I had been coming to this place for over 10 years and unfortunately the customer service has drastically changed. I called asking if I could come in, they said they're fully booked. I said do you have anything available for this week and it was almost as if I was insulting him to ask that. Then I simply asked a clarification question and his response "I just told you that". Nice one bro. The worst part of it is they only book appointments one to two days in advance... I mean what kind of a business does that? The reasoning, we've had too many people not show up when they booked in advance... So instead they rely on the customer to continually call to book an appointment. Because my only job in life is to chase you around so I can give you my money right. *Note: I called on Monday to book for Thursday... Either book appointments or don't...and maybe figure out a better booking system, consider a credit card number to hold the spot. Enjoy the success while you can my friend, I hope it lasts.

This business caters exclusively to downtown elites and wealthy regulars who tip big and drive luxury vehicles. If you're not one of them, or drive a modest car, expect to be treated with open contempt and hostility before having your appointment denied. When I arrived for my first-ever detailing appointment, the owner immediately demanded cash, something I did not expect or prepare for, and then quoted a 4-5 hour wait, despite the website advertising only 2 hours. When I asked for clarification and needed a moment to check if I had the cash available and could take the extra time off work, he became dismissive, visibly irritated, and told me to leave the lot!! It all happened very quickly and I was very confused. He didn't even offer to reschedule -- he just wanted me gone, which made it very clear: if you aren't an existing customer or look like you leave big tips, then he does not want your business. Had a tough tan interior with soiled carpets and worn down leather on a 12 year old car. The team did a deep clean to get as much of the dirt out of the carpet as possible. After the car was done, the cigarette smells were nearly gone and the leather was almost as soft as new. The Issues: * Missed Areas: The door hinges, rubber chassis-to-door boots, and front under-bumper spoiler were left completely filthy. The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.
