The day before our scheduled appointment, they rescheduled because of an emergency. I agreed to an appointment later the next week at noon. At 10 AM, there was somebody knocking on my door and calling my phone. My appointment was for noon but luckily I was home. He entered my house, without asking if he should take his shoes off or not, and then proceeded to check out the couch and say that he would be unable to clean it. The couch is a light couch with extremely light staining. I will attach a picture of the couch that needed to be cleaned. Buyer beware. The two guys who showed up were friendly and professional, and gave me some good information about how much the repairs to the torn fringe corners would be. He noticed we had no pad under the rug, and had no trouble talking me into buying a rug pad -- thankfully, I had already done research on rug pads, and knew the one he was offering me was high quality and an excellent price. Easy sale :-) The cleaning took a little less than a week, and the repair took only a few days. For the return of the rug, once again it was at my convenience. The friendly folks who brought back the rug placed the pad and the carpet where I wanted them, and were pleased that we were pleased.
