I called and made appointment to have him look at the pool and give me a rough estimate. He said he can come by Monday 8-9 maybe possibly earlier which is great! My wife was at home waiting.... She tells me no one has showed up it was 9 by then. So I called to see what time he'll be by and if he was running a little late... He said he went by at 7:30 no one answered the door. So I asked when will he be able to go back. He said not today and he'll have to check his schedule (rudely). I said thanks and hung up I asked my wife if she heard the door bell and she said yes she has to put the dog up and went to the door and no one was there..... He could've did a courtesy call when no one answered to see if someone was there! I'll go somewhere else thanks!

We didn't notice the decline at first. Things were maintained to an acceptable level and the team (Amelia in particular) was super responsive. Then, things took a sharp turn for the worst. Our pool started showing signs of pool algae. I had to bring this to the attention of the owner and he confirmed they would shock the pool. Little details down to simply not skimming, leaving the waterfall on, in and out within 5-10 minutes and I had enough. Attached are images of how they left our pool. The owner was quick to point blame on us, while admitting that yes, indeed, they had changed technicians. Avoid this company and seek services elsewhere. We have different standards of service. Colin and Amelia are gems and I wish this business continued success. It's too bad we had to part ways on such disappointing terms after such a wonderful beginning.

I was outside of the 3 year warranty that they offered by about 6 months, but had no problem paying for the work. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant each time I called, but it took several attempts over several weeks to get a call back from someone who could assist. Each time she said she'd pass my info on and I'd hear back when they (I believe the owner, but I can't say for sure) returned. I finally got ahold of someone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair the tiles. I changed my work schedule around to accommodate their appointment window and they never showed. I called towards the end of the window and then again afterwards. I left voicemails each time to try to find out if they were still coming. Nobody answered and I never received a call back. I strongly suggest giving your money to a business that wants and appreciates it.
