We chose the moving out cleaning because I am currently unable to due any serious cleaning due to a herniated disc in my back. We had a 1560 Sq ft 3bd 2ba apartment and Phoebe did an amazing job! The bedrooms were spotless, the bathrooms were sparkling, the fridge was super clean, and the stove (especially the oven) just like new. Phoebe even cleaned the doors along with the window sills too. I would recommend them especially for their price too. Definitely would love to use The Chore Experts again (if they can service where we moved to). I am glad I found them!

Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc. The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.

They even faced my shampoo bottles on the shower so that they were organized by size. Who does that? Thanks, House Elves!!

Almost two years ago, I had hired this company to clean a 1200sq ft condo for move in since I was…read more7months pregnant at the time and couldn't do so myself. Nesa was quick to respond to my inquired until I provided the deposit. Once the deposit was made, I would drive to the house and wait only to find out that no one was coming. The first time, I was told that due to unforeseen circumstances that the workers would be there in a few hours (already 2hours late) or we can reschedule to another day. Given the fact that things happen, I decided to reschedule. A couple of days later, I drove back to the house to let the workers in and it wasn't until two hours later that I'm told they are running behind. Due to poor communication and management I cancelled my request. Nesa messaged me and said that she refunded me the money and that I would receive the refund in 5-7days. I didn't get it until 2months later after I called my credit card company and disputed the transaction. I feel like a company should contact you with any issues and not the other way around. Poor management

I hired Maiden Atlanta for a $223 common area clean for my Airbnb, and the experience was…read moreincredibly unprofessional. First, the cleaners didn't bring their own supplies and used up a tenant's entire bottle of Dawn dish soap--and the owner actually got upset when the tenant asked for it to be replaced. Before the job started, I asked the owner how much the oven would cost. She quoted me $25. I asked if the refrigerator was included, and she said yes, so I asked if we could swap them and just do the oven instead of the fridge. She told me the fridge was already done. She then admitted she forgot to tell her employees to clean the oven that day, so she said they would come back the next day--but changed the price to $30. I sent the $30 anyway just to get it done, but they completely ghosted me and never showed up. Taking extra money for a mistake she admitted to, and then failing to show up, is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, they did such a horrible job that we were forced to have the movers just put everything in the garage so we could spend the first 4 hours in our new home cleaning everything that they failed to do. I am extremely disappointed. They did so some stuff, like the bathrooms and inside the fridge and oven was very clean. But i would estimate only did about 50% of the work was finished. Each visit things were overlooked. For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked.
