On June 3rd I picked up our new addition from the dealership and made an appointment with David to have the car dropped off the same day for a full car PPF wrap. I had many quotes from various other places and Wraptors was the best price and most professional. My wife and I arrived at the shop gave David a call to let him know that we are here since it is appointment only during this time due to Covid 19 and we felt very safe with their rules and guidelines. The shop is also very clean and tidy. David gave us a time line for approximately 1 week for the car to be ready which we didn't mind as long as the car was wrapped with PPF properly we didn't want a rush job. Fast forward one and a half week as we picked up the car on Friday and we were amazed with the work that David and his team performed. The work performed was performed flawlessly we can't even tell that there is PPF on the car unless someone tells you. We thought this would be a great investment as we plan to keep the car for years to come. When we picked up there car David also mentioned that there will be a follow appointment 1 week later for them to do an inspection and point out any flaws if any so they can fix it or touch them up. Ruined factory paint. 2 small dents in the car and Door handles never worked right after I had to take it to dealer. Lost a part of the trunk liner and broke the window trims on both sides, Shark fin on roof still loses to this day, mirrors are not strait plus so much more. They say it's under warranty but good luck actually getting anything done. Just excuse after excuse the wrap looks like shit and I didn't even get the colors and options that I asked for and payed for. Told time and time again they will fix it but since early spring nothing but excuses and after seeing all the damage they did to I don't want these people ever touching anything I own ever again. Wrap work was lazy and looks horrible. All scratched and you can see where it was wrinkled when in the sun. Now I have to head to a court room as no solution has been offered. STAY AWAY
