My husband purchased me a car mounted Dashboard Apple car play screen with dash/backup cameras as a gift for a very long drive I'm about to take. I reached out and John was amazing made a very reasonable quote that my husband said "Done!" There times that they were available were always very reasonable (who is open till 7 pm on a Saturday? Thank you for that made doing other errands easier) Apparently Carl is the electronic specialist that actually installed my equipment. It is beautiful. It works great. I didn't even know that both cameras recorded at the same time and I can see everything they were wonderful to show me that everything worked before I left. I highly recommend using them if it's something you're looking to do.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt I had to in this case. I brought my car in for a full…read morewindow tint and partial vehicle wrap. At first, communication was fine, but once I dropped off my car, it became really hard to get updates. I was told it would take one day, but it ended up taking three -- with no clear explanation. When I finally picked it up, I noticed bubbles in the tint on both rear windows and a couple of wrinkles in the wrap on the passenger side. I brought it up immediately, and the guy just said "it'll settle" -- but it's been over two weeks, and nothing has improved. I even found a small cut on my door trim that wasn't there before. I tried to reach out again for a fix, but now I'm being ignored. Definitely regret going here -- I should have spent the extra money and gone with a shop that actually stands by their work. Safe yourself the headache. Look elsewhere and don't look back.

I have used their services several times since 2011 and never had an issue till yesterday when I…read moregave them new Cadillac Optiq for front windows tinting. I think its new management now. They promised to match the color of the back windows but they did not do. When I questioned, instead of rectifying the issue, they said they will remove the film and give the money back, Knowing, they are going to damage the car, i refused. They tried to convince me the color looks different because there is light reflection from the windshield and that's the reason it looks different. Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color. Why would they not say this to me at the time of giving the order. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, especially for the racial traetment. Am I still living in CANADA.

After reading reviews of other tinting companies, I chose Mr Tint because their business has a website, they were able to provide a verbal quote over the phone and I was able to book an appointment time in advance. It took roughly 2 hours to tint 3 windows which is the time that was estimated. The "Do not roll down windows" stickers were really useful during the setting period which they recommend 3 to 5 days. I am 100% satisfied with the final result and would highly recommend Mr Tint. Pros Able to make an appointment in advance, the owner uses Whatsapp. Free wifi in customer lounge. They provided a 10year warranty. For windshields they said this warranty does not apply, as windshields are not allowed to have any tinting according to Ontario laws. Cons The technician stuck 3 stickers directly onto my odometer, which I certainly did not appreciate. I have emailed the owner to advise the technician to avoid doing this in future. Did not provide a written quote, the technician only provided a verbal quote. Customers cannot see the work being completed. They drive your car to the back of the shop. I would have preferred to watch the work being completed. The shop is located in an industrial area, with nothing nearby. Most customers simply waited in the lounge area with a couch and cable TV. Protip - If I had known they were going to remove and not be able to re-install my dashcam and 407 transponder, I would recommend removing all stickers yourself prior to the appointment. For example I had a Police traceable sticker, and now that it has been removed I cannot reapply this sticker. Cost of work $350.
