I was told cleaning would include windows, baseboards, appliances, floors, and all surfaces.  Was contacted upon completion of "cleaning" and paid $250 via Venmo.  When I returned home from vacation, I immediately contacted Marcos to inform him that it was obvious that the kitchen floor was not mopped, stove top had not been cleaned, baseboards and windows were never touched. Marcos confirmed that these items should have been cleaned and responded "I heard they got out really tired on that day,  I totally understand why they would miss those spots". He offered to send two employees right away, but when I asked if they could come the following day as I was exhausted from our return home, I never received a response. I attempted two more times to reach out via text to resolve the issue. It's been two days and I have yet to receive a response.  Extremely disappointed with the quality of service and lack of communication.

We liked Jorge so we decided to move forward. Our first cleaning was pretty thorough, though there were still dust bunnies under the bed. In the coming weeks we had similar issues of things being missed. By the 5th week we noticed hard water stains forming on the toilets not even 1 week after they cleaned and felt like they were cutting corners. During one cleaning, my husband was home and chose to leave the house while they cleaned. He asked when he should should come back and the 2 cleaners said within the hour they'd be done. I know that when my husband and I clean the house, we take more than an hour to clean the house. After the last visit we saw corners cut. There was still toothpaste in the sink, the stove wasn't clean, the shower started to show mold, and I could actually see hard water stains in the toilet the day they came to clean. Having a cleaning company come every other week, this shouldn't be an issue at all. We decided to cancel service. We can find someone else for $95/bi weekly. They were OK, but I don't think it was worth $95/biweekly for the job they did.
