This service changed my life and was well worth it to have the support and time back. I always joke that the first gal Marie Kondo folded my underwear and it was so wild yet organized and space efficient that it's now the only way I fold my underwear. Even though I've since moved out of the area, this was by far such a great investment and great resource for those who are busy with other aspects of life or even just stuck/ overwhelmed. Thank you!

I thought I'd try them again. Big mistake. They are not terrible, but their presser(s) do not do a good job.. I had to bring back a linen jacket which was pressed but wrinkled at all the seams. I left it for them to redo, and when I returned, one of the sleeves had stiff ridges in the fabric, which they first tried to pass off as just the backing of the linen, but of course that wasn't true since the lumen had no backing and was just linen. So the front desk person looked at the other sleeve, and that one did not have the ridges. She was kind enough to bring it to the back and have them fix that so that at least the two sleeves matched.
