How was this sum quantified and calculated? It seems that according to APT, anyone can claim a price for their work, generate a bogus receipt and call it an "invoice". Furthermore, I had to research Mr. Anthony Royal to find out the name of his business because no business name, phone number, or email was provided on this so called invoice. It wasn't until we reached out again that we received a revised invoice which still does not justify the high price. I will never consult Anthony again for any future cleans and will make sure other property owners avoid this scam artist.

They were speaking Spanish to one another, and although I only understand some Spanish, I understood enough to recognize that one of the cleaners was making disrespectful comments about the customer while in my home. More importantly, the actual cleaning did not meet the service I requested. Rather than properly deep-cleaning the home, they appeared to simply use a dry cloth to pick up surface dust. Areas that clearly needed cleaning were left uncleaned. The allotted service time was also not fully utilized, yet the job was considered completed even though the home was still not properly cleaned. What made the experience even more frustrating was the follow-up. I had received multiple requests encouraging me to sign up for recurring monthly cleaning. However, when I contacted the company to explain my concerns and tried to resolve the issue, my calls were not returned and communication appeared to stop. I am disappointed because I was willing to give the company an opportunity to correct the situation.
