anyone that dares to take their vehicle to them. I do want to thank Jamie at the front desk though. She was always nice to me and tried her best to help me. Thanks Jamie, good luck! So I heard about this place from Reddit as well as Facebook and they gave me the best quote over…read morethe phone before bringing my car in ($400) My concerns were needing an oil change and wanting my spacers taken off so that I didn't keep rubbing Everything seemed fine, but then they called me about 12 or 1pm and said that my lug bolts were broken and would need to be replaced and that I need new front brakes so they could also do those. I don't really have a choice about the lug bolts but he said he could just not charge for the labor for those if he's doing the brakes so I agreed We were now looking at about $700 They call me around 3ish maybe 4 and then they tell me they went to put my wheels on and realized the lug pattern didn't match my car and that they then realized that my spacers were actually wheel adjusters and that they had to be on in order to put the wheels on. So unfortunately they don't have smaller ones and they will have to put them back on So, the whole reason I came here was for the spacers. When they were taken off is when I'm assuming those lug bolts were broken, which is whatever. But once they were taken off, I'm wondering how nobody noticed that they weren't just spacers, especially being that this place has been around a long time and they seemed to have experienced mechanics. I also approved new pads, not new rotors, they threw those in there for over $200 plus the $70 for the pads, so maybe this is just their protocol but it would've been nice to have this explained. By the time I came to get my car, my bill was over $1000 but all I really ended up getting was an oil change and brakes. The rest was a waste of time On my way to my step mom's house, I noticed on the freeway, that not only was my car a lot more shaky, I felt scared so I pulled over, and it turns out that they rotated my tires, but my back rims have a bend on them, which is something I explained to them that the Toyota service department wouldn't do because they don't want the bent rim to be in the front and risk blowing while I'm on the freeway. So these people disregarded that. Not a huge deal, but just something I feel like was ignored Then on my way back from my step moms, I noticed that every time I was braking, my whole steering wheel was wobbling back and forth and there was smoke coming from what seemed to be my front tire area. I pulled over and I realized my brakes were smoking like crazy! I know there's a seal put on them before the box, so maybe that's why? Maybe it was melting so the pads were sticking? I got back in after 15 mins of cooling down and then tried to brake again and it was still happening. I needed to get home I was exhausted so I decided to just keep going . I ended up having to slam on my brakes (traffic) and then all of a sudden it was back to normal. However, then I started hearing a clicking noise. This noise has now happened all weekend but not consistently. I checked to make sure there's no nails or rocks in my tires, and there's not, so I called today (Monday) to let them know, and I will be bringing my car in tomorrow morning. Overall, I do not plan to return here, would not recommend this place, and feel like they saw the opportunity to rack up a bill because I'm a girl. Please take your $$ elsewhere.

We brought two of our cars here…read more People are friendly but the service was not up to par. They inspected our truck and failed to tell us our car was not drivable. We had our wheel bearings looked at and they said the should be replaced soon but not that our car was not drivable. So we took our car home to plan on when we could be without the car and bring it back. Well THREE days later, our wheel FLEW off while we were on the freeway almost causing a catastrophic car accident. We had to pay over 3,000 to fix it and towing fees. We called to complain about not be advisied that this was not drive able and that we shouldn't have drove off the lot but they said "well do what you gotta do". We also during this same time had our other vehicle under their "inspection" and "care" to replace a clutch on a manual. The replaced the clutch but it caused other issues with our motor mount. We took it to another shop after two attempts of having them "check their work" and this other shop advised us to never go back here. We have ANOTHER loose wheel bearing (which wasn't an issue before and were brand new) and issued with motor mount from the clutch install from this place They refuse to acknowledge they had any part in this and are adamant that BOTH cars were "fine" Take a look at our truck after NOT being told our truck wasn't drivable. My whole family was in the car and they are LUCKY no one was significantly harmed
