We've used them several times and always have been impressed with the finished result. Their organisational skills can sometimes be amiss, a couple of times we've shown up for a return appointment and they've forgotten they'd arranged for us to come in that day. It is run by a hardworking family-type business who seem to want to do their best. Generally the car came back much cleaner than it was to begin with. Unfortunately there was still quite a few crumbs and dirty water marks left behind, and some places completely left undusted. The lady did not clean the trunk or the armrest console because they said they were "too busy" to do so and did not want to move my belongings because they wanted to avoid responsibility for any damage or missing items. I have been to other car cleaning places where they simply put people's items in bags and return it to individuals or ask customers to remove items before the cleaning. You can't just say you're not going to do it and still want to collect all the money. All in all, they did an adequate job. I have had my car cleaned at places that did not miss a spot, so I might return if I get a good price on the Groupon again but otherwise I may not. My only feedback to staff is make sure you clean all areas and use the brush vacuum to get all the crumbs and crevices, and inform people from the outset if you need them to empty their trunks or consoles or whatever.
