For the last few days I have been sitting in the same spot on my couch, because I don't want to disturb the neat lol. No matter what I have tried I could never get my stove burners white again, however when DeJuan and his team left my stove looked brand new!! Not only did my apartment look clean it smelled clean. I must say I am not a slob, but I lead a very busy life and kinda rush so yes I do miss a spot every now and then. He and his team cleaned every corner of my bathroom and ever got the dust from around the window ceil. He also cleaned my carpet, I thought it could not be restored but look at the difference!!! He and his team are courteous, respectful and timely. I do like the fact that he called the day before to confirm the appointment, then he called to let me know that he was about 30 minutes away. The parking in my complex is very difficult, so he went the extra mile to unload and then go park in the visitor section of my complex, so Dejuan I am very grateful for the extra effort. If you need a mansion, efficiency, ranch home, farm home cleaned, or just a carpet cleaned, call DeJuan's Cleaning Services. He and his team are efficient, and he is very transparent with his pricing. I did another review without the photos, but seeing is believing:) Until next time, VJ ps don't call Tyron call DeJuan:)

I booked a two-hour hourly cleaning service with a very short and specific list of tasks: clean all…read morebaseboards, dust throughout the house, clean the oven, wipe window sills, clean glass doors, and sweep/mop all three levels including the stairs. My home is generally well-kept, so this was meant to be a focused deep clean on a few areas. Around the 1 hour 15 minute mark, I was contacted and told they would need an additional hour, which I found surprising given there were two cleaners and the task list was minimal. When I arrived back at the house at the two-hour mark (after they said they were finished), I immediately noticed the kitchen floor didn't look clean. I asked them to go back over it, but even after that, I saw multiple areas that were missed. Corners of baseboards still had visible debris, and some baseboards looked like they hadn't been touched at all. There was pink residue left around the sink drain, the showerhead wasn't cleaned, and there was long hair left in the shower, bathrooms, and on the floors -- which isn't mine. The windows had streaks, and overall it seemed like many areas were quickly wiped down rather than cleaned thoroughly. For such a small list of tasks, I expected better attention to detail and thoroughness. Unfortunately, the work felt rushed and incomplete, and I will not be booking this service again.

He responded quickly and asked if we wanted the carpets cleaned on the same day. I said it was up to him and he said sure. The quoted price was very affordable, for the job he did he should have charged more! When he showed up to the house we needed the entire second floor, stairs and a single room on the ground floor that we were planning to replace the carpeting due to the number of stains. We have cream colored carpeting so the stairs showed a noticeable track in the middle that was darker than the rest of the stair. He worked non-stop and when he was finished the stairs were all the same color, the rest of the second floor looked spectacular and most importantly and a completely surprising the ground floor room carpeting looked great - WOW, I am not sure how he did it but we are completely satisfied.
