Sasha put down floor drying pads, dehumidifier, and fans, and got me up and running. Came back and checked on equipment for the next 3 days with no issue. Also 2 days into this situation my wife went into labor and Rick and team were very understanding and made sure regardless of how long equipment was set up that we paid a fair price for which services were needed. He is very unprofessional, and we got into a back-and-forth argument because I wanted a comprehensive breakdown of prices. 3. He refused to provide a breakdown of materials, parts, and labor costs, which I repeatedly requested. 4. He sent me an email quote. For the prices he charges, company stationery would look more presentable and professional. I would not recommend this company because JD is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills.

I've had my bathroom completely remodeled, a Murphy bed installed, and a couple large windows weatherproofed. The bathroom was a complete remodel. We went from drab to fab in shortly over 2 weeks. My bathroom floors were reinforced & leveled, eliminating a structural sag & squeaks. I love the updated bathroom . It feels very spa like. From a consumer & homeowner stand point he has excellent Communication Skills. He is a clean contractor & respectful of the property. Each day he cleaned up before leaving for the day.
