Ancil and his crew were like nothing I've ever seen. From the moment I walked in Ancil greeted me and made me feel welcome to be there I told him I need an interior cleaning he took the time to hear what I wanted and gave me some suggestions based on that instead of just trying to force the most expensive package on me. I had just bought a winter beater and the previous owner was a bit of a slob so the car was pretty filthy Ancil assured me that he would have the car looking, smelling and feeling brand new. The waiting room was super comfortable it had coffee, tea and I watched my favourite movie on amazon prime, what really amazed me was how Ancil periodically kept coming in the waiting room to check up on me to see if there was anything I needed I can honestly say that was customer service at its peak if anything else I would come back just for the friendly and welcoming environment. Oh yea the car when Ancil called me in to take a look, I was shocked to see what look like a car taken of the showroom floor the attention the detail was incredible, the interior roof was immaculate, the crevices of the seats were without those crumbs that you could normally never clean on your own the glove compartment was shining on the outside and pristine on the inside the seats went from having coffee and what look to be mild stains to no exaggeration looking like new I'm trying to find out what shampoo Ancil used because the car smelled amazing I had a tough time getting out when I got back home because I couldn't get enough of the smell lol. All in all an amazing experience and I very highly recommend empire detailing Ancil is a true professional who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of I don't live in Scarborough but will only be going here from now on it's well worth the commute and recommend anyone in the GTA and elsewhere to come check this shop out. read more

I am pretty darn satisfied with my nifty groupon deal especially since my most hideous experience with Hybird Auto. The groupon was for $85 and offered to clean and shampoo everything including the trunk - for an SUV that's a great deal! What's even better is I managed to catch a 3 day groupon price lowering and got everything for $72! The staff is super friendly and it's a clean place. They do have a nice waiting area where you can watch some movies while you wait but I had a crew member drop and pick me up from the Tim Hortons up the road instead. Would have given this place a 5 star rating because the clean was pretty good except that they missed small areas on the console and armrest and didn't really clean all the gunk in my cup holder area properly. But that's ok because they made everything else look great and they finished pretty quick and lined everything properly so I could re-enter it and run to pick my kids up. It's a place im likely to continue to use and it's far better deal than any other I've seen and used on groupon! read more

Empire Auto Detailing provided excellent service with their exterior wash/wax, polished wheels, de-salted carpet and vacuumed, engine shampoo and optimum high speed polish. Ancil and his team were dedicated to their work and it shows their fine workmanship. The owner's customer service was A1! Even gave me a ride (drop off/pick up). While in the shop, Wi-Fi is available, coffee was offered and Prime Video is showing in flat screen TV. When its all done, my 300S was flawless, the swirl and scratches were gone. The finish was gleaming vibrantly! I've never seen my engine bay so clean as it was never been driven before. Interior is lustrous and leather seats were radiant! Everywhere I look is shiny, LOL! I took my Chrysler Town & Country to Empire for interior detailing and liked their work so much that I brought my Chevy Cruze and Hyundai Elantra in too. Ancil called to confirm my appointment the day before and was ready to start working on my cars right away. He gave me an estimated time that they would be ready and they were each ready on time or even earlier. Two of the cars were pretty well maintained and only needed salt stain removals, while the third required more work because it hadn't been detailed in a while. Ancil and his team were so friendly and my cars looked great when they were finished with them! They were able to get rid of the salt stains and make each of the interiors look shiny and new. Hands down the best and most professional detailing spot I've EVER taken my car to. My kid spilt milk all over the seats and carpet and we werent aware of the mess til it started stinking a few days later. We took out the baby seat to find huge stains all over the seat and carpet of our brand new Corolla. So we Googled some detail shops and came across Empire. We saw they had good reviews so went ahead and booked an appointment for interior detailing and Im so glad we did. Car was immaculate! All stains gone, vinyl seats looked super clean and shiny. Ancil and crew did an absolutely fantastic job with my car. I bought a 2013 model second-hand in 2016, and literally had not cleaned the inside in five years! This is with two kids. Frankly, I had given up hope -- the smell was becoming rather noticeable due to several recent spills. The cleaning took a bit longer than expected, but Ancil was pro-active in letting me know that they had some work to complete first, and asked if I would be willing to wait. I was, and they worked until 7:30 pm to have my car done, and stayed open after-hours until I was able to pick it up. Again, could not be happier with the result. Like new! I called on Wed. and got a Fri. morning appt. to get the carpets cleaned. Empire was able to remove 6 winters worth of salt removed. Slush had seeped under my Weathertech mats.
