We have been in this house for a little over a year and it has never looked so clean! They take attention to detail to a whole new level. Every nook and cranny was dusted/vacuumed and spotless. Even the vertical parts of the stairs are vacuumed. They also tidy up and organize messy areas like my daughters toys or the items strewn around the master bathroom sink which I am awful about. My wife loved it especially before our new addition coming in a few weeks. I usually go with the highest rated/reviewed companies I read on yelp and they backed it up and deserve the 5 stars. They came and cleaned my house yesterday, and if I'm honest, I'm a bit disappointed. After they left, I found several kitchen cabinets had been skipped (I found a squished jelly bean and some bullion cubes in one), several of the window blinds (office, laundry room) had been missed, there was a hair in the upstairs guest bathroom, and the floors had been vacuumed but not mopped (except for the office). Worst of all, there were loads of crumbs in the kitchen drawers. No wonder I have ants! When you clean with a rag, which they did, you can't get into the nooks and crannies, and there were still lots of crumbs in the corners of all the drawers. I realized this as I was putting contact paper in the drawers, and it was not sticking well at the edges.... I pulled it away to see all the crumbs. As a stickler for good cleaning practices, I can tell you that you MUST vacuum drawers before cleaning with a rag. I spent all day vacuuming and re-cleaing the drawers. Why did I pay all this money ($1100 for 4 people for 3.5hrs!!!!) if I have to come back and clean it myself? The reason I hired a service was because I have Lyme disease and moderate arthritis and can't clean as well as I once did. But this was very disappointing. I calculated that I paid them $78 per person per hour. That is ridiculous, especially for the job they did. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company. I'm attaching photos of my cloths and rags after I went around and re-cleaned........ and also the two kitchen drawers they missed completely. Gross.

(oh and PS we are still finding area while unpacking that were never touched by them). so I said to my friend, maybe they will send a different team and notify them so we will have a better services this time. MISTAKE again! I waited outside during the cleaning. they asked me to come and check. well they rushed me to check would be a better sentence. they missed a huge dirty wall in the kitchen. " oh sorry" and cleaned it. I went downstairs and in the bathroom toothpaste was still on the mirror and the wall, "may I have your towel please " and I cleaned it in front of them. they then left but had dust bunnies, fridge and freezer not cleaned, side and top of the fridge not clean, front door not cleaned, outlet with light switch not cleaned and one blind damage and one door damage with no attention from management nor discount. bottom line, my friend is so upset that she cancelled her services and told all of her friends who took her great recommendations. it is sad because the move out they could have offered to come back and we would have accepted it but it's been a week with a big silence treatment .... sooo
