It's supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed.

After leaving, I stopped at a gas station and inspected the truck more closely. I immediately noticed fresh scratches on the plastic trim at the top of the dashboard above the steering wheel. This is a very tight area to clean, and based on where the scratches are located, it appears something such as a bracelet, metal bangle, or contaminated cleaning cloth may have rubbed against the plastic while the dashboard or windshield area was being wiped. My truck is new, with protective plastic still remaining on some interior panels, and I am extremely meticulous about the condition of my vehicles. I am confident these marks were not there before the cleaning. I returned and spoke with the manager/owner expecting the situation to at least be taken seriously. Instead, he immediately denied that his staff could have caused the damage, argued that the scratches must have already been there, and ultimately walked away without offering any solution or taking responsibility. Mistakes can happen when detailing vehicles. What bothered me most was how the situation was handled afterward. If a customer is bringing forward damage immediately after receiving a service, I would expect the concern to be properly inspected and handled professionally rather than simply dismissed. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with a high-end or newer vehicle. If damage occurs, my experience suggests you may have a difficult time getting management to acknowledge or address it.

Today, this was my experience: 1. The owner reprimanded me for picking up my car 20 minutes later than what his employee had told me. I have been going here for a long time and it was never an issue before, in fact I've had to wait extra time and that is why I took some time. Also, the owner of the car wash is also the owner of the other business on the premises, which shares the parking lot, so I'm not sure why he was freaking out. Also, I was the only customer at the car wash, so again, not sure why he made such a big stink out of this. 2. When I drove my car, I noticed that it was filthy in between the seats. And the trunk. So, while he had been complaining that I had taken too long to retrieve my vehicle, I had been right to wait. Instead of trying to unload my car quickly, he should have checked that it had been cleaned properly. I went back and told him this and he was argumentative. 3. I began to drive away again only to notice that yet again, the car remained dirty, as if no one had bothered to vacuum it. I mentioned to him again that if he hadn't been in such a hurry, perhaps he could've done a better job--the job I paid him for. The owner was beyond rude. He didn't offer any apology. He was so upset over waiting a few extra minutes, but because of his incompetence, I ended up wasting much more than that. Never again. This place sucks and the owner is rude. The owner will tell you that this is the best place in Toronto, but if you look at the other reviews, you'll see that there are a lot of people who can disprove this statement. The owner assured me of how great their reputation is, but they did a TERRIBLE ROOKIE JOB. Chipped the clearcoat off my car (a huge piece), left wax all over the car, and did not to any real 'detailing'. Owner said because my car was repainted improperly in the past, their cleaning took off the clearcoat. They should have known better. I've been washing it for 3 years and there was never a problem. They said that the left over wax was 'normal' and exposes itself. I took it to the dealership and they laughed and said they would never accept a car that was that poorly detailed. Outside of paying for the detail, it cost me $400 to repaint. The owner said he would give me my money back because he has an outstanding 'reputation' and doesn't need the money. When I came to pick it up, he would only give me 1/2 ! He went back on his word. That really upset, outside of his rudeness and inability to be accountable and accept responsibility. He did try to compensate me by offering to do the service on the following Monday with complimentary pick up and drop off service. I had to email him 3 times on fri, sat and sun and finally decide to call him on sun to confirm. He did confirm the appointment via phone. He came on time as expected at 11 am and was able to get the car back to me at around 2pm. My husband was happy with the service as the car was very dirty and had a lot of salt build up. Had a tough tan interior with soiled carpets and worn down leather on a 12 year old car. The team did a deep clean to get as much of the dirt out of the carpet as possible. After the car was done, the cigarette smells were nearly gone and the leather was almost as soft as new. Grease stains, dirt, salt from carpet was almost all taken out (as best as could be i was told). Reasonable pricing, accommodating staff, and neat waiting area.

The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.

When I arrived for my first-ever detailing appointment, the owner immediately demanded cash, something I did not expect or prepare for, and then quoted a 4-5 hour wait, despite the website advertising only 2 hours. When I asked for clarification and needed a moment to check if I had the cash available and could take the extra time off work, he became dismissive, visibly irritated, and told me to leave the lot!! It all happened very quickly and I was very confused. He didn't even offer to reschedule -- he just wanted me gone, which made it very clear: if you aren't an existing customer or look like you leave big tips, then he does not want your business.
