They were flexible throughout the process, worked with us on design decisions, and made sure the finished result was exactly what we wanted. They also helped with a kitchen project. When we bought the home, the previous owners had installed a wine chiller where a dishwasher should have been. Tradesman did an excellent job reconfiguring the space and installing a dishwasher so the kitchen functions properly. He was also very accessible as we were able to call and text him if we had any questions. There was an error on our invoice and he corrected it quickly. The abatement team came quickly and were able to remove drywall from our master bedroom, hallway, popcorn ceiling for 2 rooms, and guest bathroom. We were able to add on removal of old cabinets and a fan to ensure there was no asbestos left. Overall they did it very efficiently and safely which I appreciated. The one con I have to mention was when they removed the ceilings fan they misplaced some of the attachments needed to hook the ceiling fan up. We didn't move anything so when we went to assemble it the piece was missing and we needed to buy extra. A lot of the closets and screws they detached were also not organized so it's been difficult assembling our stuff again. They did the job fast and well but I would recommend they organize items they detached better. We still have a few spots to remove asbestos but would consider them again.

One of the first questions they asked me was, do you have a contractor in mind to perform the remediation? I told them no, so they offered to put ProTech Construction in Arcadia on the Job, which I accepted and became one of the best decisions I made during that time frame. The first person they sent to our home was Ivan and his assistant (whose name I unfortunately forgot). They came to evaluate the damage and brought large dehumidifiers which they placed in areas with the heaviest water damage. Both men were very professional and knowledgeable and kept us in the loop during their damage evaluation. Upon completion of the damage Ray Lutynski took over and his task was to evaluate results of Ivan's damage evaluation and create an estimate of the cost to repair the damages and submit them to the AAA insurance adjuster for approval. Ray was a pleasure to work with he kept my wife and I informed throughout the process. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the remediation process and the insurance Adjusters requirements. Once Ray obtained the Adjusters' approval, the remediation task was turned over to Juan Lopez with Ray on hand to revise the approved estimates if required. Juan was also very professional and knowledgeable; he coordinated the reconstruction process which was completed on schedule. Juan accompanied my wife and I when we had to select various items. ProTech Construction also coordinated the packing and storage of our household items. It was a pleasure having ProTech perform the remediation of the damage to our home and would highly recommend them.

Our experience started with calling their office numerous times and not being able to get through to the correct person to speak with. Communication between Jarrett and his team including the service tech and secretary was so sporadic. They started by looking at our home for possible mold remediation issues and the tech who came to our home said we could do it ourselves but told us he had to call his boss Jarrett and he shared a lot of things we did not need done. Unfortunately the two other companies we reached out to for mold remediation were not helpful so we moved forward with Protech but once our insurance was involved everything changed. The price changed and the communication was horrible. Jarrett even emailed the claims adjuster saying that "I was calm now" because he spoke with me when really the insurance could barely get a hold of him or his company to get information either. He was so unprofessional. His secretary was very kind and when I refused to speak with Jarrett over the phone she did not push me almost like she understood and this wasn't the first time that had happened. The work they finally did took forever and they left the large fans in our home for almost a week instead of overnight then charged us extra for it. The piece was so inflated and the work was bare minimum. We even decided to have a different construction company finish the job and close the holes Protech made to remediate the mold. I know it is hard to find a good company to trust for help with mold but this definitely isn't the one.

Caleb, the representative, was clear, concise, and never tried to pressure me into anything. He knew I was on a tight schedule, so he kept the presentation short and to the point while still thoroughly explaining the company and its products. He explained that Hometime offers a lifetime warranty on both the windows and installation for as long as you own the home. He also brought product samples, which helped me better understand what I was purchasing. Hometime came in lower than all of the other quotes I received. The proposal was professionally prepared and included all of the information Caleb had discussed during our meeting, making it easy to review afterward. Whenever I had questions, Caleb responded within a reasonable timeframe during business hours. Scheduling was simple and straightforward. Their scheduling system sent reminders about my appointment and clearly communicated what to expect. The turnaround time from order to installation was approximately six weeks. On installation day, a crew of three arrived. They all introduced themselves and were very respectful. I joked that they would have some "watchers"--my three kids--who had plenty of questions throughout the day. The installers were professional, efficient, and took care to protect our floors and respect our home. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. We did have one hiccup during the process. One of the windows was manufactured incorrectly. However, Hometime handled the issue well and was able to get me back on the schedule as soon as I was available a couple of weeks later. Jesse and his partner came out for the replacement installation. Just like the original crew, they introduced themselves, were respectful of our home, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. While manufacturing issues can happen, I appreciated how smoothly Hometime addressed the problem and followed through to make it right. The windows look fantastic. From what I can see, they were installed properly and have significantly improved the appearance of our home. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Hometime Windows and Doors. Their communication, pricing, professionalism, and commitment to customer service made the entire process easy, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

I'll admit I'm the dummy who didn't climb into the attic afterward to check their work, but come to find out, they never even removed the old fan. They just left it sitting up there tucked under the insulation. I called QuietCool and got transferred to customer support where nobody ever answered. Emailed them too. Nothing. The fan itself is fine, but if you buy a QuietCool, I'd definitely have someone else install it. And apparently check the attic when they're done.

Homeowners beware***Stay far away from this company***They operate under United Drying LLC, United Building Services, Inc. & National Restorations LLC & Paradigm Construction License #1058378 (it appears they keep changing their business name). We had a small leak in our kitchen due to dishwasher, we filed an insurance claim & hired this company as a referral from Big B Plumbing. They came in and gutted my kitchen in June- fast forward to late Nov & I still had no operating kitchen, by early Nov they only semi-installed cabinets with poor POOR craftsmanship. Then when I decided to cancel them due to realizing they're scamming my insurance at my expense, they try to stick their "big dog" cocky & disrespectful owner named David A. to yell at me & my Boss over the phone using "contract" threat tactics etc. & speak down to me like Im stupid for going w/ another company to finish the job. MILITARY Families please be careful! Their "contract" w/ no start/end date(s) only protects them allowing them to do whatever they want, whenever they want. This company is only interested in scamming your insurance for as much money as they can get, & then turns around & does the bare minimum work needed to string along the homeowner having YOU believe that it's your "incompetent" Insurance Adjuster that's holding up the project. Meanwhile, they continue to submit supplements to your insurance MONTHS later without your consent/approval, & they completely cut u off when u inquire on wtf is going on, budget, timeline, products etc. This company walked away with $11,000+ out of the $17,000 they've managed to squeeze out of my insurance claim and left me with very poor quality installed cabinets. Phase 2 of this project was not completed but they demanded I pay them out w/ threats of filing a Mechanics Lien & judgement through Small Claims court. I paid them off to get rid of them, however if we went to court I KNOW I would have won & kept the extra $3800 pymt for "labor" they were demanding based off of their fictitious invoice that included a $3000 mark up. I figured I'd let Karma do the work for me bc I don't have time for this BS. However, I do have time to post on EVERY military forum to ensure NO other Military family goes through what we experienced w/ this shady, unethical, unprofessional, insurance scamming company operating in the Temecula/Hemet/Murrieta & San Diego areas. Here are photos of what $11,000+ gets you if you hire this company. Fast forward to Dec. I hired an honest company via referral from work- & they came in & made all the necessary corrections & modifications to give me a beautiful kitchen, quartz countertops, & hardwood flooring throughout my home- all while staying within budget of the remaining funds I had leftover after being screwed over & left without a kitchen for nearly 6 months. This new honest company completed the job in 1 WEEK, & even was nice enough to haul the debris (my old kitchen) that United Drying/United Builders dba Paradigm Construction left behind in my backyard. read more

Our experience was not as expected. Our plumber recommended them for a toilet overflow in a rental property. Our tenant was distraught. David called our tenant, Christian went out to meet her and calmed her down and within a few minutes David explained the process. A team came out to our property within an hour and began cleaning up the mess. I didn't understand the process and became wary of the company when I read a few reviews which seemed very bad. I asked Shannon about the situation and after hearing her side to the story, I feel horrible for what this company deals with. After a few days my house was dry, an adjuster came out I was finished with United Drying. Turns out it takes them months to be paid by my insurance for the work they did. I felt bad for them and even had to meet them at the bank since the insurance makes it difficult on everyone. The insurance sent me the money and I live out of state. A two party check had to be endorsed in person. Not easy process but I don't take it out on them since they had to wait months to be paid. The technicians who helped clean up my house and dry everything were very polite. Cool guys to work with and the office staff was always helpful even when fighting my insurance to send a payment out. I'm just happy they did everything they said they would and my rental is cleaned up. We had a fire inside a garage wall that backed up to the entry way, laundry room, and a spiral staircase. To say it was a tricky repair puts it mildly! I called my trusted insurance agent, who immediately recommended calling David at United Drying. She shared that she's worked on numerous projects with him and that he is always very fair, honest and knowledgeable. We are underway with the repairs and every encounter with United Drying has been very positive. From the drying, air scrubbing, encapsulation, and now to the repair and replacement work, every step has been pleasant, easy, and thorough. Every person we've worked with has been polite, professional, knowledgeable, and concerned about our home and family. They are fantastic at communicating when they are coming and what they will be doing. Another thing that really impressed me is that Corey came to meet with the insurance field adjuster with me. The insurance adjuster was very impressed with Corey being there to discuss options with our repairs. I have to say that it gave me great peace of mind to see United Drying's representative working alongside the insurance adjuster. Any questions or concerns were able to be discussed and a great plan was mutually developed. In August of this year, my husband noticed a large amount of sewage pooling on the side of our house. A tree root in out front yard grew into our sewage line creating a blockage with then caused the sewage to back up. The sewage then spilled into the crawl space under our house. We had to first have the sewage removed, then have the space under our house dried, then have six inches of soil under the house turned and chemically treated to prevent any mold from growing. Long story short, our homeowners insurance refused to cover any of the costs and refused to respond to communications from United Drying. This is where United Dryings David Anderson came in to fix the issue. He stayed in contact with me while contacting our claim adjusters supervisor. He worked incredibly hard to make it clear to our insurance company that the damage and cost of repairs to our home was covered by our insurance. He continued to go back and forth with our insurance for two months. TWO MONTHS!! I was finally contacted by my insurance and they have issued me a refund of $2,548.69!! I could not have been able to convince them on my own. If it weren't for Davids persistence, I would not have received the refund. Strange how a business has one negative comment (from a sub-employee) and gets an overall 1 star. You appear to be an employee of sort; this Yelp site is for customers to post how well the restoration job was performed. It's not Monster or an employment agency. This could potentially drive some other potential clients/people to feel the sky is falling. I have done business with A to Z Flooding and felt very satisfied with their performance and gracious mannerisms. Let's face some simple human facts here, not all personalities mesh well with one another. This company works well with others and is commented to performing at or above expectations. In order to get a full mathematical breakdown for an organization one must realize that only negative comments or emotions drive a person to provide feedback. The happy customers just sit back and enjoy their renovated and restore homes with a smile on their faces. A to Z flooding manages plenty of jobs with positive handshakes and smiles; they apparently do not post to Yelp. Give this company a break, please. read more

Today I posted a review on United drying that was incorrect my apologies to the company I thought they did the demolition to my house removing the tub the concrete and the plaster that caused the damage to my house I'm so sorry I did not mean any thing against your company I was misinformed thinking that you were the people that did this and I'm so sorry this is a very good company they were very quick and coming out putting equipment under my house and taking care of the mold and mildew thank you I'm so sorry I would highly recommend this company to anybody that has water damage from a broken pipe or mildew removal they were very courteous kind and professional I have one problem with their work though was some damage left to the house after they left hardwood floors front door and wall down the stairs but other than that fantastic company did everything they promised I'm happy with the outcome except for that read more

I am so glad we called David and his team to help us! We came home to 4 inches of standing water in our apartment and water shooting out of a bathroom wall. They were at our house in less than an hour and got to work right away! They made sure we had somewhere to go and really kept us at ease wit the whole process. We ended up having to have our apartment completely gutted and remodeled and his team was amazing. They are very sufficient and hardworking and along with Corey and his team doing the repairs, this whole situation was a lot less stressful than I had initially expected. You can tell that these guys really care about the satisfaction of the customer. Our home isn't just free of water, it also looks like a brand new place and we are so grateful for them to have helped us. I have been in the industry for 15 years and have never asked anyone to write reviews. Our company has completed over 2000 claims and projects in the past 10 years. Recently, we started going back to our previous customers and requesting that they write us positive reviews based off of their experiences with us while we were providing services to them and their homes. I have been working on this part time for the past week and have been able to get 7 positive reviews, but all were removed. I have been taking photos of all of these reviews to support and document what is going on with Yelp. I have refused to pay for Yelp for advertising and this is their tactic to punish our company. Worst company ever!! 2/2021 my house flooded and this guy was recommend to me by plumming company worst mistake ever! David the owner is rude and don't give a care about your stuff period. They had to drop my 75 in the and broke it, but when I brought to David the owner attention, he tells me that I said if they broke something or damaged someone my stuff its ok they don't have to pay for it. My elderly father was very very happy with this company! He had a slab leak coming from a leaky pipe and United Drying came out the same day to dry his home ! They are well organized! My father and I appreciated the fact that not only did they wear masks the entire time but also covered their shoes in plastic to prevent our home from being contaminated with outside dirt ! They make sure to come the day after to follow up! Diego and Juan were professional and explained the drying process very well! I had a flood in my home in March 2020 before Covid. The plumber I had come out to my home recommended United Drying to assess the damage and begin remediation. I called them the next morning and they came out immediately and got things going. To say that I had a difficult time with my insurance agent is an understatement- it took 6 months for them to agree to the claim. I had asked United Drying to get involved with my insurance company as they have other connections with them and I am sure United Dryings involvement helped with the resolution. I had a hot water pipe leak in my concrete slab, with water flooding my living room and dining room. My plumber recommended United Drying. Anyone who has been in this situation understands how vulnerable this can make you feel. Not only was David's team professional and efficient, but David himself was personally involved and immediately eliminated all anxiety. On the weekend of my niece's wedding we discovered a leaky pipe behind a wall in our kitchen that had started flooding the kitchen and dining room floor. United Drying was quick to respond and stopped the water from spreading further and doing more damage. They were very thorough, especially when they discovered some mold behind one of the damaged kitchen cabinets. They were able to take care of all of the damage in very quick order. I was able to participate in all the festivities of my niece's wedding because I knew that my condo was in the capable hands of the staff of United Drying. Trust the bad reviews, they are 100% true. The owner is known to write his own reviews, so any 5-star reviews are most likely written by the owner. This company is the biggest fraud in town. Do not let them in your home. They will destroy it in order to get the highest payout from your insurance company. Call your plumber first and have the leak repaired, then assess whether full-blown restoration is even necessary. These people will use their silly moisture guns and tear out walls everywhere. We're in Southern California! Use common sense as to whether the area will dry out on its own. These crooks need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent. read more

just to let everyone know the tables have turned. United drying has been disassociated with its Contractor State license Board License! This review has been a long time in the making. I have seen this company rise and fall, to which none of it was good. I worked for these hoseheads when Covid happened and quickly left after a few months. so many aspects of this company is negligent and foul. respectively the comments are all true, they had some good but mostly all bad. United Drying provided great water mitigation services when we had water damage from a pipe leaking in our wall. Christian arrived immediately on a Saturday when contacted by our plumber and installed a de-humidifier to begin the process. He returned on Monday with another de-humidifier, and checked in daily on the drying progress. The owner, David, was also in touch and provided more details of his company and the services they would be providing, which was extremely helpful and put me at ease. Recently woke up to a flood in several rooms of my house. I was recommended to United Drying and I have to say that David and his crew were great in their response. They helped me with all the necessary cleanup, dry up process, decontamination, removal of damaged carpeting, walls, etc. Having never been thru this process before I was at a loss and they walked me thru every step of the procedure and took care of everything. I had a pipe burst in our downstairs bathroom. I called United Drying on the recommendation of my son who has used them previously. They responded right away. They took great care of my home and of me. They explained everything they were doing step by step and explained the insurance process and payments. The crew that came to do the work worked quickly, efficiently and neatly. They were friendly and helpful. We had heavy rains and our roof sprung a leak. Water filled our ceiling, walls and flooring. We called United Drying and they jumped on the remediation. They were extremely professional and very detailed oriented to make sure everything was done right, including bringing in the right people to remove and replace drywall. When they were done the room looked like nothing had ever happened. They were also VERY easy to work with and took care of so much of the interaction with the insurance company. United drying LLC came out to our home due to our vinyl flooring lifting. David sent one of his workers and there was no leak showing up on his scanner. David personally came to check it out himself. After lifting the floor and digging around he found water damage. He also helped us find a plumber to detect where the leak was coming from. He took the time to really explain what may be causing the leak. He detailed what would be needed to fix the issue if it were to be that problem. I just want to keep them all to myself! It's only a matter of time before people recognize the skills and affordability, he will be so busy with work so book him while you can! Finding a contractor at his level for the cost he does is nearly impossible. From communication, transparency, timing, and cost, the local companies are honestly incomparable to Joseph. He told me in the beginning, "You will be glad you had us doing your job, you're in good hands". At the time I thought he sounded like most contractors but it wasn't until he was providing results above any other contractor that I've met with. Here are some specifics. I had an upstairs bathroom angle stop leak behind a wall behind a toilet that flooded the bathroom, master bedroom, down into the kitchen ceiling through the vents in our Menifee house. I hired a different mitigation company in the local area who had a ton of reviews and good ratings, and it was such a headache/mess I was not going to hire them to do the reconstruction. They quoted us $25k for recon, Joseph and his team did it for half that cost AND we were able to upgrade materials! The other company seemed great at first, but problems with the work, then problems with insurance approval, then problems with going over budget, it was definitely not a seamless process. It ended up costing us a lot of of pocket. It was upsetting at first but if that's what we had to go through to meet Joseph then it was all worth it. I found No Limit Restoration online and since there is not a huge online presence, I was skeptical. Turns out they run almost all through word of mouth! I ran probably about 4-5 other quotes from competitors in the area. All of which were similar cost but reusing old materials. Joseph's rates was very affordable, he was able to stay in budget, recommended affordable aesthetically pleasing upgrades while only charging cost of material! If you are a military family, or an out of state investor, or a homeowner on a budget, or just someone that needs work done without having to waste thousands on finding the right contractor, Joseph and No Limit Restoration is your guy. I have looked up their business, their website, the business license to make sure they are current, and insured. I even called their insurance provided and verified their policy number to make sure they are active and covered. I am honestly mad it took me this long to find him. This is not a paid ad, this is simply a very very happy customer. Joseph and No Limit Restoration is the absolute best and they have me as a forever client. Thank you!!

I am not getting rent "again" on this 2nd attached unit, and needless to say, my property manager and I are very angry. The 1st unit took about 5 months of testing, remediation and restoration. All went as expected until SERVPRO began their restoration. Had to call and have them come back a few times to complete work as required. Then, they started the 2nd unit in January, and after all testing for asbestos, they began pulling out the wall to wall master bath sink and broke the mirrors that were beautiful wrap-around mirrors. They replaced drywall behind the sinks and put the cabinets back "that now angle toward the back of the sink" not straight, and never put any backsplash on sinks. Took shower doors outside but still have never brought them back. Replaced all mirrors with 2 small black rimmed mirrors.. and now, moisture that was under the tiles since last year are smelling and appear to be moldy - Tenant says they stink and will continue not paying rent until he can use his only bathroom again.

Blake assured me the technician was highly skilled. Fortunately for me, I was in town and was able to see the poor work the technician did. The dehumidification equipment was set up inappropriately. The wet wood would have taken several more days (and several $100s more charged by 911 Restorations) to dry. The antifungal treatment was piss-poor. The tech literally did a few squirts of thyme oil, and he didn't even get the wet and dark areas, where the mold would be more likely to grow. Overall, very disappointed in the technician's skills and pissed off at myself for falling for Blake's charming nature. He is not honest. Beware.
