I did not plan to have my car detailed but saw the signs in the Green P for "car wash" and stopped to ask if they could clean the inside of my car while I was at court for the afternoon. Took my car here for a hand wash while I had an appointment in the area. They did a really good job, friendly personnel, and I drove away satisfied overall. If you do pick up your car after they close, they leave your key at the parking office at the north entrance. I would be comfortable bringing my car back. read more

I have been a customer of KA Car Care for over twenty years for both my and my wife's car. The job they do is second to none (and I have gone to others). Their professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and work ethic is excellent. Recognizing the prices stated are standard there have been a number of occasions where the pricing has been increased. This has been the result of things outlined as examples on the website i.e. dog hair, tree sap, and also of course when it needs extra work done to restore (not only clean) the interior and/or exterior professionally and expertly from spills, stains, etc. Recognizing such instances take extra time to achieve the desired result of exterior/interior protection and cleanliness I understand the increases - which have never been excessive relative to state of the vehicle - and they have never bothered me. In fact it has induced me to utilize the services more regularly so the vehicles do not fall into a distressed state. read more

Decent pricing, good customer service (at times a tad pushy), and very good work done. I needed the interior of my vehicle vacuumed and the rubber mats rinsed. They quote they gave me was reasonable ($40 I believe, conditional on how dirty the interior was), which also included an exterior wash. They ended up charging me an extra $20 as my vehicle's interior was quite dirty, and they had me prepay. Also, I had to pay for parking as they are located in a parking lot, which wasn't ideal. They were also trying to convince me to get my car shampood instead, which I didn't feel was necessary (and insisted a number of times). They did a pretty decent job at cleaning my vehicle, considering they are located in a fairly dark garage. They put all of my stuff from my trunk in a huge garbage bag, and cleaned the trunk as well. All-in-all, I had a pretty good experience if you exclude the fact that I had to pay the parking lot they're located in (no validated parking) as well as the fact that they were pretty pushy in attempt to convince me to get my vehicle shampood. I'd likely return to this venue again, keeping in-mind the extra cost for the parking lot. read more

Got the silver package detailing for my mom's car, and was very satisfied with the results and the service. My mom's car was a mess, and when they were done with it, it was 100x better. Valuewise I don't think it can be beat. If you message them on Yelp, or email them, they are quick to respond to any questions you have. The owner and employees were all very friendly as well. Things to note: 1. it is in a green P, so you'll have to pay for parking. but even after tax, and tip, it's still a great price for an interior and exterior wash. 2. They run the heat in your car to dry the inside faster. So, make sure your heat works, and that you aren't low on gas. read more

I'm updating my review of KA Car Care. The owner contacted me and offered to re-detail my car for free. I'm impressed that the owner took the time to actually listen to my concerns and make things right. A+ customer service right there. Not many businesses would ever do something like that. The car looks great now and I am very happy. He also listened to the problems I had and said that he would talk to his staff. The problems I had with the original service was that staff never contacted me to pick up my car, that the detailing itself wasn't up to par and that staff were not very professional when I was talking to them (they were laughing and joking around which is okay but not when dealing with a customer). When I called and asked about their location as well, they never told me they were in the Green P parking, so I didn't know I had to pay for parking until I actually arrived. That would have been good info to know and to tell all customers so they can anticipate the extra cost (especially because I don't park at the building for work, i just live in the neighbourhood). Again, really impressed that the owner himself talked to me and has taken all the steps to make sure the problems I had won't happen to others. I'm certain of this because it is very obvious from talking to this owner that he really, really cares about his business and that he actually goes out of his way to make sure people are happy! read more

Excellent experience here. Car, bronze package, $45 for interior and exterior. Customer service was fantastic, took about 1h15m. Staff was incredibly friendly. I must have waited 5m when I came to pick it up and the staff constantly reassured me it would be ready asap, though I wasn't in any rush at all. They remembered my name and put the extra effort into customer service. They are located basement floor of Green Parking. I paid $6.50 for parking so be prepared for that. Quality work for reasonable price. Would recommend / would return. read more

Paid $150 for interior detailing and exterior wash. I was kinda surprised coz the guy told me it will be done in one hour. What a 'detail'job they did. I can literally see all those dust in the gaps. Honestly, I don't see what did I spend $150 on. It's even worse than a normal in and out car wash. read more

Not impressed. Two hours and $125 later, I am returned my moderately clean automobile that still has stains on the seats, mud in the wheel wells, and soapy water all over the inside of the back windshied. Their attention to detail is lacking to say the least. read more

I started using this car wash last fall after another nearby car wash (also on the P3 level in a parking garage at Bay/Bloor) damaged my car and denied responsibility. What a pleasant surprise - staff are professional and friendly and they do a fantastic job. As noted in another review, I also noticed they really paid attention to details, getting brake dust on my wheels that the other car wash regularly missed. Yes, you do have to pay for parking at the greenp but if you're in the area anyway, it's not a big deal as it's the least expensive garage in Yorkville. The team here at KA Car Care provide the best service and car wash for the money. Unlike other car washes in the city, I can drive out into sunshine and not see spots on my windshield or side view mirrors. No matter how grungy my car is from the salt/snow/slush outside, it comes back out sparkling clean. They are very conscientious, careful, and meticulous in their cleaning, even with the regular washes. They even change out my winter for summer floormats without asking when the seasons change! I parked my car under a tree and left the sun roof open overnight. Unfortunately, it rained all night and I found my car completely drowned the next day -- soggy rain soaked carpet and wet sappy leaves all over the outside and interior of my car. After I mopped up the puddles, I brought my car into KA Car Care and purchased their bronze package ($110). This was the best $100 I ever spent. My car looks completely new! It actually looks shinier than when I first bought my car. The exterior was shiny, spotless and all the leaves were gone. The interior leather was re-conditioned, carpet shampooed, leaves vacuumed, and all the litter in my car was removed. I have never seen the cream carpet that clean before. I will definitely bring my car back at least once a year to get this done again. Thank you for saving my drowned car. read more

I went there for car wash today. I left two van cleef & arpels bracelets in the ashtray of my car (clearly remembered), and when I come back there was only one in there. Then I went back and ask them, they were like "I only see one in there and I put everything in the zip lock, we've got lots of rich customers, we always found stack of cash under seats. If they gonna steal why don't they steal both?" Things like that. Two bracelets is never separated, it's my problem that I should not left valuable things in my car, but I didn't expect this, I didn't say you were stealing but at least you should try your best to help me find things. They didn't help me ask their staffs and the "manager" can't speak for everybody. He told me like that's all we can tell you, there is nothing we can do. So disappointed, and thanks for teaching me a lesson. read more

had my car detailed at bedford, shampooed and hand washed, great pricing and very professional, cleaned under the seats, my trunk, removed the leaves under my hood and even cleaned the door trims along with the wheel wells and my rims, they even removed some of the scratches i had on the car, took about 2 hours but an incredible job done inside and out, car looks like new, even removed stains on my seat, i took the gold package, a little more expensive but well worth the price, highly recommand this place, clean and friendly place, will be going back in a couple of weeks to get a full wax done for the winter, like i always say a clean car is a happy car, thumbs up for this place, Noel Farrell read more

Everyone here has always gone the extra mile in service. Always done a bit more than necessary. Last week I lost an expensive earring. Before I notified my insurance company I thought I'd have the interior of my car cleaned, just in case it had fallen under a seat. I asked the manager to ask his guys to keep an eye out for it. When I returned, everyone had huge smiles on their faces. One of the men had found my earring! Such a tiny piece of jewellery could certainly have been slipped into a pocket and not been reported.
