Absolutely fantastic service. Marcus did a great job on my floors. My tile in my kitchen floors are an odd texture and holds dirt. So until I can purchase new flooring, a super deep cleaning is necessary. He cleaned the floors well, but wasn't satisfied with the results, so he came back two days later with a more precise tool to allow him to get a more accurate cleaning. TMC did a great job! Cory came to our apartment last week to clean a large area rug, sofa, and mattress. He was very communicative while scheduling, was on time (even with the option of coming a few minutes early!), and did a great job with the cleaning. We have two cats, and the carpet ended up looking so much more vibrant after Cory finished, since he got up the cat hair in a way that our vacuum could not. He also got some stubborn stains out of the sofa. Cory was also really friendly - we ended up having a good chat (as much as one can while staying at six feet apart, talking through masks, and competing with the noise of vacuums/etc.). Owner was a great person, so nice and respectful. However, his assistant was notoriously under drug effects. He asked me the same (personal) question all over again (questions included: if I had partner, where do I live, age, where do I work, others), hardly could understand what he said. He plays loud music. I did not stay in the apartment and decide to stay in the lobby because I did not feel comfortable to stay alone with him, since the owner went couple times to pick up stuffs from his truck. I am very pleased with the work that TMC did. I live in a studio loft apartment in DC and it has only carpet. I recently adopted two kittens in result of seeing a mouse in my apartment and I believe the mice brought fleas. Needless to say, I needed to get that issue dealt with as soon as possible. TMC was able to come within a day of me contacting them. They were friendly and reassuring. While Cory was working, he explained what he was doing and why and even gave me some solutions for dealing with the problem in the future. Cory had to move my furniture to make sure the fleas were dealt with and I have a lot of antiques, he was careful and attentive with handling everything. In addition to professionalism, they were at a lower cost than every other company I talked to as well a significantly nicer. They truly care about what they do and TMC saved my kittens from a lot of discomfort. With that being said, I will only work with TMC in the future for any other carpet cleaning needs I may have. I can't believe TMC doesn't have more reviews. I live in a basement unit and frequently get flooding - I can usually roll up my area rugs when expecting rain but failed to and ended up with a totally soaked, and mildewy-musty 8x11 area rug. TMC responded to my request for quote on yelp nearly immediately and was highly communicative through the yelp app. They arranged a pick up time that worked with my schedule and it took about a week for the service to be completed - which I think is a great turnaround time since I'm sure many others in the DC area that week had the same rain issues I did. When they set up the drop-off service, they were very available through text and courteous, friendly, and mindful of my schedule.
