I came in here on Saturday to have the charging port on my laptop repaired. The service was wonderful and hassle free. They repaired my computer in the time they said they would. I would recommend to friends and family read more

Jessie at ClickAway did a fantastic job recovering data from an iPhone that had fallen into the water! He was so helpful, kept me informed all along the way and most importantly really understood how critical it was to recover photos and contacts. Jessie also suggested a re-furbished phone to replace the water logged one which made things so much easier. Cannot say enough good things about Jessie and ClickAway! read more

Greg Grantt helped me today. I have had a problem with my computer for a year with my keyboard. I was prepared to drop off my computer for an entire software and hardware test and then probably pay for a new keyboard. Greg asked me a few questions, quickly determined what the problem was and fixed my problem (which was just an overly sensitive touch pad) in less than 2 minutes. He didn't charge me anything - just asked for a good yelp review. :) I went to them because of their good yelp reviews and am now writing one myself. I will now go there for any future issues I have. Thanks Greg!!! I wrote this entire paragraph without my "t" erasing everything I just wrote 16 times. Why didn't I come see you sooner!? :) read more

I have hired Click Away several times now, both for my personal laptop computer at home, and for our computer network at work. The first time I used Click Away, I had installed McAfee on my Laptop at home, and it screwed things up on my laptop up really badly. I took it to Click Away's Campbell location. It was fixed within 24 hours. When I picked it up, the bill was reasonable, my computer was clean, and they even carried it out to my car for me! The next time I needed help with my computer at work, I brought it to the Sunnyvale store. Turns out I know the assistant manager, Ken. He found several viruses in it, which he wiped out, and installed freeware on it so that I can protect my computer from further attacks. Since then, Ken and Tim have both come to my work location on several occasions, fixing our network problems every time. And again, the bill was reasonable. I would highly recommend Click Away to anyone that needs them. They are professional, knowledgeable, and there to help in a jiffy. read more

I decided to try Click Away after my laptop died. I called and spoke with Sam, who told me to bring it in and they would run a free diagnostic on it. Perfect, so I thought. Dropped it off first thing in the morning and was told I would receive a call later that day after the diagnostic was finished. About 5 o'clock, after not hearing anything back I called and was told that they had tried to call me (I never received a call). Sam said it was my harddrive that was fried and started going over costs with me. I didin't have the money to fix it so I went that night and picked my laptop up. My husband wanted to take it to a friend of his to get a second opinion, and I'm glad he did as it wasn't the harddrive it was a bad Windows update. He fixed it quickly and saved me hundreds of dollars. I won't take another computer here now as I can't trust their diagnostic skills. read more

Can you say "Magic"? My iPhone 6 fell into a bucket of water by an enthusiastic youth by accident while admiring it. I immediately took it out and was able to dry it with a nearby industrial dryer. It was revived, but for only 20 minutes and then...black screen! I called Laura at ClickAway Mobile and she said Thuan (not sure of the spelling), is a phone guru and has a stellar track record in bringing them back to life. Well, in three hours, she indeed do her magic and my iPhone 6 is working as though nothing had happened! Thank you Thuan, Laura and Justin for the assistance and miracle work....! read more

ClickAway has always been very responsive and professional when I have used them. They recently help me set up my home office and the response again was stellar. Tim really took his time to make sure everything thing was configured correctly and provided a dry run. I really appreciate their efforts and support. They are my go to computer service provider. read more

I've used ClickAway Computer Repair three times in the last few years and have always been very impressed with their customer service and expertise. Most importantly, I trust ClickAway to provide only the needed service. Tim, who helped me recently, was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful in setting up my repaired computer, back up disk, and new printer. He spent extra time demonstrating how my new printer worked and ensured everything was in working order before leaving. I know there are other computer repair shops out there but I believe from my experience, no other repair company does it better than ClickAway. They can be trusted to diagnose properly then deliver on providing great customer service in a timely manner. read more

Great place to get your phone fixed!! I dropped my phone and broke my screen and they had to replace the digitizer (whole screen) was a few bucks but thats because I have the samsung galaxy note 2 (one of the new devices) but reasonable price:D so if your phone brakes, this is the place! And I believe the guy that help me was shawn? If im incorrect im sorry "shawn" but he's a great guy, super cool dude 5star to "shawn!!!" read more

This is not for a repair. I took in my HP printer for a diagnosis (not repairable at reasonable cost). Diagnosis was done quickly, promptly, for free, and without any games. Much appreciated. read more

Tim from the Campbell store did a great job diagnosing and fixing our internet problems. He took safety measures while in our home, he was courteous and answered all our questions, and he was efficient in his work. This is the 2nd time I have worked with ClickAway in Campbell on McGlincey Ln. The first was for a 1T SSD hard drive and they did everything they said in timely and competitive priced fashion. Just high end tech repair pros. The second time was recently was an emergency accident when someone spilled a glass of water on my Mac Book Pro keyboard thus terminating my CPU and trac-pad. They again met the deadline and bid in timely and professional fashion. ClickAway got me back to work asap and explained my best options in non biased fashion. I will use them for any tech advancements, repairs, upgrades, or purchases moving forward. read more

greg saved me $800! i had gotten water in my macbook pro and of course apple was no help. greg said he would take a look at it for 50 bucks and it could be moved towards repair if i wanted. greg was able to tell me that my data was still ok and not only that they had a macbook for 550 bucks, he was able to transfer all the data and sell me a computer for 700 bucks! thats less than half of what a new macbookpro would have cost! the only thing that i didn't like was when i tried to redeem the yelp 25 dollar discount greg said he could only give me one discount, when i didn't get on in the first place, i was guessing that he was talking about moving the 49 bucks over to the transfer of data. other than that they explain everything great and more than happy to answer any questions, definitely a great place to get any repairs done! read more

Over the years we have periodically needed the services of Click Away. Everytime we have visited them they have been very cordial and professional. Will continue to recommend their store and services, as they have consistently been our go-to location. They comunicate very well and have quickly solved our diverse tech issues without breaking our bank account. Will happily rate them with 5 STARS. read more

Professional! Convenient! Worth every penny for the long term support you receive. I don't live in the area so work with them remote. When I need to send my computer for repairs ( spilled beer on key board) they had it fixed, tuned up and shipped back to me under a week total turn around time. read more

Adrian M. in the Los Altos branch of ClickAway installed a power jack in my Dell PC in less than four hours ( I had ordered the part already from Amazon). He picked my computer up and delivered it back to my home fully functional in the same afternoon. I am so happy with the results! read more

This is the second time that I worked with Greg Gantt and ClickAway and can't say enough good things. After Greg fixed my In-law's home network, I told him to expect another call once my wife and I finished the remodel on our house. I wanted him to make sure that my home network was secure, and set up a shared drive on my network. After setting up the network he noticed that there was some issues that prevented me from getting maximum speed out of my connection. Like he did with my In-laws, he could've done a quick fix and I wouldn't have noticed the difference. Instead, he took the time to get it right and my network is flying and he even got my XBOX360 to access the music and photos on my shared drive. As most have stated on other reviews, it isn't the cheapest (but not the most expensive either), but you know that they are going to do the job right which is most important. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone who is looking to get their network in tip top shape. read more

I purchased a new laptop from the Clickaway store located in Campbell. I worked with Eddie, a manager, and we negotiated a price that was good for me. The new laptop came with a Synaptics touch pad which you can use to move the cursor and also scroll. The down side to that touch pad is that when you are typing a document and you barely touch the pad with a shirt sleeve or a moving finger the cursor goes crazy, going somewhere you do not want it to go. Eddie had one of his technicians do some research and he found a Synaptics driver that would disable the touch pad when you install a wireless mouse. With the mouse installed, typing a document was totally normal. What a great solution. I have been in the store many times to buy various accessories and have always been treated fairly and efficiently. I highly recommend it for anything computer related. Bill D. read more

Great team. I took my Toshiba tv to be fixed. Got a free inspection and quote. The cost of repair (because the part was expensive) was not worth fixing the tv. However, it's not their fault. The tv motherboard needed replacement. I asked them to recycle the tv and they did that at no extra charge which was nice. Will definitely use them again. read more

This place is golden! I am so glad I found ClickAway Campbell. I appreciate google reviews so very much and I would like to keep the positivity going for this gem! I had a cracked laptop screen and it was repaired within a week! The laptop screen is back to beautiful! The correspondence throughout the process was great! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with wonderful customer service by Anthony. Then I had been assigned a tech named Eddy; he was responsive and helpful for sure. Kent was also helpful in the repair process. All in all- quick, efficient, and an amazing experience! I will gladly return for any future repair services! Thank you ClickAway Campbell! Great job! read more

Caveat Emptor Ask if the Salesman gets a commission. Then consider if they work on commission who's interest are they serving when offering products and service. Also the offer of a 'Routine Cleaning' should include a document delineating services done and results of service done. It seems like a gimmicky extra designed more to boost the bottom line than serve the customers needs. There may be an emphasis to sell a digital hard drive regardless of your needs. read more

Perhaps you should check with the owner Heather V before you respond to a review. I spoke with the owner and responded to a few emails about asking how your business could help. Your ignorance and response to my review once again renews my comment that I will not be visiting your location because you clearly do not care about your customer. You care more about making sure you have a great review...not going to happen with this dissatisfied customer. Thanks Heather for your email just now in my response to your comment on Yelp. I did receive a call from Eddy to discuss my review the day I visited and that is when I expressed I had already resolved the situation with another company. This has been explained two additional times after that initial conversation. read more

Came in with a damage iPhone X Max and was helped by Edward. He is knowledgeable on the phone components, highly trained and professional. My home AIO computer wasn't starting up properly and after a frustrating morning of debugging wasn't successful so I gave them a call on a Sat around noon. I brought the unit over and Chris was very helpful and told me what diagnostics would be run and what they would do. I was told they needed one business day. On Monday Chris called to let me know what was up and what they found which wasn't much but said they'd continue to investigate and also recommended a tuneup which I agreed to. Long story short I picked up the unit later that afternoon and it's been running great since then. Thanks guys. read more

These guys are completely fraud and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. I paid for their unlimited screen protection plan which was $200 for 2 years and they never honored it but rather gave me headache on driving to the store but they wouldn't help me at the store either, telling me that this person Mitchell will help me and Mitchell is one annoying person to deal with and never gets back to your calls or emails. He said that he will make me an apple store appointment to get my phone fixed and now it's the 4th week that he is been disappeared on me. Heather is another one of their employees who said will help me and also disappeared on me. read more

Need a great computer to look under your motherboards? Give this place a try. I had them correct and upgrade my laptop OS as well as retrieve lost driver data last year, and i was thoroughly pleased on multie levels: cost, courtesy, complete from start to finish. They explain everything clearly and honestly, and are great with customers. I am on a budget, and I was worried about cost, and I was very pleased when it ended up $200 less than I expected. I was referred there by the tech guys at work as well as my stepdad, and regardless of the tech need, they can do it. They also sell reconditioned electronics, very affordable. I fully expect to return in the future...maybe next I can remember where they're located: tough to find. read more

My computer caught a very bad virus, even though I had anti virus software. Edward was my technician and did a good job of diagnosing. The problem was that the computer had to be cleaned out. That meant most of my programs had to be reinstalled. Edward came through as he is also very knowledgeable of the software side and how to get the programs running. He went above and beyond on meeting my computer needs. Thanks. read more

I've been using ClickAway for a very long time for all of my computer issues. Just bought a new one a few days ago and it was seamless. Took my old one in at about 11:00 and picked my new one up around 4:00 with all of my data transferred. Jesse was great! read more

Out of the blue, my computer just one day stopped working. I spent countless hours testing all the individual parts from the motherboard to PSU to graphics card but couldn't find out the issue. I took my PC here and was helped by a technician named Vincent. Vincent was literally the best technician I've ever had, and I've dealt with quite a lot. I explained to him the issue and all the tests I had to done prior to coming in and he listened to what I had to say. Throughout the whole process he regularly gave me updates about what his tests had shown and anything new he had discovered. It seems as though it was a very peculiar issue but he was able to get to the bottom of it in almost no time. (For those curious, the issue had to do with the motherboard headers and the CMOS) As well as his speed in fixing the problem, I was incredibly confident in him knowing what he was doing. When I brought the computer in, he let me know that he himself had also built his own computer from the ground up, which was a relief to hear as a custom build owner. Upon picking up the computer, I found out that for whatever reason my hard drive had effectively wiped itself and with that Windows itself. I planned on going to Frys and buying a USB with Windows 10 on it but Vincent and his manager were able to get me Windows and install it for me for the same exact price, saving me some time and effort. I can't thank them enough for that. If you ever have an issue that comes up with your computer, I 100% recommend this place and highly, highly, highly recommend Vincent as a technician. The guy really knows what he's doing and was patient and helpful throughout the entire experience. read more

I was pretty disappointed with the service here. I emailed for an estimate, which I received later that same afternoon. I then called to follow up and was told the repair would take 1 hour and that all the parts I needed to repair my iPhone screen were in. The next morning I woke up early to be sure and get there before it might have gotten busy. I was then told that I would need to leave my phone with them all day. The person there that morning then proceeded to quiz me on my information and who I had spoken to. I showed him the email and reminded him that I called to follow up but I wasn't sure who I spoke with. After I was quizzed and told conflicting information...it felt like a bit of a bait and switch. Maybe they tell people what they want to hear to get them in the door. Who knows but I ended up going somewhere else that did fix my phone in an hour. read more
