SELECTION: H U G E. There is small plus size section so for you plus size ladies, sorry. They do have shoes, bags, dresses, etc. Its nice. CUSTOMER SERVICE: nonexistent. I don't really mind because some of their clothes are so cute and affordable, but most of the time I definitely walk out of there unpleased with workers. They're not very helpful and I have asked questions before and just received attitude. Again, it bugs me but I don't go into the store to socialize with the workers.

I've been shopping at Fashion Q for years, but the quality has really declined over the past year…read more I used to find great work essentials, especially nice black pants, but lately the selection has gone downhill. I've visited five different Fashion Q locations trying to find a decent pair, and not one store had anything close to the quality they used to carry. It's disappointing because this was one of my go-to places, but the inconsistency and lack of quality make it hard to rely on anymore. No one ever offers to help you when you're in the store. So I have decided not to drive miles to shop here anymore.

They have a couple body suits which was mainly what i was looking for as well. The prices are pretty cheap. Everything that i bought was black bc like duh who doesnt love black. They have cute shoes as well and i saw some that fashion nova has on their website which were cheaper in the store and no shipping cost. They only reason they are getting 3 instead of 5 stars is because the staff sucks. The girls dont ever say hi or finding everything okay? They just walk past you and not even one smile. I like to walkin to a place and feel welcomed. Well anyways i do just come here to shop not to make new friends but a smile never hurt anyone. ;)

I asked the cashier if I could use the 10% discount, and she told me, "Not today, next time." I asked her why I couldn't use it today, especially since the offer clearly says that I'm able to get 10% off by following them, and clearly says to show an employee. She still refused to honor the discount and didn't give me a clear reason. If the promotion is being advertised, customers should be able to use it according to the terms. Very disappointing experience and, unfortunately, I won't be coming back. Worst experience.

So I tend to size up one or two sizes here. They do have a fitting room in the store. So try the clothes on! I think what determines quality is after a wash. Well well, the black pants I got totally held up well. That's when I came back and bought more!!! Oh yeaaa! They have a section of plus size clothing. The pricing is Target pricing.
