Initially my insurance company gave me a list of "preferred contractors" and I asked my adjuster of these, who do you trust most. He said all were excellent but Augustine would not disappoint me. I've had several roofing companies do work for me at previous homes, but since I was not familiar with this one, and a roof job is so important, that is not a job I trust to just anyone. So, after doing quite a bit of research on them on line, including reviews on a number of sites and many on Angie's List, I finally gave them the nod. I called and spoke with Bill, explained our needs and situation and he told me he would quickly get me a quote. To my surprise, within 24 hours, I received a very thorough and easy to understand break down of the work to be done and his recommendations. We discussed color/material options and he got the work scheduled. Bill and the supervisor, Tony followed up with me to let me know what to expect. On Friday, when the crew arrived, I was stunned. I counted at least 5 men (though I'm sure there were at least 1-2 others in the car.) They quickly began their set up around our home, set up tarps for the discarded materials and began then work. The supervisor came out about two hours in to check in on job, and met with me to set expectations and answer my questions. To make a long story short, they finished the work in one day, just as promised, and quickly restored my yard, furniture and the sidewalk to it's former condition. Everything was clean, all debris and excess was hauled away and the lead roofer told me they were done and asked if I had any questions or concerns. This was a very positive experience that greatly exceeded my expectations, and I could not recommend them high enough. Five stars out of Five.

Mr. Kelbie convinced me just to reseal the roof and fasten the existing gutter to a new piece of vinyl fascia. Work was completed within a reasonable amount of time (especially considering it was close to Christmas). Within six months the sealant was bubbling and cracking in many places. Called to see if it was under warranty. Received a text from Sean within a few days asking for pictures. I sent them, he texted that he received them. Sean said he'd call me to schedule someone to come out. Four days later he still had not called, so I texted for an update. He replied he would have someone out "this week." He then did not respond to texts for a week, but finally said he was out of town and would call the following day to schedule something. He then stopped responding to all texts. I chose Kelbie in large part because of the great customer service other reviewers noted. I never experienced even adequate customer service. And my roof still looks terrible and has holes.
