He did a great job on the roof and gutters hence why I used him for my siding, but the siding has some issues which need to be addressed. I recommended Tony highly to neighbors who have used him and have given him a lot of business, now that I need him to come back to discuss some of the concerns I have he is not responding to my texts, calls, or emails. I am very concerned of this lack of communication and for this reason along with the issues I am facing with the recent siding job I cannot recommend him. I signed a contract stating there is a 10-year Labor Warranty stating " This warranty guarantees that your siding has been installed with the utmost of care and for 10-yrs if there is any siding installment issue doe to craftsmanship by Water Shield LLC, the siding issue will be rectified with the labor free of charge to homeowner".
