Tried contacting them on eBay about a return, and even offered to cover return shipping but the message went ignored. Tried escalating a claim with eBay but since the shoes were "guaranteed" by their authenticity team, it basically got auto-denied. Now I'm trying to deal with PayPal and my bank to get the problem fixed or else I'm stuck with damaged shoes that I'll have to resell myself, no doubt at a loss. Extremely, extremely disappointed in how this sale was handled. Maybe they'll see this review and we can work something out, but considering they ignored my messages and had the negative review I left for them on eBay deleted, I'm not holding my breath. Very shady, unethical business.

The store owner seems to be a cool guy and offers fair prices when it comes to selling, but the other few times I've been I dealt with the same employee who lowballs like crazy and makes you feel invisible when you walk in. He's always on his phone and after every interaction never cares to thank myself (the customer) for their time. Instead he visibly looks annoyed and goes back to sitting on his phone. Considering it's a small business I'm assuming the employee must be related to the owner or a friend of his cause other wise I wouldn't understand the need to keep such a negative energy around.

The best thing with Holy Ground is they offer cash and store credit for all their offers. That's key in this market right now if you're selling sneakers. A lot of shops nowadays offer just store credit but feel that's unfair. If I'm going to sell at your store I'm there to sell not get credit to buy more shoes. Give me the two options. It's always a great experience at the store. Great staff, great prices on shoes to buy, and fair offers on what you're selling. I highly recommend going here to buy or sell.

This was the closest place here in OC to find BBC stuff but it doesn't look like they have much of it anymore. My experience at the Fashion Island Newport Beach store has changed my idea of what a piece of…read moreclothing can be. NUMBER ONE though, is how welcome and comfortable and inviting the sales people made me feel. That really is the MOST important thing. It's the people in the store that really set the tone for your experience there. Every time I have walked into this store they make me feel like a million bucks and that is priceless. They have always bent over backwards to help and assit in finding that perfect piece. And then there's the clothing. Which is really ART. Wearable art. The motifs from nature are exquisite. The care and attention that has gone into the creation of each piece is amazing. My dream is to have an entire closet full of Masaki Matsukas. Hand washable. ( Hallelujah for no dry cleaning) Lightweight. Incredibly comfortable and soft. No wrinkles. Easy to travel with. You won't find anything binding or restricting here. And yet they are bot sloppy in any way. They are the clothes of the future. They defy what traditional clothing is. These clothes turn the human frame into something so interesting that you have to have a second look. I love this store in every way and hope to be supporting this movement/wearable art/philosophy for many years to come. Bravo!

This store is not a return seller so once you buy something you can not return it. Also the store says it is closing so they have a lot of product. The guy who was in the store greeted me, didn't say have a good day and did not check up on me when I was in the store. Although he did tell me about the deals. The store was clean and had a good selection of styles but I did not see what sizes they had maybe they had more in the back. The shoes I was interested in he said were about originallly 180 so I was able to get them for 79 with the discount. This is where I was able to see that the prices were high even for the "super" discount items. That is the reason for the one minus star was the prices and the customer service.
