    This morning Christian from @clearcutglassaz installed a table top 1/4" clear annealed, custom sheet of glass cut into 4 pieces with polished edges to line up exactly with our solid dark Cherrywood Oriental dining table we inherited from my parents with two removable leaves. He took a detailed measurement a few weeks ago of the oval-shaped table and here is the final product! I cannot recommend this business enough! Out of three quotes, Dana responded consistently and promptly over text and email and the quote was fair and comparable. Overall we had wonderful customer service and the finished product is exactly what we were hoping for, after a completely pain and worry-free process.

    DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I would give negative stars if possible. You have been warned! So, I needed by windshield replaced on my Tesla Model Y. They advised they would call me. After waiting 3 or more weeks, the break in my glass was really starting to spread. I called them. A secretary said, "Oh ! I'm sorry, the glass arrived but it was broken." I said, "Couldn't you have called like you said you would and at least told me this?" "Oh you're right, we will call when it arrives but it will probably be about another two weeks." I do not blame them one bit for Tesla taking so long to deliver a new windshield, however they could at least call. Next, the glass arrives a couple of weeks later and I'm scheduled. The tech arrives at my house. While he was replacing my glass, he broke my sunroof. Their manager (I think) said, "it was a mistake and that he was applying too much pressure. We will replace it but it will be another couple of weeks." I found this very honest of them. While I was annoyed that this typically mundane ordeal would continue to drag on for more time due to sloppiness on their part, I found it commendable they were proactive in their honesty and offered to replace (as they should but many companies probably wouldn't even do this). I'm sure they felt liable on some level. A couple weeks later the sunroof arrives. They called and scheduled me to come out to the their shop in Glendale. After waiting about two hours, the sunroof was replaced. I get in the car, and notice oily hand marks, and some type black smudge adhesive on the headliner of my car. Commentary: I'm noticing a trend with this company--they are sloppy and pay ZERO attention to fine details. Something that should have been resolved weeks ago was now taking over two months to complete LOL! So, I immediately let management know. They advised "oh that's not good" and took it to the back of the shop to clean. The car returns after their "clean up", and parts of my headliner had been scratched off. The office manager and what appears to be a senior secretary-type with him, begin to not take any ownership for what happened to my headliner and insinuate that it was not there before lol--as if I had to have been the one that had done it previously LOL! I then told them my Tesla records the interior of the car and I can easily produce a time stamped video showing my driving to their shop, absent any of the mess they left on my headliner--they relented and only then, seemed to show a shred of accountability. How absurd is it that they would hint that that the damage was there before and state that "we don't have black adhesives." I promptly told them that smudge was definitely not there, and had I not had them replace my sunroof, it would have NEVER been there. I told them, I don't want your money or to sue, I just want my car to look like it did before my windshield was cracked and I had anything to do with your crap company. The office manager apologized but they had already burned their bridge insinuating they were not responsible. Anything they stated after that, I don't care for. Further, why would I want to work with a company that everytime they touch my car, SOMETHING NEGATIVE HAPPENS. Thanks, but NO THANKS! I am currently discussing this ordeal with my insurance and will update the review to include any noteworthy further details. Due to their lack of skill (namely attention to detail) and professionalism; a simple windshield replace caused hours of wasted time, money, and a dissatisfied client that would NEVER recommend this place. It's so bad I am taking time to write a thorough review like this. STAY AWAY FROM CLEAR CUT AUTO GLASS!! **UPDATE** Lol at this "employee" below now blaming that black smudge on a 10 month old lol! No other "children" are in my car, EVER. FWIW, I have time stamped video showing it was not there when driving to the shop. I have now seen and read it ALL! Keep in mind, the baby's car seat is behind the passenger side. The black smudge was behind the driver's side. Once again, they have provided a NEW gross conspiracy that my 10 month old likely had something to do with adhesives on my headliner. That is some magical BABY I have lol! With all due respect Madam Secretary, after the crappy level of service I have experienced with you and the company you work for, why would any reasonable person take you up on a further offer lol? Everything your company touches, in my experience, turns to _____! I want nothing more to do with you lol. I want to make sure my fellow Arizonans understand my experience. Again, thanks but no thanks--I'm good. This further underscores the type of company that I and others, I AM SURE, are dealing with. The reviews are there if you look and ignore these fluff reviews. Keep it up and I'll add the video of me driving showing this was not there the day of. Again, DO NOT USE CLEAR CUT GLASS. STAY FAR AWAY.

    Windshield cracked called our insurance... they recommended CLEAR CUT GLASS. Customer service is GREAT! The girl over the phone was very helpful she helped me file the claim and set up the appointment. Clear cut glass guys came and replaced my windshield in less than 20 minutes. Very fast friendly service.

    WINDOW PANE REPLACEMENT: We needed a large thermal window pane in our dining area replaced. Due to…read moreage, the window's gas seals leaked, and this caused the window to fog and to distort views to the backyard. OUR PICK: We called three glass companies and received three competitive estimates. We narrowed the choice to Dependable Glass in North Phoenix, for five reasons: 1. 4.9 Google rating; 2. 4.6 Yelp rating; 3. The professional and pleasant way they answered their phone; 4. They took adequate time to answer our questions about their products and services; 5. We were not rushed to make a purchase decision. THE ESTIMATOR: Dependable Glass sent John, the estimator, to our home to measure the subject window pane. He was on time, very friendly, spoke clearly, and answered all our questions without hesitation. Additionally, he assured us the installation would be performed only by Dependable Glass employees (not third-party installers). He also said the quality of work by the window installers would be A+ and come with guaranteed customer satisfaction. We received an all-inclusive price estimate that was straightforward and easy-to-read. Dependable Glass estimator guaranteed the price would not fluctuate before or during the window pane installation (no upselling). THE OFFICE: A few weeks after making a deposit, the replacement pane was delivered to Dependable Glass from the manufacturer. After that, I received a call from "MICHELLE" to select an installation date. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks before her call, my elderly wife suffered a severe in-home fall that required surgery and a hospital stay of nearly 30 days. I asked Michelle if it was possible to delay the installation until after my wife arrived home. To my pleasant surprise, Michelle said Dependable Glass would be happy to delay the installation for a month, or until we were ready. (That is GREAT service!) She verbalized her compassion about the falling accident, and that REALLY HELPED me during a difficult time. As promised, Michelle called back in 30 days to see if we were ready to book an installation date, and we were. THE INSTALLERS: The installers - James and Ethan - arrived on time, and they were well-prepared with all the required tools and components. They were one of the most pleasant installation teams I have every encountered. They were polite, respectful of the property, and they took the time to answer a few pre- and post-installation questions. James and Ethan went the "extra mile" with a special request. I wanted the large wooden Venetian blinds covering the subject window to be permanently removed before the new window pane was installed (I was unable to remove the heavy blinds due to physical disability). Without hesitation, James and Ethan completely removed the blinds for me (thank you!). After the pane was installed, the two gentlemen removed all stickers and washed the inside and outside glass to a beautiful shine. Wow! What a difference it makes to look at the backyard through clear, quality glass. WOULD WE USE DEPENDABLE GLASS AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM? Absolutely YES! We were very impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Everyone we spoke with at the company was pleasant and eager to provide us with excellent products and services. Everyone conveyed a feeling of "trust," which placed us at ease. Therefore, after today's installation, we had another large fogged-up window measured for replacement. I am confident we will receive the same high-quality service and product for this project, as well.

    On October 1, 2025, Steve came out to my house to confirm measurements for two showers. He did not…read morehave the measurement or any of the information that was sent to me in the bid. My wife ask Steve about the stability of the glass for cleaning purposes and his response to her was "not to have sex in the shower." My wife was uncomfortable with this response and I am furious!! I called the company and someone named John, who said he was the owner called me back. Prior to John calling me back, I asked the receptionist if Steve was a tenured employee. She confirmed he was. When I spoke to John his verbatim statement to me, as he chuckled, was "he was sorry Steve did a bad job reading the room." Needless to say, he did not, in anyway, show remorse for his employees distasteful and sexist behavior! Why he thought it was a laughing matter is beyond me! I am not sure what room John thinks it's appropriate for his employee to discuss sex with another man's wife but beware that this behavior is not frowned upon but a laughing matter to Dependable Glass ownership. If you are looking for a company that is going to send a man to your home who wants to discuss sex with your wife and where she should/shouldn't have it, Dependable Glass is right for you. I am baffled by this companies sexist behavior and lack of willingness to see the issue in their behavior! It's evident, management does not care about how their employees conduct themselves in the field. This companies behavior is disgusting and I would strongly encourage others to select another company, especially those who value your spouse!
