He is friendly, professional, quick, and affordable. My apartment complex isn't the easiest and he has brought all his heavy equipment up every time with a smile and not one complaint. Outside of that the work he does is honestly amazing. I've had stains that seem near impossible to get up and he makes the carpet look brand new. One time my carpet was particularly stained in one area and he came at night where it looked like the stain had come up, but told me to let him know if in the sunlight it was still stained. You could still slightly see it in the daylight so he came back and treated it again for free. I'm moving out of the area and booked him for my final move out and realized I needed to leave a review of how great he is! If you're on the fence and looking for someone to clean your carpets at an affordable rate look no further. He's gotten pet stains and set red wine out of beige carpets like magic! 10/10 would recommend!

My rug was ready in less than 5 days. Two years ago I allowed Stanley Steamer to clean this same rug and they did a very poor job. The manager even mentioned that there was soap residue left on the rug from the last service. Kingstowne specializes in high quality, Persian rugs, and other fiber blends that cannot be scrubbed down with simple soap and water. They not only clean, but they restore. Not only did the brothers save the carpets the price was beyond reasonable (100 or less) and the quality was perfection. One carpet was hand dyed, so the red ran into the white creating a pink mess. He explained everything and was done quickly. My reason for 3 stars is because on the phone they quoted me $89 to clean the entire couch. The technician then said it would be $250... He took off $60 so the total was $190 but that's more then double the original quote. I paid it begrudgingly because it needed to be done, but the stains were not major so the experience was marred.
