When I arrived back at the house at the two-hour mark (after they said they were finished), I immediately noticed the kitchen floor didn't look clean. I asked them to go back over it, but even after that, I saw multiple areas that were missed. Corners of baseboards still had visible debris, and some baseboards looked like they hadn't been touched at all. There was pink residue left around the sink drain, the showerhead wasn't cleaned, and there was long hair left in the shower, bathrooms, and on the floors -- which isn't mine. The windows had streaks, and overall it seemed like many areas were quickly wiped down rather than cleaned thoroughly. For such a small list of tasks, I expected better attention to detail and thoroughness. Unfortunately, the work felt rushed and incomplete, and I will not be booking this service again.
