We have had issues with our GPS that we purchased with our 2011 Toyota Highlander from the dealership( it was an after market upgrade) it would blank out on us and leave the radio and GPS unit frozen. Rick has repaired and replaced the same unit twice and the third time insisted that the manufacture replace it with a different model.
