Homeowners beware***Stay far away from this company***They operate under United Drying LLC, United Building Services, Inc. & National Restorations LLC & Paradigm Construction License #1058378 (it appears they keep changing their business name). We had a small leak in our kitchen due to dishwasher, we filed an insurance claim & hired this company as a referral from Big B Plumbing. They came in and gutted my kitchen in June- fast forward to late Nov & I still had no operating kitchen, by early Nov they only semi-installed cabinets with poor POOR craftsmanship. Then when I decided to cancel them due to realizing they're scamming my insurance at my expense, they try to stick their "big dog" cocky & disrespectful owner named David A. to yell at me & my Boss over the phone using "contract" threat tactics etc. & speak down to me like Im stupid for going w/ another company to finish the job. MILITARY Families please be careful! Their "contract" w/ no start/end date(s) only protects them allowing them to do whatever they want, whenever they want. This company is only interested in scamming your insurance for as much money as they can get, & then turns around & does the bare minimum work needed to string along the homeowner having YOU believe that it's your "incompetent" Insurance Adjuster that's holding up the project. Meanwhile, they continue to submit supplements to your insurance MONTHS later without your consent/approval, & they completely cut u off when u inquire on wtf is going on, budget, timeline, products etc. This company walked away with $11,000+ out of the $17,000 they've managed to squeeze out of my insurance claim and left me with very poor quality installed cabinets. Phase 2 of this project was not completed but they demanded I pay them out w/ threats of filing a Mechanics Lien & judgement through Small Claims court. I paid them off to get rid of them, however if we went to court I KNOW I would have won & kept the extra $3800 pymt for "labor" they were demanding based off of their fictitious invoice that included a $3000 mark up. I figured I'd let Karma do the work for me bc I don't have time for this BS. However, I do have time to post on EVERY military forum to ensure NO other Military family goes through what we experienced w/ this shady, unethical, unprofessional, insurance scamming company operating in the Temecula/Hemet/Murrieta & San Diego areas. Here are photos of what $11,000+ gets you if you hire this company. Fast forward to Dec. I hired an honest company via referral from work- & they came in & made all the necessary corrections & modifications to give me a beautiful kitchen, quartz countertops, & hardwood flooring throughout my home- all while staying within budget of the remaining funds I had leftover after being screwed over & left without a kitchen for nearly 6 months. This new honest company completed the job in 1 WEEK, & even was nice enough to haul the debris (my old kitchen) that United Drying/United Builders dba Paradigm Construction left behind in my backyard. read more

Our experience was not as expected. Our plumber recommended them for a toilet overflow in a rental property. Our tenant was distraught. David called our tenant, Christian went out to meet her and calmed her down and within a few minutes David explained the process. A team came out to our property within an hour and began cleaning up the mess. I didn't understand the process and became wary of the company when I read a few reviews which seemed very bad. I asked Shannon about the situation and after hearing her side to the story, I feel horrible for what this company deals with. After a few days my house was dry, an adjuster came out I was finished with United Drying. Turns out it takes them months to be paid by my insurance for the work they did. I felt bad for them and even had to meet them at the bank since the insurance makes it difficult on everyone. The insurance sent me the money and I live out of state. A two party check had to be endorsed in person. Not easy process but I don't take it out on them since they had to wait months to be paid. The technicians who helped clean up my house and dry everything were very polite. Cool guys to work with and the office staff was always helpful even when fighting my insurance to send a payment out. I'm just happy they did everything they said they would and my rental is cleaned up. Now I'm just having to wait for the insurance to send repair money so I can hire a repair company to rebuild what was destroyed by toilet water. Thanks United Drying for all your help read more

We had a fire inside a garage wall that backed up to the entry way, laundry room, and a spiral staircase. To say it was a tricky repair puts it mildly! I called my trusted insurance agent, who immediately recommended calling David at United Drying. She shared that she's worked on numerous projects with him and that he is always very fair, honest and knowledgeable. We are underway with the repairs and every encounter with United Drying has been very positive. From the drying, air scrubbing, encapsulation, and now to the repair and replacement work, every step has been pleasant, easy, and thorough. Every person we've worked with has been polite, professional, knowledgeable, and concerned about our home and family. They are fantastic at communicating when they are coming and what they will be doing. Another thing that really impressed me is that Corey came to meet with the insurance field adjuster with me. The insurance adjuster was very impressed with Corey being there to discuss options with our repairs. I have to say that it gave me great peace of mind to see United Drying's representative working alongside the insurance adjuster. Any questions or concerns were able to be discussed and a great plan was mutually developed. I am extremely satisfied with United Drying's work on my home, and feel like they are a part of our family! In August of this year, my husband noticed a large amount of sewage pooling on the side of our house. A tree root in out front yard grew into our sewage line creating a blockage with then caused the sewage to back up. The sewage then spilled into the crawl space under our house. We had to first have the sewage removed, then have the space under our house dried, then have six inches of soil under the house turned and chemically treated to prevent any mold from growing. Long story short, our homeowners insurance refused to cover any of the costs and refused to respond to communications from United Drying. This is where United Dryings David Anderson came in to fix the issue. He stayed in contact with me while contacting our claim adjusters supervisor. He worked incredibly hard to make it clear to our insurance company that the damage and cost of repairs to our home was covered by our insurance. He continued to go back and forth with our insurance for two months. TWO MONTHS!! I was finally contacted by my insurance and they have issued me a refund of $2,548.69!! I could not have been able to convince them on my own. If it weren't for Davids persistence, I would not have received the refund. Strange how a business has one negative comment (from a sub-employee) and gets an overall 1 star. You appear to be an employee of sort; this Yelp site is for customers to post how well the restoration job was performed. It's not Monster or an employment agency. This could potentially drive some other potential clients/people to feel the sky is falling. I have done business with A to Z Flooding and felt very satisfied with their performance and gracious mannerisms. Let's face some simple human facts here, not all personalities mesh well with one another. This company works well with others and is commented to performing at or above expectations. In order to get a full mathematical breakdown for an organization one must realize that only negative comments or emotions drive a person to provide feedback. The happy customers just sit back and enjoy their renovated and restore homes with a smile on their faces. I am so glad we called David and his team to help us! We came home to 4 inches of standing water in our apartment and water shooting out of a bathroom wall. They were at our house in less than an hour and got to work right away! They made sure we had somewhere to go and really kept us at ease wit the whole process. We ended up having to have our apartment completely gutted and remodeled and his team was amazing. They are very sufficient and hardworking and along with Corey and his team doing the repairs, this whole situation was a lot less stressful than I had initially expected. I have been in the industry for 15 years and have never asked anyone to write reviews. Our company has completed over 2000 claims and projects in the past 10 years. Recently, we started going back to our previous customers and requesting that they write us positive reviews based off of their experiences with us while we were providing services to them and their homes. I have been working on this part time for the past week and have been able to get 7 positive reviews, but all were removed. I have been taking photos of all of these reviews to support and document what is going on with Yelp. I have refused to pay for Yelp for advertising and this is their tactic to punish our company. Worst company ever!! 2/2021 my house flooded and this guy was recommend to me by plumming company worst mistake ever! David the owner is rude and don't give a care about your stuff period. They had to drop my 75 in the and broke it, but when I brought to David the owner attention, he tells me that I said if they broke something or damaged someone my stuff its ok they don't have to pay for it. My elderly father was very very happy with this company! He had a slab leak coming from a leaky pipe and United Drying came out the same day to dry his home ! They are well organized! My father and I appreciated the fact that not only did they wear masks the entire time but also covered their shoes in plastic to prevent our home from being contaminated with outside dirt ! They make sure to come the day after to follow up! Diego and Juan were professional and explained the drying process very well! I had a flood in my home in March 2020 before Covid. The plumber I had come out to my home recommended United Drying to assess the damage and begin remediation. I called them the next morning and they came out immediately and got things going. To say that I had a difficult time with my insurance agent is an understatement- it took 6 months for them to agree to the claim. On the weekend of my niece's wedding we discovered a leaky pipe behind a wall in our kitchen that had started flooding the kitchen and dining room floor. United Drying was quick to respond and stopped the water from spreading further and doing more damage. They were very thorough, especially when they discovered some mold behind one of the damaged kitchen cabinets. They were able to take care of all of the damage in very quick order. I was able to participate in all the festivities of my niece's wedding because I knew that my condo was in the capable hands of the staff of United Drying. Trust the bad reviews, they are 100% true. The owner is known to write his own reviews, so any 5-star reviews are most likely written by the owner. This company is the biggest fraud in town. Do not let them in your home. They will destroy it in order to get the highest payout from your insurance company. Call your plumber first and have the leak repaired, then assess whether full-blown restoration is even necessary. These people will use their silly moisture guns and tear out walls everywhere. I have seen this company rise and fall, to which none of it was good. Recently woke up to a flood in several rooms of my house. I was recommended to United Drying and I have to say that David and his crew were great in their response. They helped me with all the necessary cleanup, dry up process, decontamination, removal of damaged carpeting, walls, etc. Having never been thru this process before I was at a loss and they walked me thru every step of the procedure and took care of everything. United Drying provided great water mitigation services when we had water damage from a pipe leaking in our wall. Christian arrived immediately on a Saturday when contacted by our plumber and installed a de-humidifier to begin the process. He returned on Monday with another de-humidifier, and checked in daily on the drying progress. The owner, David, was also in touch and provided more details of his company and the services they would be providing, which was extremely helpful and put me at ease. We had heavy rains and our roof sprung a leak. Water filled our ceiling, walls and flooring. We called United Drying and they jumped on the remediation. They were extremely professional and very detailed oriented to make sure everything was done right, including bringing in the right people to remove and replace drywall.
