I saw the dooors were open and I walked in a very kind lady walked up to me and politely told me they were closed for the night. She instantly regretted telling me this after seeing my reaction because I really needed my clothes washed to get thru the rest of the week. She accepted me in without question realizing I was from out of town and needed a wash. I gave her a $20 as a tip :)

The interior is a filthy mess and most machines will take your money - but don't work. SHAME on the owner of BCL - Your prices are outrageous and your machines are a rip off SCAM. Of course now that you've let your attendant go there is no one to get your money back from. Many customers are low income workers and many do not speak English or use Yelp. It is bad enough that you're ripping ANYONE off but taking advantage of hard working customers with your poorly maintained washers and dryers - which take quarters but don't work is especially egregious. Message to the owner: SHUT IT DOWN, RUN IT, OR SELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE AND HONESTLY CARES ABOUT AND SERVES THEIR CLIENTS - It's clear that YOU don't!!
