The Genius Bar at Apple told me it could not be repaired and I would need to replace the Logic Board for $850 or "just buy a new one." A local (Orange County) 3rd party repair shop, after having it for a week, told me it couldn't be repaired. I then went to Reddit for help and suggestions. There were several referrals to Rossmann Repair Group. I contacted them through their online contact form. They immediately messaged with a few more questions and then gave me the necessary details to send my device to them in Austin. I did so - of course, the holidays slowed things down a bit, but by the second week in January, I received word that my lap top had been successfully repaired, losing NONE of my data. Amazing! The cost? A mere $459 which includes shipping back (USPS) to me, signing at delivery. I did have go pay for shipping to get it to them. Totally worth it to me. To insure safe and speedy delivery, signing upon delivery, to them. I paid about $89 for UPS, not including double boxing and bubble wrap. So, in total, I paid $638, for shipping to, repair, shipping back. I didn't lose ANY of my data. I am sooo happy and thankful to Rossmann Repair Group. Thank you!!!

After about 5 minutes he came back stating the power rail was broken, but I did not proceed with the repair, as the cost of repair was more than the value of the laptop. The quote was half of Apple's quote and came with a guarantee if that I will not pay if they can't successfully fix it. This is miles better than the Apple store as they would make you wait over 15 minutes even though you had an appointment just for the "genius" to say you need to quote an $800 logic board replacement. They give you a 10% off coupon for making an appointment, and make sure to get you right in, and out! They had my repair done in less than 15 minutes, and it only cost $67 for an iPhone 7 screen repair. They didn't mind me bringing my dog in with me either on a very hot day. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again, and refer anyone in need! Tip: parking is a nightmare because it's on the drag, so either give yourself plenty of time to circle, or just park in a safe lot and walk!!

They talk to the customers horrible, the guy in the office told me the boss is a capitalist so you have to understand he has is own ways. I went to get a cleaning on my turntable and a maintenance check on it, my receipt says General maintenance my turntable is still completely dirty dusty they never cleaned it. All he told me was I just gave you a quote. I didn't do anything to your turntable. Charge me $85 just for a quote when I didn't even care for a quote. Keep in mind he gave me three different quotes told me my radio doesn't work. The turntable doesn't turn in. The eight track is messed up. From just me blowing dust off of the turntable, wiping it down finding old speakers for it the radio works perfectly and my turntable turns. I believe he was trying to take advantage of me and charge me for things that were not even broken. When I called to Ask for a refund because my turntable never got any general maintenance done to it. He told me no, If I dispute the charge, he would take me to Small Claims Court.
