I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). All in all - someone I will definitely use again if needed.

Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated problem. I will now have to reseed several sections of my yard and wait for the grass to grow back. I also found bleach stains across my driveway after the job was completed. In addition, I found a loose nut on the driveway, which makes me wonder whether there was an equipment malfunction or leak during the service. It would have taken the crew a few minutes to rinse off the driveway. The cleaning chemicals also left a noticeable residue on all of my windows, creating another expense and additional work for me to correct. To make matters worse, the crew did not return my outdoor furniture or garden hose to their original locations after finishing the job. It was a very lazy and poor-quality job all around. Overall, I paid for a professional cleaning service and was left with property damage, cleanup work, and additional costs. The results simply did not justify the hassle or expense.

I got their flyer posted to my door. I called Jorge about half hour after he posted the flyer to…read moreask about the $95 gutter cleaning. He asked if I have a big house, I said I wouldn't say my house is big, but definitely two stories high. I said he was just in the neighborhood to post flyers, so he should have an idea of the size of the houses in my neighborhood. He then said $200. I asked what the $95 covered and he did not give me an answer. Not that I want to low-ball the price, but it's definitely wrong for them to advertise $95 when they were going to charge more than 2X, or they shouldn't be posting the flyers in my neighborhood if the $95 is not applicable to the size of the house. Jorge then said $180 and he would come the next day (Tuesday). I said it would be forecast to snow/rain on Tuesday, whether he could do it later in the afternoon the same day (Monday). He then said it'd be $200 if he "needed to" return to the neighborhood. I told him to come on Tuesday. He said he would be here at 9 am. On Tuesday morning at around 8 am, I texted Jorge to see if he planned to take a look at the gutters, and that the snow had not melted. He did not respond to me until after 11 am saying he would stop by in the afternoon to take a look. He never came. He never communicated when he would come. On Wednesday morning he showed up unannounced when I went to a medical appointment. He then called me saying I wasn't home. I told him I had an appointment and he never told me he would come on Wednesday. He asked if he could come in the afternoon. I told him as long as he could finish before 3 pm then that'd be fine, since I had to go to another appointment. He said he had two people so it would be done quickly. Sure it was done quickly..... 15 mins of blowing stuff off the gutters, and some sales pitch saying I should get gutter guards on the lower level ones (we have guards on the second story) and repainting my chimney. The so-called cleaning is nothing more than using a leaf blower to blow stuff away. Didn't even touch the downspouts as advertised. Jorge didn't do anything besides taking pictures and tried to sell me more services. He had a younger guy do all the hard work. For the gutters that have guards on, the younger guy didn't even remove the guards to actually "clean" the gutters.... Oh yes, I was watching them on my cameras. When I handed Jorge the check, I reiterated the importance of not false-advertising. He still gave me the run-around saying that $95 was for smaller houses, or he didn't read the flyer before posting them on everyone's door. Final words: NOT recommended. I haven't used them for other services, but this experience alone was enough that if I could give 0 stars, I would.
