When the technician came out stated he didn't have working equipment to do my chairs and would have return at another time to do them. He proceeded to clean the carpet. A horrendous job was done ( see attached pictures). I called the company told them the situation and they sent the same technician out to correct the situation only it didn't! In the meantime another technician was sent out to clean the chairs . He saturated the chairs with water chairs not clean, he tore one of the chairs. Again I called the company and they state they are sending that technician back out to correct the situation only. This appointment was supposed to happen this past Saturday! No call ! No show! I've attempted to reach the regional manager listed only to be placed on hold or someone will get back with me as told by a Kathy who answered the phone, a Caroline is the person who has yet to call me back! Since I live on the Southside, I was happy to find a cleaning service willing to brave the traffic to get to me. CEO Maids was great about not making an issue about my location. A month ago, there was a problem with their scheduling system and my cleaning crew didn't show up at all. We cleared up that problem recently. Also, cleaning crews would routinely show up late. Their website is generally easy to use--except you don't have the capacity to change the date of an upcoming cleaning appointment there. You have to call in to do that, and their phone number is a bit hard to find on the website.
